Amber Rose

Fresh natural rose, warmed with a trace of amber, sweetened with a dollop of dulce de leche. Truly a sumptuous fragrance, but as others have mentioned, this doesn't last more than a few hours. I'd buy a full bottle only if I were to find it on sale at a drastically reduced price.

I like it, a bit floral, a bit amber. But it's really not special and it lasts only a couple of hours before fading into nothing. A very safe fragrance it seems, but not really something I need in my collection.

This is a very sweet rose. Its like a rose flavoured condensed milk. The longevity is not great. It is a okay fragrance if you like a sweet ambery rose.

A pretty rose, let down by its weakness and lack of longevity. The scent had disappeared from my skin within half an hour of spraying. I’d only wear this in a heatwave as it’s a super subtle and watery fragrance.

Fresh rose scent, slightly powdery, the dulce de leche is not present at all, i get lots of rose and amber. Quite weak, 2 hours on the skin and sits very close.

Cor blimey. This should be renamed Rancid Rose. The rose is present, but unfortunately accompanied by a "vomit" note in the early stages, presumably attributable to the dulce de leche. If you're trying to mask the smell of baby sick on your work clothes in the morning, this is the one for you! After a while, the baby sick disappears, only to be replaced by a weird, sour pepper aroma. Needless to say, this won't be joining my wish list.

I bought a sample as my local M&S, which does have a beauty bar, has not received any stock. the overwhelming top notes are very odd & peppery, even though that note is not listed. I expected the the dulce de leche note would be very sweet but it's just odd and slightly revolting. it's also hard to wash off... do try before you buy!

This smells really sweet on me, almost fruity (strawberries)but I'm guessing thats the sweet milk notes coming through. It is lovely, quite different from other rose scents that also has a deepness from the Amber. Am waiting to hear what the hubby thinks!

Stunning. Top-grade rose, like Frederic Malle's rose. But cleverly this one is paired with a white amber note that is like white chocolate mixed with cream. This is a creamy, milky rose. Unexpected. Delightful.

Light fresh rose and amber combo, tested on paper only and at Harvey Nicols. Need to try on my skin will check it out at M&S. I wasnt blown away by it at first sniff.
