Reginella

There are two entries for this fragrance. This one seems to have more info such as the correct release year, so I'm migrating my review to this page. Bought this after being swept off my feet when I tried it in store. What a fantastic fragrance! All the notes are incredibly well balanced and the result is a floral unlike anything I've tried before. The rose ties all the other notes together but the tuberose, violets and jasmine are still very distinct, the vanilla brings some sweetness but the opoponax keeps the whole vibe mysterious. A very beautiful, feminine and unique perfume! Perhaps its only downside is the longevity. It does last for a solid 4hours, but after that fades to a skin scent of powdery violets and opoponax.

This is really lovely. It is very floral, but with a nice oriental touch to it. The vanilla is there to only smooth the sharper floral notes but for me this is not a vanilla scent at all. This has similar vibe than Rituals products, maybe Karma and Sakura. But this is more smooth and really long lasting. I’m not a big fan of floral perfumes but this is not the typical flower perfume. I’m thinking of a nice Asian spa, with luxurious cleaning and skin care products. It is slightly soapy, the way that the perfume gives you a nice moisturizer feeling.
