Love

I have the smallest size bottle which can fit in my handbag. This is an interesting fragrance. I have never smelled Black Opium so I can't compare it to that one the way everyone else who has smelled Black Opium does. To me this is a sweet but mature womanly evening formal fragrance, sexy and classy, fruity-floral musk. It does not make a statement but it is very different from most celeb fragrances. It's just a very warm and elegant scent that I wish could last longer. The sillage and longevity could be better. At the first spray, I picked up the fruity maracuya note. It's a passion flower or passion fruit that is native to Brazil and South America including also Central America i.e. Costa Rica. If you're familiar with this fruit and flower you will definitely detect something that is trying to recreate that scent. It's both fruity and floral, like a sweet berry and floral mix. The berry is delicious. It comes through as girly sweet in the way that the Victoria Secret perfumes are like i.e. think Bombshell. In fact the opening is similar and shares notes of red berries and PASSION FRUIT the same passion fruit (maracuya) note that is in this scent. It's delicious but this is more like putting your nose to the flower and the fruit and a real strong pairing of both the fruit and the floral aroma. The floral heart consists of what I detect as a jasmine and some other white floral note in the background; I think the magnolia. The orris root or iris is also clearly there giving it a powdery body. But it's not too powdery either; slightly floral powdery. The flowers are faint and way in the background. The real flower that stands out in this perfume is the passion flower in the fruity top note. The scent stays strongly fruity floral for a while until you reach the dry down stage. By this time the scent has stopped being so fruity loud and calmed down becoming a gourmand mix with praline and a warm coffee scent. The praline is smooth and nutty but not the big player. There may be a warm dark vanilla or tonka bean in this but it's also not a big player. The coffee note is the key to the dry down. The coffee is more like the ground coffee that is not yet a drinkable liquid; like putting your nose to the ground coffee itself. The musk is very strong and it is cozy and warm. Like your skin but warmed up with musk. I don't detect any other base notes. Maybe a touch of wood somewhere down there but it is primarily a musk dry down. Smells beautiful. This is a winter and fall scent and asks you to put on a sexy black cocktail dress or romantic formal wear. The scent is definitely for women over the age of 30. I think at times it may be unisex in the way some fragrances like Tom Ford can be unisex or Alien by Mugler but to me the top notes are so much like Victoria Secret Bombshell that it makes this to lean more feminine than unisex. It's exotic, sweet, musky and very much a perfume that if you smell it on someone you'll want to get to know that person better. A very good 'smell me and date me' fragrance. I am wearing it tomorrow at a date on the first day of the year. Happy New Year. You gotta try this!

I mistook this for Sofia, ha ha ha awkward. Sofia has a lovely opening but after 3 hrs I smell like a dude. I cant wear Lancome's LVEB and I hate with passion Flowerbomb as they both cause me nausea - cloying nightmares. Love's powdery drydown also is very close to Can Can but Can Can is cloying, flat to me, I cant wear it makes me dizzy. Love is indeed love at first spray, opens up smelling like a slightly sour, sweet,yet fresh, not-so-dark Black Opium, the EDT, which is alittle crisp on me. The sweetness of the EDP is here too, less dark like I said. Good BO dupe but takes it on a whole other level, it brings something new. After 30mins Love completely changes on me and it smells like the 90s Barbie dolls, that addicting almost plastic sweetness that is so nostalgic to me - must stem from the candied passionfruit, aromatic orchid & the praline. This doll-like sweetness in Sensual Amber BBW and LVEB must be coming from the powdery Iris flower+plum/bergamot/black currant. Love lacks the spicy patch note so it is a softer, more youthful/playful scent compared to LVEB/Sensual Amber. The drydown gets very powdery on me and the amberwood gives its warmth. Its different, lighter than Can Can. The coffee on me stays pretty strong for 2+ hrs, but stays close to the skin -its rly good considering Idnt like the smell of actual coffee. Im very picky with sweet scents. Love performs better than both Black Opiums on me(the EDP disappears in 2 hrs and the EDT smells so plastic on me even tho I like it). Love makes me feel feminine and puts me in a good mood, it feels like walking on pink clouds in a white fuzzy sweater lol, thats the image I have. Sensual and intimate perfume as well. The mist has the colors that suit the fragrance, and its quite strong. Im not someone who can wear very powdery perfumes like LVEB, but Love is so versatile and wearable, perfect for chilly weather. More mature than Can Can, no plastic smell (no nausea). The perfume's bottle is elegant and feels great to the touch - sleek and majestic. I also love Tempting, id buy that next. These are high quality, they compete the big names and they win in my book.

