Watermelons

I’ve had this scent for about a year, and the bottle seems to be turning on me a bit, losing the top watermelon note— and isn’t that the entire point of a scent named watermelon?. It hasn’t been abused in heat or light, so this is a bit of an issue for $90. It’s nice, not amazing, very pleasant and an easy reach for a summer day. For the price I’d rather have CK Red, it’s about $20, equally as boringly pleasant, and same longevity- and the bottle I’ve had for three years smells pretty much the same. I want to love this house but the performance to price ratio makes it hard to justify a repurchase and I have seven or eight of their scents and none of them have any longevity. The only one I really like enough despite even worse performance is the White Peaches. It’s not exciting but it’s soft and feminine and pretty to my nose. They need to double or triple the parfum oil ratio and they might have something here. But as is, I can’t recommend unless you just love the bottle.

Watery Watermelons 100%. Probably the best watermelon scent I have tried. Watermelon does dominate the scent. It gets sweeter as it wears too. I actually REALLY like it! a LOT! The mandarin note is noticeable. Honeysuckle is light but there. It is fresh, watery, sweet, green. It skirts the line from being an aquatic scent to being quite gourmand. Definitely a scent easy to wear. Would be GREAT in summer heat. It is a bit similar to Aqua di Gioia in a way, except AdG is lemony splash of mint, sweet, aquatic fresh, hint of woody. Where Watermelons is WATERMELON, watery, sweet, fresh, hint of woody. I think the Watermelons might actually be sweeter and last much longer as well. I do get the reference of watermelon Now & Laters candy as mentioned by the review below (btw, which I LOVE). It s not too candy sweet tho so don't let that put you off. Def can unisex easily worn by either men or women.

So surprised by the negative reviews; this is great. A bright, watery not sickly watermelon opening, that lasts long enough to be enjoyable and not so long that it becomes cloying. No jolly ranchers here, so perhaps if that’s what you’re expecting you might be disappointed. Middle is green and leafy, with the softest hint of a slight floral keeping it unisex and not masculine. Again, if a fresh scent isn’t your thing I can understand the disappointment that this isn’t a sugar bomb. Dries into a slightly sweet musky scent, very clean, not cloying or super sweet at all, and perfect for summer. Overall smells like nothing I’ve tried before. I had a carded sample and I’ve just bought a 100ml bottle.it’s cheap enough to spray liberally, and refresh as you want.

I get watermelon like real watermelon not jolly rancher, tea & aquatic. It's BEAUTIFUL! It'll definitely be a repurchase for me 💕

I like this one! Ok, now hear me out... This is exactly what I was looking for in a summer watermelon scent – something reminiscent of a jolly rancher, slightly more refined, ozonic, with notes of grass. I wanted a no-brainer to be worn alone or layered during sunny days. Although that initial blast of jolly rancher does fade quicker than I wish, it does not go into the skin scent zone as quickly as other scents I have tried from S&B. On me, the drydown is a clean, light, sweet aquatic with a sprinkle of green. I think this will pair lovely with sharper greens and am excited to play mad scientist with this one. I do get a “body spray vibe” with this,but only in terms of how light the fragrance wears. It’s missing the synthetic and sickly sweetness that comes from those scents.
