Honey Suite

Such a sleeper hit! Great honey fragrance! I was not expecting to like this as much as I do. Honey scents are so tricky. I totally wrote it off at first, but grabbed it from Ulta at 30% off for Black Friday because it would be easy to return if I hated it. This one is super sweet and woody with a powdery texture, but still super smooth, and also aromatic with a bit of lavender. Does not smell medicinal or syrupy like Ellis Brooklyn Bee, which definitely goes into Ricola cough drop territory for me. Honey Suite actually smells like honey and the woodiness and lavender go black tea-like for me. It makes me feel like I'm sticking my face in a bag of fancy loose leaf lavender black tea with an entire vat of super sweet farmers market honey right next to me. It almost reminds me of a Kilian style DNA, in that there is something that reminds of Smoking Hot and maybe a bit of Angels Share (though in no way a dupe). Maybe it's a little boozy? I love the way the woodiness is done. It definitely smells more expensive than it is, except for how sweet it is. I don't really get any incense, which I am happy about. I was also a little worried about the saffron too, but it's nothing resembling BR540. I'm not getting anything resinous, which I tend to be super sensitive to. For context, I am a fan of Snif as a brand and this one would be in my top 3. I also love Soda Snob, Crumb Couture, Coco Shimmy, Citrus Circus and Vanilla Vice. Wasn't as big of a fan of Rose Era or Sweet Ash. I do like Tart Deco and Heal the Way, but am not big on Cherry or Palo Santo, so just not for me, though I've been tempted many times to buy both when they go on sale. Slice Society is fun too, but less "wearable". Naughty Nona is also on its way to me. This definitely makes me want to try Vow Factor!

I've been eyeing this scent for so long and finally snatched 10 ml on Black Friday sale and OMG. I wasn't expecting to love it this much. It's the most subtle and comforting honey perfume I've smelled so far. I've always been intrigued by this note and wanted to find that warm gentle honey scent that is easy to wear and this is exactly that. It was a love at first sniff. The opening is pretty saffron and honey forward, and then the scent settles into more of a steamed milk with honey and a touch of frankincense and vanilla. It almost starts to smell like a beeswax candle in a cathedral. It's so delicate and creamy yet a little spicy and warm. I don't really get lavender which usually tends to be a little harsh on my skin, so it's super well blended. The only downside is longevity as it seems to be holding to my skin for maybe about 4 hours but I still love it and would just reapply it. I think it would be a solid full bottle purchase once I'm done with my travel size because I seem to use it up very fast!

I'm really enjoying this. But it's not what I expected. It is not your typical honey scent. I don't think it smells like either of the Bee's (Zoologist or Ellis Brooklyn). This is an incense perfume through and through. I'm hard pressed to find any honey at all actually. But I like it! It's dark, it's mysterious. Lots of incense so if you're not a fan of that note, this probably won't work for you. It would be nice if I could get a little bit of sweetness from the honey but it's just not there. Maybe as it matures, that hidden honey note will become noticeable to me. All of that being said, I like incense-y types of perfumes so this is a win for me. I also wasn't sure how I'd get along with the saffron note as it's not a note I normally vibe with (although lately, I seen to be more tolerant of) but it's in the background and it's not leathery like saffron can be. Oh and performance is EXTREMELY good with potent longevity and projection. Can't beat it for the price. 😁

this scent had to grow on me a little because it's different in my collection, but it went from a like to a love. honey suite is a beautiful scent. the opening is the most astringent-- i can smell the honey the entirety of the fragrance but the sweetness is the most balanced upon first spray. shortly after, i start to pick up on the florals and aromatics as the honey also gets sweeter. by the dry down, i get a very warm, wildflower honey with a touch of woody vanilla. when i first received it, i restricted it to a bedtime scent because i find it to be incredibly sweet, comforting, and often associate lavender, vanilla, honey notes with sleep. but as it gets colder, i find myself wanting to reach for it during the day. i wouldn't dare wear this in the heat because i would certainly either choke or be chased by bees. i have only worn this to bed so i can't speak to longevity on skin, but i do still smell it on my clothes when i wake up.