Initially, this scent does indeed feel like a bit of a mash-up of modern popular gourmands; there's a bit of Black Opium, La Nuit Tresor and even La vie est belle in there. So reviewers who have already pointed this out are spot on. Once you get over this initial Deja Vu stage, I must admit that this scent is the gourmand lover's dream. Everything's in there. Initial fruity freshness check, praline check, rich vanilla base check. Caramel isn't listed in the notes, but I swear there is a caramel undertone in there too. This is a comforting, rich, attractive scent; the initial spray didn't bring tears of joy to my eyes, but I find myself craving this more and more. I feel attractive wearing this and it makes me want to snuggle with my own self. It's just a familiar, uncomplicated scent that brings me comfort and joy. If what you're after is an inexpensive cool weather scent that gives you this sort of feeling and don't mind compromising for something that lacks in originality, I think this scent is perfect. EDITED TO ADD: after having had some more time to enjoy this on multiple different occasions, I must say that it has become one of my all time favorites. I keep reaching for it and I must say that while it has the same vibe as many modern gourmands, I have come to the realization that there's nothing quite like it that I know of. It fits any occasion, it never gets cloying and it's just all around perfect. SECOND EDIT: so I've had this is my collection for about nine months, and I just had to say this: when I go back to this scent after not having reached for it for some time, I'm always shocked at how decadent and mouth watering it is. Every time, my eyes just roll back in ecstasy. I can count the fragrances I've had this happen with on the fingers of one hand. I'll keep buying this as long as they keep making it.

This is a nice fragrance that I find very, very similar to Jimmy Choo's JC perfume. Pretty much identical, except for being 'slower'. The SV tones reveal themselves slower, one by one, and then fully bloom into the same JC scent, while the latter opens up all at once. It is a pleasant perfume but very unoriginal and typical, synthetically sweet. I did not detect any coffee or cocoa until I sprayed a lot and stuck my nose to my wrist - it's there, but something more akin to the smell of supermarket chocolate pudding, a mild, milky cocoa-ish whiff. Nothing strong, like Boss Perfect Accord (YouTube Jeremy's favourite)- that one smells like cocoa and dark chocolate indeed. I detected no passionfruit whatsoever. Just patchouli (?) and tons of sweet, the same base as in LVEB and Jimmy Choo. Very warm, I think it would perform fantastically in winter, as it's warm and sweet. The bottle looks nice, but only in photos or from afar. Up close it gives the impression of plastic rather than heavy glass, and it's a pity since it does have a beautiful design. Has very good lasting power on me, about 5 hours. It is a good celebrity fragrance, very strong, a little bit pungent (I dislike the common note with Choo, but I don't know what it is, it's detectable in La Vie Est Belle too). Projects well without being aggressive. If you want a cheap, relatively long-lasting and generally pleasant celebrity scent in line with today's scents du jour, go for this. If you can't decide on Jimmy Choo, try this one first, I think it could help! EDIT: As the weather got much colder - this feels stronger, with a far more pronounced sweet mandarin note than in summer. It smells like Black Opium (but almost no coffee note, maybe just caramel) and mandarin hard candy. Very beautiful and unexpected, but stronger caramel would have been nicer.

Sofia Vergara was born near the Caribbean Sea. Love is a distillation of scent memories from her world. Succulent fruits- exotic flowers- delicious coffee- vanilla and caramel treats. It's a combination that makes Love a very snuggly fragrance. Love opens with a burst of juicy passion fruit, crisp green apple, and fresh orange. It is all very sweet, and the sweetness persists throughout as the fragrance develops, from beginning to end. If you are a fan of sweet scents, you must try Love. Love is a true gourmand; it's a dessert tray in a bottle. After the fruit, you can easily detect the coffee- not a sharp coffee, but sweetened coffee- and caramel, which must be the praline mixed with the vanilla. This aspect of Love is very rich and deep. I am not partial to coffee in fragrances, but I think the note works very well in Love. It both harmonizes with and adds depth to the other aspects of the scent. The floral notes appear, and are also sweet, and stay somewhat in the background. Love makes you feel as if you are sitting in the middle of a busy outdoor market in the tropics. Vendors roll their laden carts full of temptations past you. On offer are creamy cakes filled with fruit puree, foamy sweet coffee drinks, and freshly made praline candy. A fragrant bouquet of blooms sits on your table as you survey the bounty, adding to the delightful mix of scents. On me, Love is fairly long-lasting- about four hours at least, though it becomes a lot softer during the dry-down. I can still smell it a good eight hours later in a subtle form. It's not expensive, so you can spray Love all day long. When I wear Love, I feel happy, and uplifted by the sweetness. I am transported to a land of warm breezes, bright flowers, and fragrant treats. These days- I think we can all use a little sweetness.

