Camouflage

The ultimate Gothic masterpiece. To me this fragrance smells like a black flower blooming on my hand. On a woman it speaks of dark elegance and sultry grace. I am definitely getting a full bottle as soon as possible.

Have you ever woken up from a wonderful dream, amazed by the reality of the alarm, trying with all your might to fasten the vanishing traces of what your mind created? Or maybe it wasn't really your mind... better, it WAS your mind, but there had to be something else involved, because you could never have made up such images and feelings on your own. That's what this perfume is about. It lingers between ouds, woods and roses that you had never smelled in this shape before. The notes dance around you like fairies, a smile on their faces and their hands on their hips. They know you can't catch them. This perfume moves fast and stays close to the skin, just like a fading dream. It's both a challenge and a memory. Are you ready to wake up?

This is very nice, a cloud of many little addicting senteurs. Camouflage... perhaps this name is why the mentioned notes are just a few and it hide: ISO E Super Cypress Cypriol Redberries Ambroxan pink pepper oakmoss guaiac. I mean I can feel these notes also. This scent is intriguing fruity fresh invigorating bitter in some way but also light sweet and soapy. Many sides reflect each other. Remind me Blue Santal by Comme de Garcon and a modern version of a rosy spicy fragrance of the 80s and distantly Essence by Grigioperla, Isparta de Guillaume and Sauvage de Dior especially the dry down. A lot of metal sandal presence. Synthetic as hell but Good. Quite Remarcable. Not unique. Fully niche style.

"Camouflage" starts strongly, but swiftly dials down and hums along nicely for hours, weaving continually between its notes. This is not a "wow" fragrance, but it's certainly a very pleasant one.

I have tried several fragrances from Simone Andreoli and I like this the least by far. Maybe something bad happened to my sample but it smells like a hideous skanky oud. Camouflage? The entire fricking jungle will smell you!
