Ex on the Beach

I really like this, love the sweet floral opening but after sometime the cedar takes over, I like to layer this with Pacifica dream moon since that’s a very sweet fruity-floral. Edit: As of recent (maybe because of the weather or humidity) the fruity-floral note has been coming through and staying on the skin, i like this much more now

This is such a dry and woody fig that I truthfully have never smelled before. Where as most fig fragrances that I have smelled are juicy and bright, this takes on more of a dry and woody tone that is really pleasant. As it dries down I notice the fig start to mesh more and more with the florals in here and it is just gorgeous. My initial worry with this scent was it being way to floral for my liking but as others have said already, the cedar has this smoky vibe to it that is more reminiscent of a cedar like incense that I used to own. This is a really pretty any time/any season/any place scent that puts a really unique spin on the fig formula. It smells a little basic in comparison to some of the other scents that Snif offers but I really like this one. I also got this 30 mL frag for $30ish dollars so it was a hell of a steal. My biggest complaint with this scent and with all Snif scents is their longevity and silage. It definitely could be a lot worse but this one I've noticed really fades to an indiscernible floral/smoky/woody scent after about 3.4-4.5 hours on my skin. For the price though? Worth if you enjoy a different take on a fig fragrance.

This is both creamy and dry at the same time. The fig comes through nicely -- not in a sweet way, but almost as if the fig itself was carved out of cedarwood and brushed with ylang ylang petals. There's also something tea-like about this, which I pick up in a few other of Snif's fragrances.

This is a dry fruity fig. Not my favorite from Snif but I wear it sometimes. The cedarwood is strong. Almost smoky. ... A bit too “dry” for me.

Bought this bc I wanted to experience a "dry" scent, and it's certainly what I received. The fig comes out quite a bit on my skin, but the scent experience is quite short and abrupt within each inhale. Woodsy fig, but pretty basic smelling. I would reach for this in a situation where I don't want the scent to last long and be more subtle, yet still pleasant.

I expected this to have more of the fruity and floral notes that it claims to have, but I only got woody musk from it. Nothing wrong with woody musk, I just probably wouldn’t have gotten it had I known how strong the woodyness would be, not my fave.

In the bottle and on skin (after a very pungent whiff of alcohol) is a memory of fig, and gets overtaken by cedarwood. Determined to find more complexity, I let it stay for a while but also rubbed my wrists together in the hopes it might smell better when the perfume oils and compounds were broken. Nope. Still smelled like a spicy sauna, which I agree with other reviews smells dry AF. Dry, unappealing, not even sexy. They are likely discontinuing it, since its almost 50% off on the snif website ($39 USD), and good riddance.

Very strong dry woody scent which fades to a slightly sweet smoky woody scent. I had high hopes for this fragrance because I adore fig perfumes, but the dry wood and the background sweetness from the fig just make me nauseous.

This is definitely unisex to me. I asked my teen sons and they said it smelled like one of their colognes. It is woody, and the fig or florals comes across as almost citrusy at times for me. I don’t dislike this, but I am not a huge fan of unisex fragrances. To test this, I sprayed once on my arm and could still lightly smell it after about four hours. Edit: After sitting for months, this has developed a little more sweetness. I can see myself wearing this in the summer. Layered with something sweet and coconut would be lovely.

Very woody floral. I agree with Snowflake8000 that it's smoky. Very strong cedar that's smoky. I don't get any fig. The smokiness also throws me off on the florals. It's definitely smoky wood with floral notes but the smokiness makes it hard for me to pinpoint exactly which flower I'm smelling. Not my favorite from snif. But honestly I think this could be really good for a dude.

This strikes me as a woody-floral that doesn't go anywhere on the dry-down. Pretty generic smell to me, and I would not wear again

Boring...no fig here either. 😑