Crystallized Honey, Broom Absolute, Incense, Havanawood, Lavender Flower, and Vanilla Bourbon...? It's a beautifully unexpected scent. Woody, yet syrupy and somewhat powdery. It's perfect as an Autumnal fragrance for its earthy, witchy qualities and vintage feel (vintage in that it smells like old things, not nessisarily a vintage perfume). This is how honey is meant to be. The sillage and longevity are great! Lasts an entire 9 hrs before it starts to fade a bit, but it lasts forever on clothes. At first I wasn't sure how I felt about it, but it but I've worn it almost every day since it came in the mail. I didn't really catch on to the "honeymoon" theme of the bottle/promotion (even tho it was pretty obvious lol), so if the bottle turns you off or doesn't feel like it fits the notes, you're not the only one! It's well worth the try!

Honey Suite feels like poring over a desk in a dilapidated library while the warm sun filters through the high windows, catching dust in the air. It also brings to mind that celestial decor that was popular in the 90s (iykyk). I understand why some people call it “witchy” or “gothic”, it’s just the right about of moody with a touch of something very magical and whimsical. This isn’t chains and leather, it’s more hippie, whimsigoth, or dark academia. In the bottle, the incense notes are much more noticeable to my nose, but they’re much softer (while still present) and comforting on my skin, where the honey seems to take center stage. This isn’t a gourmand honey, either. It’s warm but not cloying, like bathing in the sun in that picture I painted above. It’s really the perfect fall scent and I can’t wait to wear this all season.

Mmm, I love this! I was concerned about the broom note and comparisons to Ellis Brooklyn's Bee - a perfume which is absolutely nauseating for me. Thankfully, while I can somewhat see the comparisons, Honey Suite is far better blended. It is first and foremost a honey fragrance, but not in an overly sweet or gourmand way. It is backed by the lavender and frakincense, maybe some of the cedar, and it melds together to create a very lovely and comforting scent. It makes me want to relax and fall asleep! It's more unique, nothing extremely groundbreaking, but I don't have many frags like this so it's definitely a keeper for me. Definitely unisex, and my husband loved this too. More of a cool weather fragrance IMO. It doesn't seem to project that well for me, unfortunately, even on clothes, but longevity is decent (few hours).

This is the best smelling fragrance from Snif yet. This review has nothing to do with Emelia’s popularity, though well-deserved. This is strictly about the perfume. I’ve worn this every day for 2 weeks. Not only do I love it, but I get compliments every time I go out. It’s not a gourmand fragrance, but gourmand lovers will like it. It’s warm, confident, and smooth. I feel beautiful when I wear it. The honey is both strong and delicate. It doesn’t muddy the other notes. The broom absolute is a lovely yellow floral that coordinates so well with honey. It’s spicy but not overly so. The vanilla is boozy, not like a cookie. This is not a weak perfume, it stays and produces a decent but not obnoxious scent bubble. Absolutely worth the price. It smells expensive, but still inviting and approachable. I’m in love with it.

An elegant, mysterious, and alluring scent. It’s a little dark and vampy, thanks to the incense and bourbon. A little earthy and woody as well from the davana and cedar, which grounds the sweetness from the honey and vanilla. The florals here are beautifully complementary and I love the edge that the lavender is giving this. It’s absolutely a “witchy” fragrance in my mind; to me that means dark, mysterious, a little earthy, and yet beautiful and sophisticated. It smells so much more expensive than it is. It’s an intoxicating and alluring fragrance that I think will have those around you intrigued and bewitched!

Softer, smoother, and cozier than Ellis Brooklyn Bee. The opening is definitely reminiscent, but the development of this scent is stunning. I wish it came in a larger bottle, because I can’t seem to get this out of my system. If you could wash your clothes with honey and rum and dry them with vanilla and a touch of incense, this is how they would smell fresh out the dryer...still warm. It performs well. It is both sensual and comforting. Packaging and presentation are the stuff nostalgia is made of. Top to bottom...just incredible!

A really interesting, unsweet honey (I know, like... what?) Depending on your body chemistry, the incense may become overpowering as it dries down. The comment describing this as "witchy" is spot-on to me. It has whimsigoth love potion vibes. From a house with some notorious powerhouse gourmands, I was really impressed with the depth and complexity here. The honey note is not gourmand at all, it's almost spicy. Unique and sensual fragrance at a very reasonable price!