This is a surprising fragrance. I caught on to Sofia's fragrances years after they came out, and I'm glad I found these gems. I absolutely love them both, though I think I may love "Sofia" more. The only reason I purchased "Sofia" first instead of "Sofia Love", is because the Love went out of stock fairly quickly. I recently found it and bought the largest flanker. Sofia Love is beautiful. I'm not even sure what I was expecting since my experience with Sofia was so pleasant, but Sofia Love is not as warm/gourmand as I thought it would be. That's not a bad thing (for me, anyway). This opens sweet and fruity. I picked up on the amber, vanilla, orange, apple, and coffee notes immediately. I spray this one on my clothes so it can last longer, as well as my pulse points. You'd need to respray Love before the day is over as it doesn't have good longevity or sillage. I think the notes are very well balanced. I just wish the scent would last ALL day, as is the case with Sofia which I could still smell after a shower. Love is a safe blind buy and when I'm done with this bottle, I plan to purchase another one. It's safe for office wear and around people who may be sensitive to scents since it's only strongest when you first spray it. It dries down to a soft, warm, and beautiful scent that sits close to the skin. I would have rated this fragrance 10/10 for a beautiful flanker, well-balanced notes, beautiful fragrance I can wear year-round, but the 7/10 is for the lack of longevity and sillage.

I've been craving a coffee fragrance lately, so when I found this at Ross, I decided to give it a go. It's a lovely scent, but unfortunately I don't smell any coffee here. The opening is a burst of tangy, mouthwatering fruit... I mean, it's really delicious. I keep smelling the fruit (passion fruit?) for the next several hours, but the tanginess softens and it becomes a creamy fruity-floral with a hint of sweetness from the praline and vanilla. After 7-8 hours it's mostly a cozy vanilla skin scent, and I keep catching faint pleasant wafts from my wrists as I move. A coworker complimented me with an "Mmm I like your perfume" at the very end of the work day, so maybe it's not so faint to others. I really like Love; in fact I would go as far as saying I love Love... I just wish I got the coffee note. Love is a beautiful fragrance, and I sometimes crave that juiciness it has in abundance (seriously, it's almost edible) but I can't help being reminded of alot of other popular fruity-florals common in department stores these days (La Vie Est Belle comes to mind) when I wear it. At the end of the day, Love is a winner overall. It has amazing silage and longevity, and is a crowd pleaser so would be safe to wear to work, as long as you don't over spray. The bottle is one of the nicest in my collection; the faceted glass is impressively weighty and the deep purple ombre effect is gorgeous. And of course you can't beat the price! 9/10

I am so pleased that I tried this! I've been jonesing for a coffee/vanilla gourmand for a while now. While Black opium is obviously the first go-to, that involves a long drive into the city and spending a lot of money, neither of which are on My to-do list. After reading your reviews, I decided to test this if I ever have the opportunity. Well, I had that opportunity today. First blast is fruit. The coffee quickly follows with florals and vanilla. Yes, it is sweet, but echoing the others, this is a more mature sweetness. I haven't worn YSL BO in so long that I do not remember the nuances but Love definitely reminds me of what I remember. As a comparison, I tried my daughter's Britney Spears Private Show on one wrist and Love on the other. Love is much more intense, with many more subtle nuances. The coffee acts as a grounding and gives Love a slightly bitter edge; it keeps it from going too cloying or too sweet. PS is quite nice although on my skin, it leans more toward a floral vanilla cake, with no coffee or any additional notes. The drydown of Love is complex, definitely getting praline and coffee with some musk. Very dark drydown. I'm so surprised at the complexity! This is quite literally sold for a fraction of what it smells like.

