The opening is a freshly vaporized exotic awakening, the perfume welcomes with a creamy note of Coconut Milk, however made vibrant and pungent by Bergamot and a spicy touch of Cardamom and Pink Pepper. The surprise is the Cherry: it's not a syrupy cherry, but a juicy shade that adds a playful color to the opening, keeping the coconut from becoming too "sunscreen." In the heart of the fragrance the Dance between Flowers and Salt The true character of the perfume emerges in the heart. Here, the sea water bursts in with its regenerating force, enveloping a bouquet of opulent white flowers: Tuberose and Ylang Ylang: They give a solar and carnal creaminess. Orange Blossom: Keeps the composition luminous and Mediterranean. The marine accord prevents the tuberose from becoming suffocating, creating the illusion of white flowers bathed in wave foam. Opens beautifully bright, light, soft, and warm. Tart and creamy like fruity frozen yogurt from the self-serve froyo shop. A glorious, PERFECT solar-aquatic blend. Beachy, but not tropical. No prominent coconut. Sunscreen-y in the best way. Delicately fruity-floral. Exotic, salty, and the hands-down best marine accord that I have ever smelled. A unique standout for Summer. Dolce Far Niente is my number one favorite from the line. It’s tropical, exotic, and full of creamy coconut beach vibes. The scent feels like milky, sun-warmed, coconut, soft and addictive. It instantly reminds me of the sea, the sun, and that nostalgic touch of tanning lotion. It truly transports me to a dreamy vacation. Absolutely divine.

A beautiful composition that scents like sea. Aquatic and citrusy. I've taken it for the summer mood. It doesn't bore you during the day, which I like, and the persistence is mid, 4-5 hours.

From the very first spray, I had the feeling I’d smelt something similar before. It opens with a bright, juicy burst of bergamot, quickly softened by a creamy coconut accord. Personally, I can’t detect much cherry or any noticeable spices in the composition. As the fragrance develops, the coconut becomes intertwined with soft floral accords and delicate salty aquatic nuances.In the base, there’s that signature SIU soft musk, beautifully complemented by tonka bean, giving the fragrance a smooth and comforting finish. On my skin, longevity is around five hours with fairly subtle projection. To my nose, Dolce Far Niente bears quite a strong resemblance to Soleil Blanc by Tom Ford, especially in the creamy coconut and sun kissed floral accords. Overall, it’s a lovely, comforting summer scent, easy to wear and perfect for everyday use.

Dolce Far Niente is a beach vacation fragrance. I have smelled perfume like it but can’t tell you which one specifically is its cousin. I really like the ease of this fragrance: it’s very intimate with the sillage and has moderate longevity. Perfect for a water day or breezy summer night. There is a bit of a masculine quality to it, maybe the salt note? Which is nice and balancing but this might be what reminds me of another fragrance. The coconut milk and tuberose are charming together, reminding me of putting on a good smelling sunscreen while in Hawaii on a beach next to the ocean. Yum! This perfume makes me want to go to the beach. It doesn't necessarily smell tropical, but the mixture of salty cherry and coconut milk makes me want to drink a cocktail with my toes in the sand. It's luxurious, a little richer than the other Siu scents I've tried but still light enough to thrive in summer heat. It's creamy and sweet, fruity and floral, and watery, too. One of the prettiest aquatic notes I've come across. It's so lovely. The blend here is so smooth, and it warms up on the skin so beautifully.

Fresh beach air when you get down from the car and enter the beach with all the people waiting sunscreen and oils. Its a mix of Sea smells, more salty than algy. Opens very powdery and sweet. The ylang ylang and coconut Is very prominent. When It drys, It become a powdery Jasmine, with hint of coconut and a bit of dryness from the spices. Very good overall. Gonna test sillage projection and longevità in these days. I like It, freshly sweet coconut and ylang ylang

This is the fragrance you need for summer! It immediately takes you to a sea beach and you imagine yourself on a beach with a fresh cocktail in your hand. It's warm, but doesn't suffocate, not sweet at all, which is important for me. I smell vanilla and something salty in it, unusual.

Beginning with the cardamom, pink pepper and cherry blended beautifully into the aquatic note. The floral notes and base notes warm it up. It’s complex and an absolute pleasure to wear.

Right from the first spray, I got that creamy coconut milk and juicy cherry, but there’s also a little spice from the pink pepper and cardamom that keeps it from being too sweet or simple. Then it shifts into something more breezy and floral—ylang-ylang, orange blossom, and a splash of seawater. It honestly smells like walking past a beachside garden, where everything is blooming and the ocean’s just behind you. The drydown is my favorite part: salty, musky, and smooth, with a touch of sweetness from tonka and benzoin. It feels like the golden hour—soft, calm, and a little bit sensual.

What a beautiful summer scent. Marine fragrances are always so interesting to me because the ability to be able to encapsulate the scent of water is an achievement within itself. To be able to pair it with other things and elevate it even more is mind blowing. I find this scent by SIU to be an easy wear and one that brings on a nostalgic longing for a nap after a long day in the pool or in the ocean. You have swam all day and then gone home, taken a quick shower and found a space to snuggle up. Your body still feels like it’s still floating and the scent of the water still lingers on your hair while being kissed by the perfume you applied after the shower. I can’t wait to wear more of this these upcoming summer months.

Despite the coconut and solar notes, it never smells juvenile or like a cheap tropical body mist. Everything feels smooth, refined and beautifully blended. The aquatic touch keeps the creaminess fresh and airy, while the white florals add an elegant and slightly sensual feeling to the composition. This is the kind of fragrance that captures relaxed luxury and endless summer days. Perfect for vacations, warm weather or simply smelling like someone who belongs near the sea.

The start feels a little confusing. My nose interpreted a salty caramel scent. However, it was just the chemistry and my nose's perception, since caramel is not a note in this perfume whatsoever. Once it sits on the skin, it evolves to a more marine, beachy smell, without imitating the smell of SPF (yes, Beach Walk by Maison Margiela, I am talking about you). The brand's musk is always fantastic. Almost eternal, and addictive. In the end, after a few hours, you still smell clean, reasonably salty, and a liiiitle sweet. It is not my favourite fragrance within the collection, but the quality of the ingredientes, the good formula, and the long-lasting performance deserve a positive opinion. Great job, once again.

How lovely. I'll be packing Dolce Far Niente in my holiday suitcase. I find that scents with coconut can go down the juvenile way but this really is a refined one and a step ahead of anything else I've tried so far. This scent has no problem remaining true to its best features all throughout its playful life. The longevity is very good. It smells like the perfect beach vacation. Very cute.
