Essenza Miracolosa

My partner says it smells of Digestive biscuits, but I can’t really comment since I can barely smell anything. What I can smell, smells nice. It just isn’t strong enough for me. I paid a fortune to have it shipped from Italy to the UK as well. It may just be me though as having had covid several times due to my work environment, I do think my sense of smell has been permenantly affected.

I was gifted a bottle of this fragrance, but unfortunately, it’s not for me. It’s way too sweet for my taste, though I wouldn’t say it’s objectively bad. The longevity is impressive! I’d recommend this to fans of SDJ 71 who are looking for an EDP version, as the two smell incredibly similar.

This is lovely. I never got to try Essenza miracolosa in the original bottle, so I can’t compare the two. This starts off with a bit of fruitiness and then settles into an amaretto, vanilla and caramel dream with just the lightest hint of cacao. Very pretty. I was afraid it was going to be extremely buttery, but it’s just right, and gives the perfume a bit of warmth. I was not a fan of gourmands for the longest time, so I’m glad that this one is not too strong and stays closer to your skin. It’s there, but won’t be in your face which can become cloying at times. It’s perfect when you don’t want to wear something that’s going to be loud. Longevity is decent, about 4-5hrs. I’m a fan, and think it would be great for anyone who’s just getting into gourmands.

This smells just like Samoa Girl Scout cookies! I get coconut even though I don’t see it listed here..