I've been looking at the profile for this fragrance for quite some time and finally blind bought a gift set which included a rollerball and fragranced lotion for a great price. I sprayed a bit onto the corner of a towel that I was about to wash and was immediately turned off by olfactory overload. Wow, smelled my bathroom up for over an hour. I put it away for a few weeks and forgot about it. After a shower, I was deciding what to put on and I reached for the lotion, and went for it. The more I rubbed it in the nicer it smelled and then a few spays of the perfume, and a few more. Devine. What I imagined it would smell like before buying it. I can't believe the beauty I was about to give away sooner or later had I not tested again. Ladies, please, if you are in doubt, the only way to know for sure is to give it a FULL test, on a clean body. See if whatever you are wearing works with your body's chemistry. It is bold, loud and could be obnoxious if overused, but what a lovely gem, especially for a confident woman. Fits the personality of the actress herself. Very beautiful bottle and fragrance. I'm definitely getting it's counterpart Sofia.

This is a great scent, sweet and the tiniest bit soapy floral. It starts off a little bit boozy and vanillin rather than straight vanilla, almost like book pages. Later it's more vanilla and a little bit of praline and coffee. I also get the passion fruit and apple in the middle and end. Like blubird21 I get almost a raspberry scent, which I think might just be from this particular mix of fruits and orchid together. I would say it's right in the middle when it comes to projection and sillage, just right. It also lasts for a while and wears great throughout the day. I put it on this morning at around 8 and about 11 hours later I could still smell it pretty well (as in light, but more than just a skin scent). It's nice and sultry without being too in your face. I definitely get similarities to Black Opium, Love is just dialed down a few notches. I think this also smells like V&R BonBon. Edit: Love has a similar vibe to VS Sexy Little Things Noir, which was my signature for a good 3-4 years. They definitely don't smell that similar as they only share a few notes in common, but they both feel sultry without swinging too cheap or mature.

Sophia Love is a soft kind of coffee scent. I am enjoying it right now on one wrist. On my other wrist I am wearing La Rive Touch of woman. Surprisingly they are similar. The opening of Love is deep and fruity. The drydown is a lovely dry vanilla, woody scent. Edit of a few days later: Today I sprayed Sofia Love liberally on me and took my dog for a walk... it's 24°Celsius ( 75°F)....which is just a little bit warm but not too warm. As I moved my arms around a little bit while playing with my dog I kept getting really pleasant whiffs of this perfume and what stood out the most to me was the vanilla. So.... I mean this is about the second or third time that I've worn this perfume and I've got to tell you I think I'm in love with it. It is just so beautiful.! So I'm thinking if a person can wear it in warmer temperatures it's got to be even more gorgeous in the winter time. I might have to buy a backup bottle of this. If you haven't tried it give it a try you may just be pleasantly surprised...truly...madly..deeply.

I blind bought this a while back (before I moved to Haiti in 2016), partially for the pretty purple bottle, and partially for the gourmand fix. This really is lovely. Maybe it's Black Opium? I don't have BO next to me, so I can't side-by-side them, but this is a really great inexpensive scent that's not "cheap" at all! I put this on this morning, and it's about 5 hours later and the scent is still STRONG on me. It's primarily a big ol' cavity-inducing indulgence. I really appreciate having this one, even though my usual taste doesn't lean so sweet. But sometimes (like Valentine's Day), this really hits the spot. The apple is surprisingly present after the initial drydown, leaving me with a crispness to the otherwise somewhat overwhelming sweetness. I absolutely recommend this for anyone who loves BO or Tresor La Nuit, or any other sugar bombs. You seriously CANNOT beat the price or performance of this one!

*swoon* For me this is the most amazing scent of them all. It's the embodiment of femininity, very warm and passionate, I guess that's why men like it so much. But it also works the other way around, wearing this makes me want a strong shoulder to lean on, feels so attractive and sweet. 💫 Must be bottled up Colombian heat. :) The Colombian Coffee note is very delicate and spirited, the slightest touch of passion fruit and juicy oranges spices it up. It's not easy to describe this, but turns out perfectly, love LOVE so much. I hope I never run out of this, too precious. ps: as for Black Opium, I only have an example of the EdP, not the EdT, and there is some resemblance, but I don't think it's a dupe, the coffee note in Black Opium is darker, less roasted and has more patchouli than dark fruit. I don't like it that much, while I love this, so the difference is very noticeable on my skin.

