Golden Ticket

Strong tea and citrus right off the atomizer. The top notes are heavy and the base notes come maybe an hour after surprisingly! It's like wearing two different perfumes when I put this on. It becomes much more balanced after the dry down and hours later, the muskiness from the amber, vetiver, and incense and whatever is left of the top and mid notes mesh so well it's almost like Glossier You but a little more citrusy. I'm intrigued. It's a shapeshifting fragrance for me but I would wear this day or night. It's quite unisex in my opinion. Give the 10ml a shot if you can! First spray is like a fresh cup of green, black and citrusy tea and the dry down is musky and skinlike-- worn in and napped in Glossier You all afternoon. However, if you are looking for an alternative to Glossier You, I wouldn't recommend this just because it will not be the type of fragrance you are looking for. If you are looking for a strong tea fragrance and happen to ALSO like muskier scents like Glossier You, then you will like this.

Very aromatic, green, refreshing, lightly smokey scent. It reminds me of taking a walk through the park just after it’s rained. The fresh mulch on the little trail is damp and so are all the tall eucalyptus trees, letting off a very aromatic green and woody smell. One of the neighbors by the park has smoke coming out of their chimney on this drizzly day, and the smell of it gently wafts in the air as you sip on the the hot green tea you brought in a to-go cup. This scent is so cool. Very unisex. I am in love. This perfume has a very nice projection that wafts through the air as you walk around for the first 3 hours or so. Then as it settles it looses a bit of its punch, but is still detectable on clothing and hair. Longevity wise this lasts a decent 5-7hours. My boyfriend said, “Yeahhhh, I like it, kinda. I think I do like it. I’m just not sure I like it for you. It’s not bad though” Well too bad for him because I just bought a full bottle and it is now my winter staple 🤪 9/10

Ordered this because others described it as a hotel lobby scent. Maybe it's all the tea notes, but it's got a very autumnal academic vibe -- the kind of thing you'd want to wear to the museum or bookstore. This has really nice lasting power, especially if you spray it on your clothes. To me this is a true unisex smell, but for those who like a more floral/fruity profile, this might lean too masculine.

I blind bought this perfume and I absolutely love it. it reminds me a bit of the noir 29 but i actually like it more, its more wearable imo. its like the noir 29 if it was fresher and more green tea. great perfume for any season and on me it smells like a feminine slightly creamy herbal tea scent and maybe some slight incense. prob my new everyday perfume !!

A very herb heavy perfume, I tried their sample because I was genuinely interested in their unisex and interesting scents. I personally love this scent it is very green like freshly cut herbs and unsweetened tea, with a touch of incense. I definitely would say this is very green unsweetened but not bitter scent.

great tea centric fragrance, aromatic, comforting clean, slightly sweet- great for daily use especially if you work in a more intimate environment (i’m an esthetician) this is perfectly balanced in my opinion- crowd pleasing and unique at the same time 9/10

To me, this hits the same notes that I love about The Noir 29, so it basically is a duplicate. In fact, I actually like this one better because it's not super expensive and it doesnt have the crazy and frankly unnecessary sillage that The Noir 29 has.

I loveeee golden ticket, it smells like an incensey green tea with lemon. For some reason my nose picks up on some floral notes even thought there aren’t any, and this definitely gives me The Noir 29 but if it were fresher and less warm.

I LOVE THIS. It is my daily fall work/errands scent. Neutral/cozy/stylish/chill.

I am more of a sweet scent/gourmand girl so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this one, but I like it! It’s very herbal-y and fresh and nice for spring. It’s growing on me the more I smell it, but I’m not sure it quite feels like me. What brings this to a love for me, however, is layering it with Snif’s Gentle Reminder. I didn’t love Gentle Reminder on its own as I unfortunately do get play dough from it like so many others, but layered with Golden Ticket? Perfection. Both of them together are definitely more my style - a touch of sweetness, the tea notes are more pronounced, and the play dough is gone. Definitely recommend trying these two together if you didn’t love them on their own.

Beautifully structured aromatic tea scent. I get the grassy dryness of vetiver and roasted tea leaves, along with a touch of fresh pillowy musk. I've seen others online describe the smell of Golden Ticket as a boujee hotel lobby and I'm inclined to agree. Without Patchouli and Oakmoss this cannot be considered a Chypre fragrance, however I find this has that same structured feel, like a well tailored blazer. The aroma is innocuous enough to not overwhelm your coworkers at the office, but demands enough attention to turn heads. I've had baristas compliment me on this scent through the drive thru window. May be purchasing a full size after my travel runs out.

