Peach Fields

I absolutely love this. I would categorize this as a primarily floral scent with peach, musk and some woody notes. If you're expecting a very sweet fruity scent you may be disappointed. The inital spray is quite peachy and bright. As it develops I still always smell peach, but then more of the floral comes out, with osmanthus being the star. The creamy, slightly woody base notes and musk come in as well making for a surprisingly interesting and complex fragrance. The Cashmere note and musk definitely adds to the elevation of this from just a fun youthful peach scent to something a woman would wear. It also at points has a hint of a green sort of note but it blends exquisitely. The peach in this reminds me strongly of Fancy Love by Jessica Simpson. It does smell a bit like a fancy shampoo but I like it. Overall I think this is perfect summer fragrance with a classy edge.

I just might wear this until I die. I've worn it for about a year, almost exclusively, too, and it hasn't gotten old. It goes on with a bright fruity zing, and then woody and floral notes come out soft, pleasantly sweet, and slightly warm. The fruitiness sticks around, but it's more subtle and creamy on the dry-down. After reading some other reviews, I think it might just work really well with my skin chemistry, so definitely sample it before committing. I'm pretty sensitive to fragrances, and this one doesn't give me a headache like most seem to. People have complimented me on it. It smells amazing when I put it on, throughout the day, and on my clothing the day after I've worn it.

I think this one is a nice subtle woody peach that’s nice and light for spring and summer. The wood and musks keep this from smelling like a cheap body spray. It’s not overly fruity but the peach is present. I don’t notice the grape fruit or mandarins. Top notes for me are Peach and Sandlewood. It’s not very sweet or gourmand thanks to the floral notes. The more I wear it the more I like it. I got a compliment too 🥰

the florals and wood completely overpowered the peach at first, but the peach note starts coming back up in a little less than an hour. initial spray is not quite my cup of tea, but I like it after it settles. picked up a bottle for much less then retail and I'm happy with it, wouldn't buy for the full price though.

It’s pretty and it’s peachy! Also quite floral. It’s got that nice juicy sweetness that comes with a lot of Skylar fragrances, but the predominant note is osmanthus, not peach, but it’s certainly there! I honestly really like this scent. Super easy reach, perfect for spring and summer.

Wow. I’m really not smelling what you guys are smelling. My nose absolutely picks up on the peach, osmanthus and vanilla, with a sprinkle of musk. This is very much a love for me. The one Skylar fragrance that I HAD to add to my collection.

I dont know what some of these people are smelling but to me this is a bright juicy peach fragrance. I dont find it too floral or woody. Its a really nice syrupy musky peach fragrance

It smells like hairspray but I'm into it. Some days you just want to smell like hairspray. I just wish it lasted longer (or at all).

Was a little wary to blind buy a rollerball of Peach Fields since the reviews seem a little all over the place, but I was able to snag it at 40% off, so why not? Fortunately, I don’t seem to get the BO smell some reviewers have mentioned. I also noticed some people don’t get peach at all, which isn’t the case for me, either. I actually feel like the fruit is a little TOO sweet in the opening, it’s a blast of 90s peach shampoo that smells good, but isn’t the sort of thing I want for a personal fragrance. After a while, the wood notes start to emerge and give more balance, but I definitely get pencil shavings like others mentioned. I don’t get ONLY pencil shavings like some people have said; it’s a blend of peach and pencils. It doesn’t do anything for me, but it is inoffensive and wearable for when you want to smell nice but not make a statement.

This might be the peach fragrance I’ve been looking for. It’s giving me 1990s peach lotion and body spray, but specifically 94-96 vibes. Yes, it’s synthetic, but very nostalgic. I’ll update after wearing on my skin. Yup, 90s peach on my skin. My husband even agrees. I love this. I’ve been going through peach fragrances (Peau de Peche, Draco, etc) and this is what I’ve been looking for. It’s sort of realistic, sort of synthetic, but slightly elevated. It kind of blows my mind that a 90s scent can smell slightly higher end and not simply like a body spray. If you are looking for a throwback, try this.