This is now my precious. It's divine. The perfect blend of sweetness, the right amount of citrus, and tropical florals with the depth that the base notes bring combined with being long lasting. I don't get coffee from it. The fact that coffee is listed on its notes but in the description it says Colombian coffee blossom is confusing. Is it supposed to smell like coffee or a tropical flower? Personally, I get tropical flower. I cannot stop smelling my wrist or inner elbow when I wear this. It's at its best and absolutely blooms in warmer weather. It will carry on a breeze and get compliments. At about $20 on Amazon it's a steal. I will definitely repurchase. I also have Sofia which IMO is like Coco Mad EDT but so much better. And I have Tempting which I love. Slightly warm pineapple - not body spray pineapple. So far I love Sofia Vergara's fragrances.

I was shopping for a gift for my sister, and ended up in Perfumania. After chatting with the girl at the sales counter, she recommended some scents. She first suggested Tempting, but it was so light, I couldn't really smell it. Then she sprayed this, and I was sold. Instant love at first spritz. This is like LVEB but better. This is gorgeous! And I cannot believe this is a celebrity fragrance. It smells so rich and luxurious. I might have to buy this for myself as well! This is such a perfect balance of sweet, fruity, and floral. The coffee, amberwood, and praline, are definitely front and center here, and the choice of fruit and flowers make this smell high end and luxurious, and compliment the sweetness so well. So glad to have found this, I am in love with Love!

This is a must not only because of the scent but the price point is very reasonable. It performs wonderfully on my skin and smells quite luxurious. It does change a lot depending on your skin though so I wouldn't blind buy it. On my friend the coffee notes came through very heavily which is what I was wanting. On my skin I get a lot of the praline and more of a buttery overtone. I am still looking for a signature coffee scent for my collection but this one really makes me happy. Also, I only sprayed a small amount on the back of my wrist and received three compliments. Like I said, I am impressed with this scent and at the price point I will be able use this frequently without worrying about the cost of a replacement bottle.

I'm warming up to this because of it's similarity to Private Show by Britney Spears which I (excuse the pun) love. While very sweet, Love isn't overly sugary. Love is dominated by the coffee accord though not overwhelmingly so. I don't find that this lasts particularly well nor projects much but if reapplied, Love can give off delightful wafts of scent through the day. EDIT: Lately, Love has become one of my favourite fragrances. Maybe it's the cooler weather, maybe my bottle has finally matured to perfection but, whatever the reason, I just can't get enough of it! I've also discovered that it lasts better on clothes than skin - my jumper still smells delightful from a few spritzes at least 36+ hours ago.

I have this perfume and Black Opium. While not the same, I do pick up some similarities. However, I feel like I smell more BonBon by V&R. Maybe a Black Opium, Bonbon, LVEB/Flowerbomb love child. I pick up bits and pieces of all of these. Like a darker Bonbon with some LVEB. I may actually like this fragrance better than Black Opium. I feel like I smell a raspberry note even though berry isn't listed. I tend to like more fruity notes though. For the money, this a good buy. Sillage isn't great, maybe arms length but I can still smell it on my skin for quite a long time. It doesn't smell "cheap" and I will rebuy when my bottle is gone.

For me Black opium is much sweeter and the coffee is a softer note, not really dupes. I would say they are in the same family but more cousins than siblings. My favorite is Love, since I like my coffee note strong and aromatic. With a touch of vanilla. The sweetness is definitely there but it's tamed by the bitterness of the strong coffee. As far as longevity. Black opium last all day for me, but it can become cloying after a while, Love lasts about 6 hours on me. But I happily reapply since the opening is my favorite part. I'm not a megafan of Sofia Vergara, but her perfumes have become some of my favorites.

I mainly get the passion fruit, apple and vanilla when I first spray it. It’s very fruity and sweet but not cloying. There’s a hint of a “sour sharpness” here and there, I think it’s the apple note. Drying down, the florals come out but not too much, you kinda have to search for them but with them there it helps the scent not be really really sweet. A couple hours later I can get a little coffee note, but on my skin it barely shows up. It’s a very beautiful scent, lasts around 5 hours before I have to spray again. The vanilla and passion fruit are very prominent on me.

I love this! ❤️ It's so sweet and wonderful, yummy. I have the body spray, I order one bottle as a blind buy and now I have ordered two more as back ups because I never wanna run out of them. And it doesn't smell like Black Opium at all to me, I don't understand that comparison and I don't understand the bad reviews. It reminds me a little bit of Paris Hilton's Can Can which I also love. If you love sweet perfumes with a little bit of fruitiness, I can recommend this. Very sexy and lovely, it's my signature scent from now on :)

This is my most worn dumb reach scent in my collection because it smells great and is affordable. I did a side by side comparison between Black Opium and Love. To me, this smells like black opium opening minus jasmine note and add pomegranate type of sweet scent (must be the passionfruit). Silage is heavy and longevity is 4-5 hours. When its on, it projects quite well, then it dies down to super soft skin scent for much longer. I usually spray more before it reaches that stage because I am addicted to this scent. Love!

