Reverie

This stuff is amazing. I thought of the brand as a cash grab, but then I smelled this once, on the cap, a year ago in Budapest, and it struck me as a high-quality scent - when you sniff something and get that feeling you just smelled something exceptional. The two other times I've had this sensation were with Xerjoff's Alexandria II, and older Amouage in general. Coming off of that memory, I found this for a great price, didn't hesitate, and I have to say, it's mind-blowing. Unique for my collection, it's a boozy, woody, chocolatey scent that simply smells special. Might have to pay more attention to other fragrances from this brand. (If I find them for less than 175€/50ml)

Unknown and inactive house and no perfumer mentioned. However, this fragrance is brilliant! It really does smell like chocolate, a realistic one at that. With a little fruitiness added on top for that sweetness, and a pretty strong patchouli backbone, without being too strong. I know patchouli sometimes can come off as a bit chocolate:y, but Reverie really does smell like chocolate. Pretty potent fragrance in regards to projection and sillage, and lasts quite a long time as well.

Opens with a decadent chocolate /strawberry. Had me worried this was feminine at first. Settles into a boozy cask and dark chocolate. Definitely gourmand, unisex to masculine. A keeper for date night. Wish the bottle was bigger. Kind of a tough find in the states.

Ok me this is really good! Lovely chocolate and strawberry in the opening with a drydown of a really lean and nice leather and a hint off chocolate. Masculine fragrance for colder days and nights.

Its a boozy leathery musk.. the strawberry is very juicy and bright.. the performance is superb!

I had high expectations and was hopingvto be blown away but it was utter disappointing. The packaging is superb, the box, the heavy beautiful bottle and heavy cap, everything about packaging is exceptional. It looks and feels like very expensive perfume but the juice inside is a huge let down. Low quality,low performance. It is very boozy in the opening and immediately you smell chocolate and after few minutes dry woodsy notes and bit of leather joins in. Strawberry is not prominent bit there is something sweet lingering in the background. It is primarily a skin scent after 45 min to an hour. So in short it is boozy, dry woodsy and leather scent. It gives me smell of old wooden sofa that is recently lacquered and has leather cushions. For packaging it is 9/10 Fragrance itself 3/10