This is similar to every other Skylar fragrance I've tried. They all have good projection but the notes show up in a bland kind of way, and after they've dried down they all end up having the same vaguely fruity floral scent. As with other Skylar fragrances, this feels more suited to a teenager. It definitely doesn't smell bad, but it reminds me of a much stronger/longer lasting bath & body works spray.

Juicy, sparkling expensive shampoo. Perfect for spring and summer, pairs well with a sundress. The sandalwood keeps it from being too sweet and so it stays fresh and fruity. Probably wouldn't have bought it on my own because I'm a snob, but I'm happy I got it as a gift because it's such an easy fragrance to reach for on bright warm days. It's just addictively fluffy. Crowd pleasing and cute.

pretty woody peach. nothing particularly out of the norm. It's more peachy in the opening and then settles down into a floral woody base. Not as sweet as I expected. It’s airy which is nice. For some reason I think that someone who wears would have really pretty hair. It’s just a pleasant but basic scent. Something about peach perfumes always remind me of freshly washed hair. Breezy & clean.

I understand the people saying it smells like air freshener but that wasn't my initial reaction upon smelling it for the first time. I'm not sure if I smell peaches but it is definitely a full bodied sexy, fruity fun smell.

Got a sample of this from sephora. I dont detect peach from this at all, but i get a nice grassy green fresh spicy scent. Probably won't buy a full size but i enjoy this

Creamy peach with a hint of woodsy. Everyday everywhere kind of scent.

Peach, osmanthus, and sandalwood is what’s advertised on the pack. I do smell these. I also smell a sweetened orange syrup in the opening that quickly dissipates. It’s a lighter scent that isn’t really projecting. It’s sitting very close to the skin. I think it’s a relatively linear scent. There are definitely florals and something that gives it a fuzzy texture that enhances the imagery of a fuzzy peach. The closest scent I can compare this to is Bvlgari Rock n’ Rome. Although Rock n’ Rome adds something sophisticated with spices and a stronger resinous and ambery base. This fragrance doesn’t smell high quality. I was enticed by all the targeted Instagram ads and the constant new releases from their monthly scent club. The issue with this is that they must rush fragrances and focus on quantity over quality. From giving the rest of the sample pack a quick sniff, all the others I own seem to have the same issues. There's just something off or incomplete about them. **Edit to original review: I put this sample away for the fall and winter and finally pulled it out to revisit this spring. After aging for nearly a year, the sandalwood really strengthened. Or maybe other notes weakened? That pencil shaving sandalwood is 80% of what I get from this fragrance now.

As much as I wanted to love this, it's just not my favorite. I was hoping for a more peach-heavy scent, but I don't get any peach from this. There is a bright burst of something vaguely fruity at the beginning, but it is quickly overpowered by the strong musk and sandalwood. I really don't get any other notes from this one, which is such a bummer because I really wanted it to be sweet and fruity. The musk and sandalwood do make this one a good layering option, though. On me it smells like autumn, it really feels like a fall perfume and makes me think of falling leaves. I like to layer this one with Bath and Body Works' Champagne Apple and Honey to help balance the musk with some sweetness and add a bit of fruit back in. This seems to really work for me, I get compliments on that combination a lot. I think it would work well with Bath and Body's Beautiful Day, as well. The good thing about this perfume is that it has great lasting power, and impressive sillage. I was wearing this combination in a store this morning, and several staff asked me what I was wearing so they could purchase it. If this is your scent, I say go for it! Unfortunately, it is not mine.

I received a “lift and smell” card in my last Skylar order and applied it to my arm. I’m sure it’s not the same as a spritz from an actual bottle, but I’m getting the essence of the scent on my skin, which is what I wanted. I smell peach nectar with a detergent-esque touch. Overall, it’s bright, juicy, and shampoo-y ... sweet and clean. But it’s also screechy, sharp, and may read a bit juvenile. Peach Fields is 90% the same as Clean’s Sparkling Sugar (from the Reserve line). Peach Fields is a bit more complex .. the florals are a bit more apparent, as are the woods, which makes it feel a bit more mature. If you have Sparkling Sugar, I don’t think you need Peach Fields (and vice versa). Neither Peach Fields nor Sparkling Sugar is my cup of tea, but I’m glad I tried it!

