Right after spraying, I was like "oh no, bubblegum attack!" Once it gets to the heart notes, it is ADDICTIVE. Suddenly, it sits down and it feels like a beach walk, two minutes away from a party, during a warm summer night. I like "beachy" scents (I own a bottle of Maison Margiela's Beach Walk), but this is different. This smells like a beach at night. No sunscreen. The white flowers peak during the night, so I cannot wait to wear this scent during nighttime. Definitely I will purchase this bad girl. Get yourself one of these bottles before the perfume goes mainstream!

It opens with a sweet bubblegum accord touched by hints of coconut and sparkling citrus, instantly evoking carefree childhood memories, warm sunshine on skin, seaside holidays, and endless summer afternoons with not a care in the world. As the initial sweetness softens, the fragrance reveals creamy tuberose intertwined with luminous jasmine. The florals feel lush and slightly intoxicating, bringing to mind gardens in full bloom at sunset, warm evening air, and colourful cocktails enjoyed by the beach. I personally do not detect much of the musky or woody notes, as the rich floral heart remains beautifully prominent throughout the wear. On my skin, longevity is excellent, well over ten hours, with moderate projection that creates a soft but noticeable scent trail. Pura Vida feels playful yet feminine, nostalgic yet vibrant. A perfect fragrance for lovers of sweet fruity florals and an ideal companion for spring and early summer days.

The opening smells to me like clean laundry fresh from the dryer combined with a blast of the most bubblegummy tuberose I’ve ever smelled (which I love). Come to find out, there’s a bubblegum note! (Well played.) That scent combined with the coconut and citrus creates a really unique and fun fragrance. 15 minutes in, the bubblegum and tuberose subside and a creamy, delightfully tangy, fruity-floral unfolds. Ever-so-slightly spicy, with green nuances, and a phantom hint of lipstick. It’s warm, perfectly sweet, and majorly intoxicating. Then it's back to mainly tuberose in the softly musky, faintly powdery dry down. Another winner from the house of SIU.

This scent is a layer of spring sweetness and a musky finish. Wears well and lasts the entire day without a top up. The bubblegum note is noticeable throughout the entire time wearing and never goes away. The musky base layer is also noticeable and a pleasant touch. The perfume doesn’t settle into a single note but rather stays smelling the exact same which is very hard to find in a perfume and was a welcoming surprise. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who enjoys a bubble gum fruity scent that lasts all day.

Love this! Sweet bubble gummy scent, I want a bottle! A niche, complex & welll crafted balance of bubblegum, tuberose, jasmine & orange blossom. It’s sweet, feminine, playful & sexy. If you love the ‘reminds me’ section, you will love this like me but it’s even better. Deffo for the ladies, would be too sweet for men imo but my man would deffo pull this off, his skin just tames sweet scents. Summer date nights approved !

The bubblegum is strong in this - reminds me of childhood but it's not overly artificial, it meshes really organically with the coconut and tuberose note. Playful, but not juvenile! A great pick for summer.

Sweet but not too sweet, bubblegum and florals. It's pretty and playful. My nose is not the biggest fan of orange blossom, so this one is not my favorite.

This is for the girl who wore cotton candy body spray when she was a child, aquolina pink sugar when she was a teen and now her refined adult taste has led her down the sweet road full of blooming tuberose. Pura Vida is sweet but in the best way. Not just sugar or artificial fruits but photorealistic tuberose that actually pleases my nose. I typically have a hard time with tuberose. I find that it immediately smells like the color purple to me. That is something I am never fond of smelling on myself. However......I can do this. I actually like this tuberose blend a lot. As I’ve said in previous SIU reviews, all of their fragrances are so well blended that the notes you have always said you dislike will garner another sniff. You will question if it’s just because you have been smelling low quality fragrances all this time. SIU has quickly shown me that a lot of other brands we have access to in the mainstream perfume market have drifted so far from quality. SIU is the exception. They are really getting it right. So all in all if you find you just can’t rock with tuberose but really want to, give Pura Vida a try. It will not disappoint.

The tuberose really gives this fragrance its personality. It’s creamy, sunny and slightly intoxicating, while the musk and soft woods in the base keep everything smooth and clean. Even though it’s sweet, it still feels polished and surprisingly wearable. A happy, carefree scent that instantly puts me in a summer mood.

The opening of Pura Vida will make you smile. It's sweet bubble gum, bouquet of flowers and a cheeky grin wrapped in musk. There's a pleasant chalkiness to the scent that adds further to its clean quality. Wear it if you are (or want to feel) young and carefree. This is an anti-aging scent if there ever was one. It offers a similar experience to watching a young bubbly optimistic person get excited about life :)

This is l'interdit. It smells almost identical. So if you like that sweet bubble gummy tuberose, you're going to love this one! 9/10.
