Extra Whip

Snif is one of my favorite beauty brands. Extra whip is one of my absolute favorites... great scent and affordable I first started with their fragrances ( perfumes) then candles, lotions , and body mists. The body mists are a great everyday item because they are light in scent, last all day, and are affordable. I have tried the berry and hazelnut mists, spray tan mist, and my absolute favorite: extra whip body mist, a whipped cream scented mist. The notes are: icing sugar , whipped cream accord , vanilla, milky sandalwood , fluffy musk . The packaging is durable and attractive: the bottle doesn’t break or leak and looks good on the nightstand with my other scents and travels well in my bag. The body mists come in two sizes: a travel size and a larger size. I always buy both so I can use the large size in the mornings and take the smaller size with me throughout the day. I often don’t need to respray very often throughout the day as the larger size is enough. It can be applied day or night for many occasions like for work or in the evening for an event or for weekend activities. The product is a light mist that is not cloying or sticky... just a barely there scent that blends into the skin and leaves a sweet scent. I find that to me all the mists have a refreshing clean scent. The extra whip body mist is my favorite because it is great by itself or layered with other lotions or fragrances. It’s a good clean just out of the shower sort of scent. I usually use it with the Snif Hot cakes or Naughty Nonna scents but it really could go with a cashmere, vanilla , musk, rainfall, floral , herbaceous, or fruity scent... it’s the ultimate versatile or standalone scent. I think it’s smells like a slight sweet vanilla or cream scent... not heavy and not sugary sweet . It’s not a strong vanilla scent either. I also like it because it’s affordable: the scent doesn’t need to be applied a lot , the travel size and larger size last a long time, usually months for me and I apply it almost everyday. The small size is about $20-$25 and the large size is about $35 and they often go on sale or on discount. I think it’s good for any age person to try. Snif has many unisex scents and this is one of them. If you’re looking for a body mist or a light perfume that’s affordable, I recommend the Snif body mists, especially the extra whip body mist. I give it 5 stars my favorite!

This is the only scent I liked from the Hot Cakes collection; although I do appreciate Snif’s ability to craft photorealistic gourmand fragrances and the others smell exactly as advertised, they just weren’t my preferred scents. Extra Whip really does have a “cold” feel when you first spray it, but it definitely warms up on the skin. It’s a nice creamy lactonic sweet vanilla but I genuinely do hits of authentic whipped cream (I do agree with other reviewers that it’s slightly coconutty as well). To me this feels like a summery vanilla but I could see it layering well over a lot of fragrances and being just as enjoyable in the cooler months. It’s a linear scent that stays consistent throughout the wear time. This is also surprisingly long-lasting. I tested it at Ulta alongside eau de toilettes from Snif and Vacation and this lasted the longest/strongest. I’m not sure if I’d purchase it because I have other vanillas I like and it’s not so unique that I feel I have to have it, but I’ve got enough reward points from Snif to get a free bottle and I think I’ll get it. Maybe it’ll turn out to be a must have! Update - I did purchase a full bottle and absolutely love this. It’s one I can see staying in my collection. It layers really nicely with Gentle Reminder but I also like wearing it with Match Made in Heaven from Sorce and JPG’s Divine.

Interesting! Originally bought this to pair with Blanche Bete in search of layering more milky sweet fragrances however that isn't what Extra Whip is at all. On my skin it reads as more of an ambroxan toasted sugar vanilla. Reminds me more of Bath and Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar more than a lactonic cold fragrance. I never got any alcohol smell even on the initial spray which is rare in my experience with most body mists. It's immediately a warm, inviting, sugary vanilla. The longevity on this is amazing. Sprayed it on my body and clothes and still smelled it even after 8 hours of wear being outside and doing chores. Not sure why it's so strong on me. The projection is great and leaves a strong trail in the wind (or so I've been told). Not what I was expecting at all, but I really like this and will repurchase when I run out! Pairs nicely as a topper with the lactonic fragrances I already have. I'm seriously impressed. Story time: I blind bought this at Ulta because I went to go test it but they were all in the back so I asked a worker if they still had it and she handed me a fully packaged one and I didn't want to ask her again if there was one already open I could test so I just bought it lmao and died a little inside cause I did not want to come back and return this so soon ahaha.

This is beautiful , it goes with everything .its not overly sweet but creamy ,aldahydic whipped cream its great for layering but smells amazing on its own i have not been able to put this one down . Somethimg strangly addictive in this spray that keeps me coming back for more . For a body spray it lasts decent amount of time and projects very well ,clean creamy goodness if you like gourmands this is a must have and goes with everything , if you like clean scents this also checks that box as it smells clean creamy and just slightly sweet . This set is my favorite scents to come out this year .

Had been dreaming to find a whipped cream fragrance for a while, and what a lovely surprise. The aldehydes in this make it so interesting- you really do feel this coldness, all the while still smelling the warmth of the musk and the buttery quality that cream has. It is a very, very realistic lactonic scent with a touch of sweetness. It feels like a cozy hug, like a comforting childhood treat. Adorable. Odd to say one could find a scent to be cute, though i believe this fragrance perfectly fits the term. Wholesome, light and sweet.