Without a doubt my favorite Sofia Vergara perfume. Love brings me back so many happy memories of wearing this in my late teens. It's cozy, it's feminine, and it makes you feel like a love Goddess wearing it. It's a perfect warm up scent for winter, and takes me back to when I was going on my first dates, when my mom would pick me up from the library on a cold winter day, and when I'd wear short black dresses with flowers, a big comfy hoodie and high top sneakers. Makes me feel young and brings a tear to my eye 🥲

This opens very sweet fruity floral on me, absolutely beautiful. Mandarin apples and orchid. It dries down to a very sweet powdered sugar with some zest and reminds me of smarties candy or pixie stix. Praline and orris,then the mandarin creeps back now and again. Its light enough to wear to work and carefree, great for daytime use. It feels effortless and I love that quality. Longevity is not as great as others, but i rather reapply than get a migraine anyway.

Wow this is so addictive. Very much an in-between of Black Opium and Jimmy Choo Illicit, and in fact might be my preferred of the 3. Definitely opens like a lighter black opium and moves into a deeper Illicit. I thought the passionfruit in the opening might throw me off but I don't actually notice it, so it's a perfect mixture. It also reminds me of Britney Spears Private Show and Fancy by Jessica Simpson, like the 3 are in the same family but not dupes.

O! M! G! This is a beautiful, sweet, woody SEXY seductive fragrance. Perfect for winter nights out, the holidays, wearing to bed. Inviting and head turning. I see the comparison to Black Opium, especially on first spritz but they both have their own thing going. I only like two of Sofia’s fragrances, “Sofia” being my current signature, but Love is one of my current favorite fragrances out of my whole collection.

It's my new favourite for the days I want to smell floral, girly and sweet. I don't know the smells of the flowers listed in its description (they don't grow in temperate climate zone), so to me, it smells a bit like lily of the valley, with a hint of caramel, lilac, and soap. I cannot detect any coffee, but I guess it's that rich warm smell that I called caramel.

I absolutely LOVE this, and this isn't my "usual" type of scent (I usually like fun and fruity ones). This one is YUMMY while also smelling "expensive" (that sounds dumb but you probably know what I mean). Like sophisticated. The bottle is gorgeous and the price point is very fair (I wanna say like $25 for a 3.4oz is what I paid?). I'd rate this a 9/10.

This one for being a celebrity scent, smells expensive. If its layered with Choco musk it super long lasting and creamy. I went from like to love.. very enjoyable in Spring cooler weather as wearing it right now. Its sweet smooth and delicious layered with choco musk oil or spray YUMMMMM.

This is a fun and flirty fragrance from Sofia. It's fall now and I find myself reaching for this more in the daytime than night. However for a warm spring/summer night this would be perfect. Kinda puts me in the mind of Paris Hilton Can Can but more mature. Love this.

I absolutely adore this fragance,smells like coffee flower, creamy, elegant. Similar to Tressor, lovely. I would appreciate if it stays longer in skin, in my case 4 hours. Give it a try, you wont regret it. I think is better in cold weather and at night.

I love this, but I'm a man - a great value rich dark coffee scent that I want in a man's fragrance. However, I'm not confident to pull the trigger on this one - I'm worried that it may be a bit too feminine ... then again, maybe I could pull it off ...

This smells really good! It kind of reminds me of La Vie Est Belle by Lancome. The notes that stand out to me the most are Praline, Vanilla, Passionfruit, and Amber. This is the type of perfume you would smell on someone and think "She smells amazing"!

This fragrance is absolutely beautiful. When first sprayed, florals and fruitiness were the most present, but on the dry down for me, it smells like a beautiful vanilla with hints of coffee. This is a beautiful perfume which you can wear all day long.

A gorgeous scent from a gorgeous lady <3 It smells so great, like coffee liqueur. The passionfruit blended really nicely with the coffee for that first spray. Dry down is fabulous too, it leaves you with a hint of vanilla flavored coffee. Love!!

