Classic Jasmine

I picked this up at a warehouse sale for $6, as it was the only fragrance there that caught my eye...or my nose I guess? For the price, really can't complain much. It's a very basic white floral. Despite the name, I find it leans more lily of the valley; it's not rich like my experience with jasmine in other fragrances, but that might be because it's so one note. I grabbed it because grew up in a house surrounded by lily of the valley, so for me it's nostalgic to do a quick spritz when I'm in that mood. It's clean, airy, almost soapy. It would make a lovely candle lol. Like I said, very basic, very one-note. Doesn't last long, maybe an hour or two, but for the price it might be worth it for layering if you like white florals. I can see it pairing well with something woodsy for some depth and a summer night vibe.

love layering with other perfumes. it doesn't last very long but I have gotten lots of compliments from people who were standing close to me when I was trying it out by itself

Blind buy because I like jasmine and it was dirt cheap. Cheap smelling. Use it as bathroom air spray.

This is the perfume that ruined jasmine for me, It was used a lot back when I was a child, I absolutely loathed it, the chemicals are so abrasive ! because of this, now I cannot love jasmine in perfumery. In a similar vein, rose was also ruined for me, but I'm trying to recover from that by sampling many different rose perfumes, and to some extent, there has been success.
