Night Spice

A very lovely and light masculine scent with a soft powdery spicey herbal lavender at the wheel and *a little* Shulton era Old Spice in the back seat. But there's a woodsy note tucked in. It can also be unisex. There is a feminine feel to this one. But not too much. I love it and wish it was still wildly available. The bottle is wonderfully 80s with gorgeous genuine 80s style artwork as well. Some may call the scent dated...but I call it unique. Even though the scent is very familiar. The soft lavender stays throughout but the spice takes a couple of hours to appear. It settles down to a Stetson style floral. Wearing it makes me feel like I'm in a Rico Tubbs style suit in a Manhattan night club in the late 80s. The box calls it a "warm, sensual fragrance" and I would agree. Girls will like this and I would wear this at night going to a bar or night club wearing a shirt that has a collar and jeans...or a flashy double breasted suit perhaps... But it can be a year long signature fragrance. If you're a working man who wears the Classic scent by day, you wear Night Spice on a Friday or Saturday night. Out of all of Old Spice's flankers, this one is the most unsung. Being short lived, it never got the chance it really deserved. Its worth the money for a scent you wear on very special occasions. If you are curious about this one, I suggest Calvin Klein's Obsession for Women. Very close.

Unlike the other reviewer, my perception of this that it's like vintage Old Spice but with some lavender added (in keeping with the 1980s "masculines," perhaps). The quality is certainly not bad and it lasts well. Overall, worth sampling for those who think they'd like it.

Love this stuff and a very cool bottle too. It's comforting to me. I wear it for bed, the lavender combined with the OG Old Spice smell is so lovely and calming too Rare.....so grab it if you can

Gifted as a stocking stuffer as a teen in 1980s. Haven't smelled it in over 35 years. Bought a bottle recently and was instantly taken back to a teen on Christmas Eve. Scent memory is real.

Finally scored a bottle of this stuff and I've gotta say, it smells almost identical to Pierre Cardin Pour Monsieur. Pretty good stuff if you like PC. Cool bottle as well.
