Naughty Nonna

Hey people Fellow frag lover here Picked up another one (said like DJ Khaled) New to the brand snif. Simple bottle design, magnetic plastic cap. Simple presentation for a simple scent. Smells a little like Angel Share with a bread-y note added. Not a super big projector and lasts moderately long. Nothing ground breaking here. Overall in all the categories I'm giving this between a 6.5 and 7. But here is how I turned this bad boy into beast mode and made this one a compliment magnet, head turning, Dayyyyuuummm what you wearing scent. First, I amped up the booze with Baronda. If you have Kutay, that works well too. Then, I introduced a little soft pungent tobacco with Dominican Tobacco from the middle eastern (if you dont know about these...you're basically being basic they last, they pack a punch and quality is better AND ish is cheaper) Then naughty nonna on top of it all.... Got told I smelled good. Lingering hugs. Asked by a stranger for the name. Had a relative say "why do you always smell so good". Had two aunties glued to me neck. Babies clapped and swooned. The heavens burst forth sunlight in agreement. Ok so I embellished the last bit. But this combo made me confident. And everyone around me was like you do smell good like really good. When used alone it's just cool. Wouldnt grab another one once this is out but it's not bad. Shoot me a text if the layer works for you. This house really has some winners for me. And since I'm NOT one to be drawn to fancy packaging and presentation, the simple bottle and packaging designs work for me. I'd much rather have quality juice inside and pay less with simple bottle designs. Anyway, onto the perfume. This is so damn good!! I don't own Milano Fragrenze Panettone but I do have a decant of it and there's something about it that turns soapy on my skin in the dry down. I don't know what it is but I can't wear it. It smells great out of the atomizer but once it hits my skin it turns to soap. This though is so darn good. And when I spray heavily, I get the walnut note. This does smell like the holidays but I think it's also fruity enough that it could be with year round. Only thing I'd improve would be the performance but it's not terrible. Love it!!

Very rare to find a fragrance that actually smells like the notes. Almost every single listed note I smell. The orange peel vibe, with ginger, vanilla, fruity, jammy rum vibes, and the nutty warmness of the walnut. This is so damn good. It's hyper-realistic to a sticky jammy fruit cake. Nonna is naughty, maybe because of the extra pour of rum, but she is SO good at what she does. Not to mention this shit is eternal. Lasts and lasts and lasts. A sample vile is all you need to start with to see if this works for you, and if you're okay smelling this delicious. I could wear this year-round, I am a weirdo though, and like smelling like cake and yummy vibes even in the heat, haha. I loved it and am glad I grabbed a full bottle. This is 100% unique for me and my collection, and I am really just - wow. 10/10 for this one.

I have never blind bought something based exclusively on the marketing before this. Paced around waiting for it to arrive and sweet baby jesus in the manger, it's everything I'd hoped it'd be and MORE. Sweet, yep - but complex. Orangey, mulled rum with bits of strong candied ginger all soaked into an unsweetened, dry vanilla cake and cut with an almost dusty "nutty" vibe. It floats the line between sweetass gourmand and heavenly "perfume" really beautifully. I've worn it every night since it arrived, sitting on the couch in my jammies - it's warm and lovely and snuggly. It can absolutely be worn out though - it's grown enough to read as sexy and yummy at the holiday party or whatever - leather jacket, heels, big earrings no makeup. Worth mentioning, I'm not typically a gourmand girl either but this one got me.

Easily Snif's best offering IMO! This is an elevated, niche take on a fruitcake's scent profile vs. a photo realistic one.... If I was to smell Naughty Nonna on someone else, I wouldn't think "fruitcake" at all. The spiciness and booziness are kept in check and don't give scented candle or seasonal room spray vibes. Despite its decadence, it's also not so heavy that it demands cold weather for enjoyable wear. The citrus gives it a pleasant lightness! If you're like me and find popular, seasonal-leaning spicy fragrances like Khamrah and all of its clones to be missing a certain depth or richness, definitely consider giving Naughty Nonna a try! I regret not trying it sooner after sampling at Ulta, but I'm glad I got a good deal when I finally pulled the trigger. Check TikTok for flash sales. :)

I suppose I'm a supporter of Snif overall, regardless of the influencer/social media type of presence it tends to have (I'm not that sort of person myself), because they rock at gourmonds. They just do. This isn't necessarily the daily sort of perfume one might have to spray on regularly. But, it's delicious, and well worth trying. The notes can be picked out individually, yes, but they also meld into an absolute wall of deliciousness that resembles peach cobbler. It's lightly spiced, and spices of pie dough. I do get the rum, but it also smells as if the peaches are soaked in rum (rather than a separate scent). Really, really interesting...and truly addictive. This stuff is absolutely moreish, and I think it's perfectly autumnal. A decadent treat. 🥧