I adore this scent. Gorgeous and sensuous praline, coffee, fruit, floral, vanilla concoction. Long lasting too. I often layer and tweak, but not with this. It's so right as it is. Proof that value does not always equate to cost.

Simply OBSESSED !!! Something in this perfume works on me, like a catnip on cats :))) If only this scent would last longer on my skin, I would never buy another fragrance again...But ..alas..and so, my collection is growing ;)))

This is so amazing everytime I wear this someone asks me what I'm wearing guaranteed! And it absolutely must smell like YSL Black Opium because one lady actually thought that's what I had on.... Nope Sofia Love ! Love it

This is a cozy and sweet, but not too sweet scent! The coffee note keeps it from being cloying. I wear it with Bath & Body Works” Coffee & Whiskey body lotion to bring out the coffee note. Yum!

Was hoping for more based on the notes, but it smells nearly identical to Katy Perry's Killer Queen only slightly more gourmand-y. Pretty basic and boring to me, but still pleasant.

It's been three days since I wore Love. Even though I've showered several times, traces of this scent are STILL lingering in my hair.

Nightly bedtime scent. It's sweet and creamy, and I don't get tired of it. Finished full bottle, would re-buy.

Like the scent. Dislike the longevity, because there is none! This upsets me because it is a nice but useless perfume. I couldn't smell it after 10 minutes of dousing myself in 20+ sprays of the juice. I thought maybe I was anosmic but hubby also confirmed that he couldn't smell anything either. I tried spraying on clothes, seems to last longer but the projection is still very minimal *sigh* The original Sofia is of much higher quality, scent and performance wise. I blindly bought Love according to the notes listed here (I love praline, coffee, orchid and orris) but the combination of these beloved notes of mine in this perfume, though doesn't seem all that usual, turns out to smell quite ordinary and common. I enjoy the scent but it didn't wow me. I can imagine why men love this, it's pretty and seductive, in a safe way...if you know what I mean. Like if you're going to a nice dinner on a first date with someone you don't really know, then this is the kind of scent you want to wear. It's easy to appreciate, nothing pungent in there, well-blended, it's sexy but still appropriate. Not in-your-face. Not too bold or too sophisticated for untrained noses. Sensual, but in a much more agreeable way than the legendary Black Opium that everyone's been comparing it to. I'm thinking the poor performance might just be my bottle, but I got it from a trustworthy site that I have ordered from several times before without any problems. If I had been "wow"ed by the scent I'd probably try and order another bottle from a different shop but I don't find the scent too interesting, so I might just pass this on, or re-purpose it somehow. Also about half of reviewers picked up a strong coffee note (some even say it's stronger than Black Opium, no way!) and the other half say they didn't pick up any? I didn't pick up coffee in Love but I definitely pick it up in Black Opium. I'm not arguing that my nose is right but this makes me think there might be some inconsistencies in production. Hmm but anyhoo. I'm happy for people who can enjoy this! Better luck for me next time!

Guys, I keep stumbling upon chameleon fragrances! Or maybe that's just my thought process on a drydown in a fragrance. Either way, I have to admit that maybe i'm not as refined as many of you are with olfactory skills. Anyway, I blind bought this today on a whim because of sheer curiosity (and because i'm shamelessly into celebrity fragrances with low price tags) I'm really glad I did buy it because it's definitely affordable and I find it to be really great quality. The bottle is beautiful, and yes, it sort of does resemble the bottle of Stella by Stella McCartney but it's not an exact dupe of the bottle. This bottle has a very weighty aspect, with nice thick and even cut glass. I have a 1 ounce bottle and it feels much heavier than you'd expect (which is a good thing and the gradient effect on the bottle is perfectly done) The scent in which this beautiful gem of a bottle holds is very lovely indeed and that's without having ever smelled Black Opium. Now as to why I call this a 'chameleon' fragrance is because it ends up in a COMPLETELY different composition from where it started. When I first spray this, I smell a fresh and musky scent with some interesting nuances such as the orris root and passion fruit. But give this about 30 minutes and you have a completely different fragrance. It becomes sweet and powdery with a very feminine edge. I love the initial spray and dry down equally! But the only concern is that to me, this is not really a coffee fragrance. I don't really get a coffee note at all, which is ok with me because I wasn't really betting on this being something that I liked anyway. Who is this fragrance for? Well, I wouldn't say that this is too sweet for any age group because why do we have those 'rules' anyway? I think this is for someone who really enjoys a high quality gourmand for a great price.