I would bathe in this if I could. Such a unique and beautiful honey scent. The frankincense deepens it and makes it feel aged but in the perfect way to help balance out the sweetness. Absolutely a favorite of mine but not for everyone as honey can be an interesting note. There's no weird pissy note or anything but honey is just one of those interesting smells. If you are curious and can find a sample, absolutely go for it. Wearable yet still fun.

This is magical. Magic in a bottle. The start of this is pure dark, waxy honeycomb, but as everyone else has already said, it dries down into a spicy, witchy, gothic scent that has just enough sweetness to add a touch of whimsy, like a grin. There's a rich, deep aroma to this from the frankincense and honey, and the davana note, which I recognize from Heal the Way, adds a sharp herbal hit that brightens it up a tad. I simply adore this.

at first spray, i was scared. now as i have used it serval times, just... wow, honey suite is phenomenal. this is something a fortune teller or some mysterious, powerful woman wears. a sexy, herbal witches brew. sultry, spicy, sweet. this itches something in my brain... my first and favorite snif fragrance i own. my holy grail. A gorgeous, smooth, sophisticated honey fragrance. It’s sweet and deep, but the lavender gives it this brightness that keeps it from being cloying. It reminds me of those flavored honey sticks. Soothing, fresh, sweet and delicious. I keep sniffing my wrists where I sprayed, it’s so good. This is one I’ll keep repurchasing as long as it’s available.

The steamiest make out session you’ve ever had in a bottle. It’s slightly smoky at first before flecking into the richness of honey. It’s sweet and sexy. The saffron leads in the beginning performance and then it becomes slick honey grounded with woods. I really love this one and the performance is great! 6 hours later and I can still smell it.

Usually sweet perfumes give me headaches, but the more medicinal smelling notes and woody notes balance it perfectly. The smell almost reminds me of honey lemon cough drops and I say that as a compliment. Unlike any other perfume I own and I find myself not only reaching for this, but also thinking of the scent from time to time.

How am I the only one getting Princess by Kilian from this? It’s nice but it was instantly familiar. The powdery sweetness is almost identical to Kilian’s Princess. The only real difference being that honey note. Not at all similar to Ellis Brooklyn Bee which I actually prefer for a photorealistic honey scent.

Gorgeous scent exactly how described. I smell all the notes listed in a beautiful smokey, slightly sweet and aromatic blend. The honey still manages to be the star of the show a little while after dry down now. Incense smell does get sharper with the dry down so that part might not be for everyone.

As many, many others have already said, this definitely has that “witchy apothecary” vibe, majorly. It brings to mind potions and cauldrons. The honey is not overly sweet. This scent is rich and has a lot of depth. It’s moody and seductive. Slightly woody. This is gorgeous in the fall and winter!

To be honest I just bought this on a whim as I generally like Snif scents. I figured it would be a like, but it's a love. It's like the honey version of Heal The Way with that depth and overall feeling of warmth and comfort. I find this really beautiful and glad I have it in my collection

honey, frankincense, saffron, and vanilla are well blended; you can pick them each out of the bunch, but they work together seamlessly. Snif has quite a few unique offerings, and this has to be at the top for me. witchy and maybe a bit moody. try it with commodity gold 🩷

I’m on the hunt for a cheaper alternative for tobacco honey by guerlain and stumbled upon this. Definitely not what I was looking for but I’m happy we met. This is beautiful. Not overly sweet or honeyed. Witchy Pacific Northwest vibes indeed

This perfume is delicious and so very sexy. I can’t stop sniffing my wrist. I’ve never owned a perfume with honey notes before, but I am already doubting that the rest can measure up Incredibly intoxicating and a quick compliment getter.

This is a very lovely fragrance. I wore this shopping a couple of weeks ago and TWO men stopped me to ask what perfume I was wearing. Warm and soft, yet strong and lasting, this fragrance from Snif is a winner!!!!