I've been looking for a tea scent that I didn't find too citrusy, and this is it. This is a dark and smoky tea scent - right up my alley. This brings to mind a feeling of staying in a lodge - drinking hot black tea from a mug while looking out the big foyer window. It's raining and misty outside and a fog hangs low over the mountains. A fireplace crackles in the background. It's green and brown and aromatic. More grounding than refreshing. Less creamy, more clear and herbal. I love this and think it's great for any season or occasion. It lasted me about half a day before I figured I'd reapply. Completely unisex. 8.5/10

Nice, bright, and fresh, glad the incense isn't strong that would've ruined it. Kind of smells aquatic to me not sure why. Definitely smells better over time. Projection is horrible, I sprayed it on my arm and a few minutes later, I couldn't even smell it in the air I had to put my arm to my nose. Does lean a little masculine but not by that much. Develops nice on skin. Nice for a warm day out. I like it and it wouldn't disrupt anybody around you. Like many Snif fragrances, it is only worth it to buy on sale. However, not worth buying again when you run out.

The opening is very nice and tea notes are realistic, but the maté is more forward for the first hour which can be slightly sharp and masculine. As it dries down, the green and black teas come through more and it becomes truly unisex and these notes are truly wonderful. I couldn't stop sniffing my arm. I think it's a unique fragrance on the market and the price point is unbeatable. Edit/Update: I just could not get past the strong maté moment, so haven't been picking it up for personal body use. Testing it as a home scent right now.

What a delightful scent this is! It's quite possible that I don't know what "undoctored" tea smells like sans milk and sugar, but I don't pick up much of a tea scent from this. To me, Golden Ticket is a very green, fresh, bright scent. I get the essences of green bell pepper, citrus, and grass, grounded by a pleasant woodiness. The dry down smells like an expensive hand bar soap you'd put out for guests. I reach for this on weekend days when I want something casual and easy-wearing.

First I feel like Snif really missed the chance for Golden Ticket to be a “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” inspired gourmand. This could have been called Unbirthday if they wanted to have a kids literature theme that fit. The fragrance itself is photorealistic tea. Not flavored just brewed tea leaves. It’s earthy and a bit bitter like it’s over steeped but a very zen scent. Projection isn’t great but it does last a while on clothing.

I like this! I don't know why, but I get a bit of a rose note in this that reminds me a lot of Toy Boy by Moschino. It could just be my chemistry but I would say that this reminds me a ton of if the noir 29 and toy boy had a love child but dialed their beast modes back a bit. Not complaining, i find both those scents to be tough wears due to their strength so this is a nice option.

I have a sample of this and am definitely intrigued. It is unique and herbaceous. But definitely unisex. Fresh. Not sure if I’ll buy a bottle. Thinking about it. Need to spend more time with it. But it’s nice. I did try layering it with Snif Gentle Reminder as someone suggested. Interesting combination. Not for me... but certainly interesting.

I initially did not like the herbal green notes when I tried it in warmer weather, but it performs much better in cold weather. It has been foggy where I am and I appreciated this fragrance more. It’s pleasant and herbal without being abrasive, and the incense/amber came through nicely in the dry down. Mid range longevity and sillage.

I love smelling like an old book, but when I get tired of reaching for my powdery perfumes I reach for Golden Ticket. It evokes a wet spring day as the snow is melting. It kind of energizes me throughout the day. Very tea-forward and fresh! Once the tea on top dies down, I get more of the incense and amber at the heart of the scent.

Flowering sage and tea, more aromatic and perhaps medicinal than gourmand.

I want so very badly to love this. Alas, I’m not sure I do. I bought it off Amazon as a prime day deal instead of sampling it. Bad idea. Take advantage of Snif’s awesome program and test test test. This is so enchanting at first spray. Inhaling amazing delicate tea steam. However I feel like it’s missing something. It feels like it needs just a touch of sweetness. Then as the fragrance develops it smells like a whiff of 4/20 on my skin. Perhaps it’s the incense note with all the fresh green herbs that smell that way on me. So honestly, I’ll probably sell my bottle. It’s not quite right and runs a bit more masc than unisex. I will keep searching for my perfect tea scent.

This one is interesting, I smelled it in a shop and immediately thought of blackberry bushes. After bringing home a small bottle and using it several times, the blackberries have taken on a more synthetic quality. I think what I might be smelling is the sage + bergamot notes. After this fades, what's left is pleasant, inoffensive but also kind of uninteresting, herbaceous, dry. I do get the tea scent, it smells like an old tea house I used to frequent. Like tea leaves, honey, very faint incense. However it sits very close to the skin. Unless I smell my wrist, I don't smell it at all. I would say it's okay, but I wouldn't buy a full bottle.

I was very excited to try this as I'm looking for a black tea fragrance. The opening is nice as another reviewer stated. I'm not sure what mate smells like but there is something that leans masculine in the dry down, I think it's bergamont too with the other notes. I do think it's nice but not the tea fragrance for me. Not super long lasting and it took a lot of sprays for me to smell it, it seems like something you could go noseblind to easily for some reason. I think it's also very good to note their full bottles are 30 ml so the value often touted for the brand is a bit inflated.

A lovely fragrance, but I feel like it's missing... something. Maybe the amber isn't strong enough to round out what is a pretty sharp scent, or maybe I hate bergemot. Think less brewed tea and more a rich persons pouporri mixed with dry tea leaves. I wear it often, though, and it pairs well with by the fireplace. If you're looking for a brewed cup scent, tea for two is my rec, but if you'd like to smell rich but a liiiittle boring, this will do just fine.

