Ski Bunny

I went into this one cautiously curious, especially since a lot of recent gourmands have leaned very sweet and candylike (Banana Candy, Sticky Mango). When I first saw the note list, I was honestly a little worried about the strawberry, but it never comes across as sharp or fruity. Instead, it works quietly in the background, helping the sweetness feel more lactonic rather than cold or candy-bright. While it is sweet, there’s immediate depth, probably from the peppermint. I expected something more mentholated, but what I get is closer to freshly picked mint with a green, almost leafy quality. It feels fresh without being cold. The graham cracker note is there without smelling processed or dry. There’s a soft nuttiness to it that leans warm and cozy instead of crumbly, which keeps it from going full dessert. With how overused marshmallow has become lately, I expected it to be a lot, but here it acts more like a creamy cushion, adding body and softness rather than turning the whole thing into sugar fluff. The woods and musk really help anchor everything and give it more staying power than I expected. Where Boardwalk Delight feels playful and very obviously gourmand, this one feels a little more grounded and balanced without losing that softness.

the only Skylar scent I’ve been interested in and it was sold out by like dec 7th as it was sitting in my cart. I hope they bring it back i would love to try.

I found the sweetness to be a tad too cloying, and wish the mint would have come out more as I loooove minty scents. Passed it on to a friend.

Just being a snark- why do people bother with this house? They are basically body sprays that disappear within minutes.