This is definitely peach, but it’s very green peach. Like peaches on a vine. A little bit sharp, green, bright, and sparkling. Not really my favorite scent profile... But it’s not bad. If I smelled this on someone else, I wouldn’t be offended at all. But I definitely couldn’t see myself wearing this. This would smell better as a room spray, or maybe on linens. It’s just a little too floral and green for me. It’s giving Joe Malone vibes. Cute, but a pass for me.

This fragrance is not overly sweet. It’s a scent for those who enjoy the essence of peaches, but don’t necessarily want a peach-forward fragrance. I can’t quite place it, but I smell ginger. It definitely has an effervescent quality. Overall a like, not a love. I'd argue that this scent leans more unisex. Update: upon letting the fragrance dry down, the scent on me turns into a vague musky/woody scent that I don't care for. 2/5

I love the bright juicy peach top note but I feel like it gets lost in the floral/woody dry down. I don’t think I really like the osmanthus and can’t detect any vanilla? I’m sure there are better peach options out there. I layered it with light blue for a stronger citrusy smell. On its own it’s a bit of a let down as I was hoping for more of a peach ring candy type smell, but longevity is decent at least.

this doesn’t smell like peaches at all! i could get white peach if i imagine, but at least this just doesn’t give what you would want from a peach fragrance. instead of being juicy sweet or well, peachy this is just very floral. very white & clean. just woods / osmanthus / musk smoothed over into an unidentifiable blend. nothing wrong with the smell, but this is just not as promised remotely.

A nice fruity scent, just not sweet enough for me personally. Has minimal sillage and lasts about 4 hours on my skin. In terms of perfumes listed as similar— ✔️ Ellis Brooklyn Apple Love: similar but sweeter ✔️ Ellis Brooklyn Peaches: similar but woodier ❌ Clean Reserve Sparkling Sugar: much deeper and sweeter ❌ Oakcha Peach Rings: much more bitter

I smell peach and wood. Peach dissipates and the woody notes remind me of pencil shavings (for those of you old enough to remember sharpening a pencil). 🤣. I will have to keep trying because I found myself loving gourmands lately. Ordered the travel size and the jury is still out but I think I prefer a spray rather than a rollerball.

was expecting more. it only last about 3 hours and it goes from intimate to borderline unnoticeable after dry down. really i could only smell it with my wrist right up to my nose. also i am getting almost no peach from this which is very disappointing because thats kinda the only reason i bothered ordering a sample

A lot of reviews are saying this scent is too woody, but to me it's almost pure peach. It's quite sweet, but not overbearing. It's not my vibe, so I wouldn't be buying a full-size when the tester runs out, but I don't hate it. It's sweet but not too sweet, very peachy but not vulgar, has a nice balance to it.

Eh, not for me. This was very floral and clean- but not fruity. It kind of had “light blue” essence to it if you will? A similar profile- but I’m definitely not getting sweet or fruity like I was hoping for. For me, this is going back to the store.

On its own - i really wish i loved it. And I do love it... layered with coconut cove. They make a perfect blend. Creamy woods and fresh and sweet peach with amber dry down. On it’s own this is a very simple and almost juvenile peach.

Ok... So let's start with what I like: it's a very straightforward peach perfume that smells fresh and makes a pleasant cloud of scent. What I don't like: it's maybe a bit too straightforward and strong, kind of condensed.

This is a lovely scent. Not groundbreaking, but nice. A dry woody floral peach, a touch powdery and warm. Soft to moderate projection (depending on number and location of sprays) and longevity is about 5-6hrs.

It's nice but just ok. It starts off fruity but quickly dries down to more musky, gently floral with hint of fruit. It does only last about an hour as most people have mentioned.

