OMG I am soooo Glad I blind bought this perfume. It is totally and I mean totally backup worthy! This is the most amazing Lilac fragrance I have ever smelled, and I went bananas for Aerin Lauder Lilac Path. Ose is even better. When I first sprayed this, I got hit w/ the smell of cherry blossoms, the heliotrope comes through very strong at first but as the perfume develops it becomes such a beautiful true lilac, the orange blossom hovers in the background giving a slight tang to the purple flower dominate perfume, I also get that slightest touch of almond that really mimics the sweetness of lilacs really well. The problem with many lilac perfumes is they don't capture the sweetness of their smell they only capture the greenness and the spiciness. This perfume captures all the facets of a true lilac dominate perfume while still not being an overdone and one note soliflore. And it doesn't smell synthetic and flat like many lilac perfumes can. This perfume really captures a beautiful garden abounding in lush floral bushes, trees, and well-kept flower gardens but the Lilacs are the star of the whole manmade paradise. If you love lilac perfumes get your nose on this, it is totally worth a blind buy. Edit wearing this again and I have worn it very often since I bought it and I love it so much I bought a backup. I agree with comment above about the cyanide like almond facet but for me it works. There should always be something a little poisonous in a beautiful well kept garden.

A lovely feminine floral from Simone Cosac, Ose is one the four new fragrances Ms. Cosac launched in the Fall of 2014. Ose is heavy on lilac and mimosa with a musky base. To my nose, lilac not only opens the fragrance, but is detectable all the way to the very base. The style of the fragrance is very 1980s-1990s "grand floral", with Lauder's Beautiful and Guerlain's Champs-Elysees as examples of the genre. Also reminds me of En Passant by Frederic Malle, mainly due to the lilac theme. Longevity and sillage of Ose are moderate. Nicely done overall, but nothing revolutionary or particularly "niche" about it.

It is the truest lilac scent I have ever had or smelled. Ose is fresh and subtle. It reminds me of how real lilac tree smells. When I was a child, we had three lilac trees in the garden, two were violet, one was white. This fragrance brings up the memory of the garden, so I was impressed how real it seems (the perfume, compared to lilac tree). Ose stays on skin for quite a long time, it does not disappear in a second, luckily.

HI-YAH! LILAC. i am a fan of lilac but my first time with this perfume, i was like oh no, u gotzta go. Then... i just had to try it on & on & on & on again. It quickly became addicting and that huge lilac punch became a handshake. Tonka / heliotrope come up the rear after a super real lilac mic drop. I can officially say, nice job. So in short, u must like lilac. I picture a trendy gardner wearing this- she may have capri overalls on with a slim fitting tee-shirt, clogs, colorful headscarf, and Hermes tote- she thinks of her garden as her artistic venue and she wants you to know she appreciates Lilac, she's no rose snob.

It might go bad, because I only feel a strong nail polish removal scent and some faint floral and powdery notes. But anyways it smells quite dated (even if the scent is alright)). UDP: it was just alcohol, the scent is fine, but still very soapy and cyanide-like almond.

Is this discontinued? I just looked it up and can’t find any for sale. It sounds like something I’d really enjoy.
