Bread Winner

Thia smells so amazing! Omg I want it in a huge bottle but unfortunately it only comes in this small one. I just got it today and I always wait at least 2 weeks after receiving a perfume for it to settle and macerate a little before actually wearing it, so I cant comment on longevity. All ino is I put a small dab on my wrist just to get an idea and I haven't been able to quit smelling my wrist all day. Ill come back in a few weeks to comment on projection and longevity, but as for scent its gorgeous. U can actually smell the bread (unlike alot of similar noted scents ). Its a gorgeous buttery croissant with a touch of creamy vanilla milk. Im obsessing hard and its only the 1st day. I can not WAIT for a few weeks to pass so I can go back to it.

Smells like warm bread and sweetcream butter but not in a weird yeasty oily way. It's cozy, warm, subtlety sweet, and not overwhelming. This is the only "better than skin" scent that does not turn disgusting/sour on me. Definitely not a basic vanilla scent, I can't even smell the vanilla until hours into the dry down, which just adds a whole new delicious dimension to the scent as it dries

Skylar is on a roll and this is fantastic! I thought a recent rose drop was my favorite but this might edge that one out. I can detect the bread and butter entwined with a faint floral that creates warmth. There is even a lactonic note that ties everything together. I would love for this to be a little bit stronger and added to Skylar’s regular line up. Love!

One of my favorite Skylar scents!! Beyond impressed! A sweet, lactonic, slightly vanilla, bread scent! It captures the vibe of walking into a bakery. I wish this was permanent so I could re-apply more... the lasting power is very poor and projection is barely there... such a shame! If it wasn't a skin scent I'd have no problem with this scent being limited.

I agree with the other comments that this is just a vanilla. It's a really good vanilla, kind of reminds me of vanilla bourbon from mix bar, which i do think is an excellent straight forward vanilla scent. However, I was really looking forward to the bread and milk notes! I caught a whiff of bread at the opening which dissipated immediately.

Yeah, this has nothing to do with bread or butter or milk. It's just sweet vanilla. Not bad, but not as advertised.

This is just a vanilla scent. No butter, no baguette. It’s sweet, slightly cloying, and the ambrettolide is a little too strong. It’s not bad, very cozy, but I really wanted a bread smell, not cupcake.

I was so excited for the prospect of this scent, but it's really just another run of the mill, candle-y vanilla scent.