Nothing is special in here. Just another feel-nice perfume with peach and musk forward scent. Sweet, light, and girly. Don't worry, it went away after 3 hours top

I have the sample size. Peachy citrus which is rounded out nicely with the woody base notes. Pretty but wouldn't really buy it.

Smells like hot brass mixed with sticky candy. Not exactly sure how to describe it otherwise.

There's something almost musty or old about this. Nothing about this really stands out.

This one progresses very strangely and I vacillated between "ok" and "dislike." It's not exactly a bad small at any point, it's just kind of bizarre. As someone who isn't particularly a fan of fruity smells, especially peach, I was skeptical about this, but on the first spray I was immediately impressed. It starts off with a subtle peach smell and mostly florals. It's downhill from there. On dry down, within about 10 minutes, all I could smell were pencil shavings, and maybe a hint of playdoh. It's a strong smell too. You can smell it quite a distance, and easily through your heavy clothing. I read some reviews here and a lot of other people noticed specifically a "pencil shavings" smell so it's a distinct smell that many people also noticed. There was also another review that said "hair spray" and while I wouldn't have identified it on my own, once I saw that, I could understand it. I think it's coming from bad balancing of the woody base notes. It lasts a long time, and over time as it fades you're basically just left with faint pencil shavings and floral. I know some people said that it only lasts an hour on them, but I think it's more about the full smell - because it does last quite a long time it's just faint after about an hour. Again, it's not an unpleasant smell, but it's not a great smell either. If you WANT to smell like pencil shavings all day, then great, here's your perfume. Scent Description: Fruity Floral that becomes Pencil Shavings Sillage: Strong - easily through heavy clothes Longevity: Long - at least 6 hours

i didnt smell the peach at all, it simply smelled bright and kind of juicy- but not in a fruity way- not sure if that makes sense. it smelled like a sparkly floral fizzy scent with a woody ish dry down. beautiful bottle in my opinion, and good if you like fresh scents. just not for me, yet another failed peach scent :(

This is a green peach scent. Not much sweetness going on, very green and clean. Someone said it reminds them of a air freshener and that is exactly it. A clean/green peach air freshener, not the best imo.

The "peach" sticks around for 3 minutes, then it's bad quality pencil shavings. I wanted so much more from this!

Freshly sharpened #2 pencil. It is all I smell and once I thought of it, I can never unsmell it!!!!

My first favorite scent when I was a young girl was peaches. My nickname in high school was peach, as my first perfume was. So I was incredibly excited to smell this, and incredibly disappointed when I did. And I am a HUGE fan of sandalwood and woods in general (currently wearing Gris Charnel often in the winter, and love Byredos Santos, Santal Blonde, Santal 13 etc). If you put "peach" in the title, I rightfully expect it to be a dominant note. But all I get is Musk and Osmanthus. If you want a true peach, try Peche Cardinal or Linda Landenberg Pêche et Suède. And there are so many decent peach mixes. Honestly, even the Bath and Body Words Pretty as a Peach is better than this! This bottle went right back to Sephora.

Peach is one of my favorite notes and this is just AWFUL. If you like peach I’d recommend you try literally any other fragrance with that note. Some people say they don’t smell peach, I definitely do, it’s just very bad. Sorry to be so harsh but I’m truly amazed this was ever mass produced and is sold in Sephora. 😬

This is probably the first perfume I've ever tried where I wanted to completely scrub it off my skin. The longer it was on the worse it got. I actually quite like peach, but there's not a lick of peach in this. It smells like old herbs, dust, and incense. Respectfully no.

Disappointing. On paper, it was an artificial peach candy, but strangely not very fresh or bright. On my skin, it was completely, overwhelmingly woody with a layer of cooking herbs over top of it. Scrubber.

Aweful generic head ache inducing nightmare. Vague fruity chemicals and bugspray. Terrible. Got a small size but regret purchasing its going in the trash.

I wish this was more peach! Way too woody for me. Bought a rollerball from Skylar and returned it.

Unfortunately the peach does not last and then it's just straight pencil shavings.

No peach to my nose. Just osmanthus and woods. I hated this.