Really nice gourmand for an excellent price. It smells like a warm boozy fruitcake, just like it says. It lasts a decent amount. I can still smell it 4 hours later. Strong projection. It’s a fun Christmas perfume. Big compliment getter. It’s sweeter than Panettone by Milano Fragranze, which has a similar scent profile. I love Panettone, which is more refined than Naughty Nona, but it loses the boozy fruity smell after an hour. Naughty Nona keeps all its notes for a long time. Snif keeps getting better and is still priced so well. I’m still so impressed with Honey Suite. They sell travel sizes that are perfect for trying something out. Don’t sleep on this brand. *not a paid review.

ughhhH SO GOOD. i get nutty orange spiced cake, very little rum (thank god). I got a second bottle about a year after the first and I gotta say it is way stronger than I remembered. I normally can't even get my strongest performers to last through a whole office day (which is like 12 hours bc of my commute) but this baddie always does it and does it WELL!!!! it fades nicely through the day, getting more gentle on the orange/spice and becoming just a nice fruity vanilla. tens tens TENS FOR MISS NONNA!

I slept on this for so long because the name & advertising didn't appeal to me. But wow!!! I like this way wayyy better than expected. It has an alluring, almost mysterious essence. Definitely one of the more sexy options from Snif's line. Perfectly unisex and easy to layer, although it's so beautiful you wouldn't have to! Fans of Angel's Share & Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit should definitely try this out. (& for anyone curious, it has a 6 hour longevity on my skin.)

Total YUM!!!!!!!!!!!! need a full bottle of this soon. It's like the syrup you get at the bottom of a really moist, boozy fruitcake. The notes are spot on. I can actually imagine this going down a treat in the summer... Picturing this for looking at the antique furniture an in old farmhouse in northern spain... there are almond and orange trees outside and your dress is a bit low cut (!). It's a sexy scent and a bit campy. Sticky heatwave deliciousness lol

At my big age of 22 I needed a more "adult" version of Chierosa '62 and this hits the mark :) Still a gourmand in every sense but nowhere near cloying. It smells like sticky toffee pudding. I was afraid it would be too spicy, but it's heavy on vanilla and caramel with a hint of artificial rum flavoring. It clings to skin and hair-- one spray on my décolletage is enough to get compliments for like 6 hours. It's perfect for the cozy weather ahead.

Of all the fragrances I purchased this year, this one was the most surprising. I had no idea what to expect from a fruitcake scent. It’s warm, sweet and boozy in the best ways. This can be worn year round, but it truly does smell like the holidays without being too on the nose. Maybe because they are both from Snif and gourmand scents, but I don’t get the Crumb Couture comparisons. 2 completely different smells.

This stuff is addicting. I ran out of my sample and missed it so had to order a decant. Opens with the the citrus and pastry, like a rum holiday fruitcake or orange meringue tartlet. Makes a pretty fluffy gourmand cloud. Slightly masculine, but not enough to discourage me. Very light wearing which I also don't mind. I purchased directly from Snif and the sprayer is phenomenal.

Very unique fragrance. Wearable gourmand. I can’t get enough of this one, longevity is great it’s warm and slightly fruity. Longevity is great too, at least 8 hours on skin and FOREVER on clothing. An unexpected favorite from Snif. They really did something special with this one! Update: boyfriend loves this one on me! Every time I wear it he tells me I smell good.

SOO yummy! Sweet, nutty, and boozey, this is quite a photorealistic fruit cake scent. Mainly orange slices, rum, and walnuts smoothed out with a creamy vanilla. If you find Crumb Couture to be a bit too bready like I do, this could be a better option for you! It sadly doesn’t project as much as Crumb Couture does however. Has minimal sillage and lasts all day.

This is so fun. 100% I get fruit cake with citrus, bread, and a bit of booze. It's a great holiday scent I prefer this over Crumb Couture as i feel the orange lifts and brightens it a bit (but I love Crumb Couture don't get me wrong). The bready base is very similar but to me this just has a little more going on, and I enjoy it

This is such an unexpectedly BEAUTIFUL spiced vanilla! I adore this one, and have received multiple compliments when wearing it! What a great fragrance for fall/winter, this strikes me as being universally likeable and it's a great price! I like to layer this with Vanilla Romance from Bath and Body Works!

This fragrance is an absolute dream and ia now my favorite from Snif. The fruitcake note is definitely identifiable for the first 2 or 3 hours, but that dries down to an orange rum punch. It's spiced, it's not too much but could give someone who doesn't like gourmonds a headache. Overall delicious.

It smells so yummy! I can smell all of the notes listed, it's very orangey and cakey, and dries into a more boozey scent. Very sweet. I think the citrus helps to keep it fresh. I wouldn't wear it everyday, but I think it would be perfect for autumn/winter because it's so warm and comforting.

This smells much more expensive than it is. Rum, orange, and a lovely dense cake. Boy does snif know how to make a gourmand! But it still manages to be light and wearable? This tickles my nose in a way that is familiar to me, but I can’t quite put my finger on it. It is just divine.