Extremely fresh and wet smelling, slightly aquatic. Like soaked maté leaves. Aromatic, savory, herbal. Bar-soapy from the vetiver. I would not call this a photorealistic scent - it's got a soapy perfumey-ness to it. I don't detect any incense or amber, and would not categorize this as a warm scent. It's more damp and cold, similar to petrichor.

It’s definitely not what I expected based on the website description and promo images. I don’t get anything gourmand or tea-like whatsoever; mainly just vetiver, sage, and incense. It’s not offensive at all, especially once it dries down and some of that grassy sourness fades, but it’s definitely not what I was expecting.

Very bright and fresh, but I find that all tea scents turn to sweat on me. When layered with something lemony (I used Verveine Fizz by Adopt), it turns into a very nice Arnold Palmer type of sweet tea. With or without the layering, it's very sugary.

I just received the sample + full-size bottle. And I would return! It smells like Noir 29 but is lighter and floral. I prefer the Le Labo Version. It is more woody and complex, and you can feel the fig rather than a tea party vibe.

Very similar opening to MM Autumn Vibes, but I prefer this one, it's smoother, and the drydown develops nicely and becomes rich and bold (whereas I find Autumn Vibes more linear).

If The Noir 29 is a warm, milky cup of tea, Golden Ticket is an iced, refreshing cup of tea.

The more I wear this, the more it smells like straight pickle juice to me.

Bold, grassy, herbal and green with a bit of bitterness rounded out with incense. As others mentioned in comparison to The Noir 29, I do prefer this one more- that one did not work well with my skin chemistry. I do find the vetiver and sage to be a bit strong in this fragrance adding an herbal/grassy quality. I honestly wouldn't say that this screams "tea" to me in a stand-out sense due to the combination of the notes and herbal floral quality as much as say Arielle Shoshanna Monday, Earl grey and cucumber Jo Malone which are a bit more of my preference when it comes to black tea or matcha meditation by replica for green. I think I would prefer this scent in a home spray or a candle rather than an actual perfume as it does lean a bit masculine/cologne. I'm glad I got this in a mini to try it out.

I thought I would really like this given the notes. It's not bad, just not something I want to wear. I think it's the incense note that's not sitting well with me. Rate: 5/10

Cute opening that lasts about 2 seconds, and then it turns into a cucumber/sandalwood scent. Not for me, but I see it as a room spray.

golden ticket...? more like golden shower!! damn this was disgusting. what's crazy is that snif's fragrances lack projection + sillage... but out of all of them, this one lasted for hours!! why?! for $65, no thanks! i wouldn't even get it on sale!

It doesn’t smell like The Noir 29 on its own. It’s missing sweetness from the fig and tobacco. They do have something in common, but it’s not a dupe. If you layer it with a tobacco fragrance like Elizabeth & James Nirvana Amethyst it is more similar. The fragrance by itself fades super quickly and smells a lot more fresh. I think it smells a little similar to Nonfiction Santal Creme on its own, maybe even a little like Autumn Vibes by Replica. Kind of in the fresh family that Santal 33 is from. I bought it on a whim because someone was selling a full bottle for under $20 on a resale site and I heard it was similar to The Noir 29 which is my favorite perfume. I do like it, but it’s in no way the same as The Noir 29. This is a green and zingy fragrance with bergamot at the front, the latter is more tobacco forward and sweet.

i cant stop smelling my wrists! ive gotten both of my snif fragrances on clearance at urban outfitters and they were both blind buys and decent prices. golden ticket has a good longevity on my clothing and projects well, i get whiffs of myself from moving around with it on. upon first smelling it, it reminded me of the matcha from le labo. its that citrusy green tea with a hint of amber smokey to it that i loveeee. at first the scent is heavy on citrus and tea but it dries down to a very nice green smokey scent. id wear this for going out, probably not a daily scent for me personally but i do love it if i want something more fresh and green for the day. this is coming from someone who usually prefers heavy smokey patchouli type scents lol.

I hated this scent when I first got it but after I let it macerate for a few months I’m finding it quite nice. I almost never can smell tea in tea scents and this is no exception. However, it’s nice and cozy, but airy at the same time. It’s got a lovely fruitiness to it without being sweet. Percent scent for when it’s in the mid 60s/early fall

Very mate forward, earthy and smells like mate tastes. Also smells a tiny bit like carrot juice, fertilizer and the plant section of home depot tbh. Smells nothing like The Noir 29 to my nose. I find it leans masculine but not in a traditional masculine scent way. I'd just find it more appealing on a man than a woman.

Similar to Still by Jlo. I think this is a Not too masculine and green for me. I will pass on too hubby. Good thing they don’t last long on skin. Overpriced for performance which is like a body spray. Won’t but from this house anymore.

This is lovely. A very well done aromatic tea scent with only minimal citrus and sweet ambery notes. I think it's very linear and simple but so vibrant and uplifting! I want a full bottle.

My friend at work wears this. It smells great on him. Unisex tea fragrance with an appropriate name.