BEEautiful. Does NOT smell like EllisBrooklyn Bee - similar type but they do not smell a like. Weird to say but it smells almost classic like an Hermès fragrance. Nice. Love Love

I love Snif's bottle design, and the packaging their bottles come in is very high quality and secure. I bought a 30 mL bottle (my favorite size) and received 2 free samples, one of honey suite to share and one of my choosing. The bottle itself is heavy glass with a nice magnetic cap and the atomizer is a very nice fine mist. My first impression was mainly vanilla.There is definitely honey, incense, something woody which I love. It's well blended. But I could detect a note that was hay-like I wasn't fond of. Turns out it is the broom absolute. Before this, I didn't know what broom would smell like. I wear this all the time now. Its dried grass note almost makes this a cheaper version of harvest mouse, by zoologist, but not quite as good.

Resinous honey, earthy lavender, spicy cedar, and boozy vanilla. This fragrance is fuller and deeper than I anticipated. I wasn’t sold immediately, but that’s to be expected, as honey is a tricky note for me. As it dried down, I kept coming back to it, and found myself liking it more and more. Initially, it teetered on the edge of a witchy apothecary—incensey and sweetly herbal—but it tempers on the dry down and transforms into something that smells more like a bougie boutique for witches. It also starts off slightly syrupy but becomes velvety, and that shift in texture is what won me over. It’s warm, refined, and alluring—sensual, even. Like a cozy cup of black tea in silky pajamas. something smells boozy about it to me, but in an attractive way. like a cool hipster/gothy/alternative type person at a bar drinking spiced rum. may be the incense actually, it's sweet and a bit woody like an unlit incense stick. I don't perceive the broom-hay element. the honey-lavender aspect pleasantly reminds me of the ms. Meyers lavender cleaning supplies (god if they only made a perfume of that)... lasts quite a long time on my clothes but with close sillage. from snif I have also tried gentle reminder and heal the way, and I smell a similar DNA in all 3. heal the way is probably most mild/easy to wear, gentle reminder more creamy, honey suite more incensey sweet woody.

In the opening, the saffron takes over for me with a little bit of honey there, kinda smells like incense at first. As it dries down, the honey comes more to the front with a little vanilla and a bit of saffron. Wish the saffron could be a little calmer in the opening but it is nice and unique. Not completely gourmand not completely aromatic. Great mixture of both. Doesn't project well but it does last quite a while on clothes and skin. I like that it's not sickly sweet and can be suitable for anybody. Overall, I give it a 8/10. Only worth getting it on sale.

I smell it and all I can think about it is Vegas. Rich, luxurious, drunk, and present. As the name implies, it’s something reminiscent of a hotel suite. Like multiple scents, such as the sheets covered in your clothes from not knowing which outfit to choose, the unventilated room, and a waft of several nice perfumes from all the girls spraying their own scent, all creating this one. I like it enough to keep it but it’s special occasions for me. The honey is second and the booze is first in the scent.

At first sniff I really enjoyed this scene and it strangely reminded me of Kayali’s burning cherry even though there’s no cherry, the sweetness of the honey mixed with the vanilla is interestingly very candy like. However, it does dry down to an earthy patchouli smell alongside the sweetness. The cedar adds to this dry wood scent at the end as well. It’s an interesting dry sweet woodsy scent and a good one from snif.

I’m not really getting much lavender or florals here, but I get the saffron, honey, bourbon vanilla and a little spice. In a word, this is delectable. But it’s not overtly gourmand; it’s sweet, warm, and sophisticated - cozy and sexy at the same time. I find myself smelling it constantly and wanting to wear it every day - it’s quickly become one of my favorite perfumes.

Crystalized honey at the bottom of the jar and lavender in the background is what i mostly get. It makes me think of a walk in the woods in spring specifically. Waxy, pollen, fresh, bright are the words that come to mind. To me this is a spring scent all the way lol. Fair warning though this definitely smells like lemon and honey cough sweets to me.

Very sweet and VERY honey, with an undertone that reminds me of Mancera perfumes. This honestly smells like this stuff straight off the comb. Waxy and brilliant! It is quietly mature and mysterious, and not overwhelming like a lot of fragrances of this type can be.

Wow I blind bought this happy I did I usally hate woodsy notes how ever the cedar adds a beautiful touch it’s so unique and interesting almost smells like drinking honey tea in a old church very cozy as well as comforting

breaking news: i have changed my opinion on this scent. after letting it sit for like 6 months it smells so good. i am not a believer that perfumes should have to age to smell better but like....

wanted to love so bad :( the witchy girls were saying its a staple, but alas... all i get is medicinal. not full size worthy for me, but will enjoy using my sample up i think!

This feels like a perfect Spooky Season scent. Very honey forward, slightly boozy, slightly sweet. Warm, rich, & fun just like the autumn months.

It's mostly frankincense before you let it mellow out then it's everything it purports itself to be in the honey aspect, I love it

Honey Suite is very honey forward and sweet as the name implies. Immediately there is a rubbing alcohol scent that that quickly fades and the main notes come into play. It's pretty sweet. Almost cloying. But not candy or sugary. I wouldn't say it smells like actual honey from the jar, but it is a honey scent. It reminds me of a honey soaked sponge cake that is homemade and rustic. The sweetness is warm, which is probably the work of the saffron and frankincense. I don't get a very strong saffron presence on its own, and the frankincense isn't churchy. I detect no lavender. I do detect something polleny that must be the broom. The vanilla is there. I get no cedar. It is a very earthy honey fragrance. Kind of salty? Almost kettle corn. I'm not getting the boozy or woodsy notes other people are describing. I don't think it's witchy, gothic, or dark. It reminds me of actual beekeeping with the wax frames in hives outside in a field. Farm honey. Honey Suite does remind me of some Tom Ford fragrances. Mac also made something that kind of smelled like this but it was colder and more clinical. If you are looking for a different honey scent, I recommend Danny Seo Australia and Tokyo Milk Honey and the Moon.

I’m still working through this one. Have a 10ml. The incense is giving me old church, or ethnic shop in Harlem (go there, you’ll see. think of 125th street.). This isn’t a bad thing per se, just not sure if that’s working for me personally. I only like a certain type of incense, if any. I generally don’t like sweet incense. I tried layering this with Kayali Vanilla 28 and didn’t like it. It didn’t help anything. Made it sort of worse. Also, the opening of this I find clunky and medicinal. Rather chaotic. *Update: this continues to pull mostly incense on me. On the fence as to whether I’ll keep this one. ((Ok, I keep trying to make this one work on me. I’ve tried many times. It never does. Some might like it, but this is not for me. Too witchy. Just not my mood right now.)) **I ended up selling this. I kept trying but it is too dry and incense-y for me. And I don’t love lavender. Maybe I’ll try again some other time. Interestingly I like this better in early spring vs dead of winter. This is a nice fragrance, it’s just not for me. Too much dry incense for my liking. Goes very flat on me after about 30 min. I just don’t like it. Not my style. I have to try too hard to enjoy this.

I wanted to love this, as Vow Factor is one of my favorite perfumes. However, I returned my bottle of this after trying the sample. The honey is overwhelmingly and sickeningly sweet. I couldn't get any other notes from this besides the blast of honey. I'm not a heavy gourmand lover so if that's you vibe, you might love this! I did receive a compliment on it the day I wore it so I think in general it's nice. Just too sweet for me.

What an interesting journey. This started off almost vintage-like to me? Elegant and sultry but something my mom would’ve worn in the 80’s. As it settled down, the florals and incense came out to play making this more sweet and comforting. Just when I was leaning towards not returning it, I was left with nothing but smoky incense. This would make a great candle, just doesn’t work for me as a fragrance

This is nice but definitely not very unique or complex imo. It kind of smells like a cheap vaguely sweet body mist to me, or Miel Bebe by Le Monde Gourmande. I will definitely still use up the bottle, but I'm a little disappointed that I'm not getting the honey as front and centered as I'd hoped (nor the spicy incense others mention).

Very sweet, powdery, a little bit incense-y. I wouldn’t consider it gourmand, but it’s a slightly smoky, almost boozy honey scent. It’s a bit too sweet for my taste, and it seems to dry down slightly synthetic/plasticky. If you love honey scents, this would be an interesting one to try - it didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Funny how skin chemistry works. Got this and HATED it on me. Scrub-off level hate. That honey note nauseated me. Decided to gift it to my sister and she loooooves it, her and her roommate fight over using it!! Thought the honey and witchy incense notes would resonate better with her and I was correct!

This is not a sweet scent to me, and I don't detect any incense. Smells like dried beeswax and hay, with a whisper of powdery vanilla. Almost like a wicker basket. Or like you painted a very thin layer of honey over a wooden piece of furniture. Not thick or syrupy at all, more light and powdery.
