Artemis

This opens with a blast of juicy nectarine, extremely fruity and mouthwatering. The combination of stone fruits, Osmanthus and green leaves give a very realistic impression of fruit. The majority of the wear for me is fresh, clean, white nectarine- like the most expensive peachy shampoo. In the dry down I mainly get cedar, again contributing to a scent I associate with cleanliness. I used to love Gucci Flora, and this does remind me of that. Be careful with the sprays! This scent is loud and proud! It has a big projection and lasts more than 6 hours in my skin. Good for spring, summer and fall. Definitely don’t overspray in high heat. It’s so strong that I’ve been complimented through a glass partition while wearing this.

Ive been a fan of Soki for about 5 years so when she came out with her 3rd fragrance, Artemis, I bought a travel size. It smelled harsh at first so after a few sprays I let it macerate ALL WINTER, so for 4-5 months. This Spring of 2025 is when I am first wearing it and it is beautiful! Very fruity with the osmanthus and green and fresh. I love it and it lasts ALL DAY on me! I sense a similarity to Aphrodite but where that one is tropical and mango heavy (also it smells too strong for me) this is a beautiful apricot and nectar kind of smell. It is sweet, fruity and green! My travel size is a very generous 15 ml. I will see how long that lasts me and may want to get a full bottle in the future!

I bought the 15 ml travel spray. This is really pretty! I find it to be a pretty natural-smelling nectarine/peach scent with a subtle green note and a woody quality that reminds me a lot of the “pit” of the fruit. Like I am eating a sun-warmed nectarine and my nose can smell the pit as I bite into the fruit. The green note disappears fairly early on and then it becomes a little powdery but almost more “fuzzy”, like the peach fuzz, more so than regular powder. I find it to be really pleasant and versatile, with soft projection and great longevity. It’s a love for me- I also bought Empress and it was not my style at all (gave it to a friend who loved it)...Artemis is a hit for me :)

This was a successful blind buy for me. Gorgeous fragrance and completely unique in my collection! I am not usually a fan of “green notes” (they can often come across as “lawn clippings” or “mown grass” to me), but the green notes in Artemis are very fresh and well done. They blend quite well with the sweetness of the peach top notes, and are evocative of a forest floor without smelling too literally like a forest. This has some mystery to it. I can easily see myself wearing this any time of year. It is also properly strong and long-lasting with just 1-2 sprays. Well done, Soki!!

I really like this for any season. I smell the fruit and green notes. I will have to come back to longevity. I wish she made larger sizes. I can see myself really going through this one in comparison to Aphrodite and Empress. Side note: was not a huge fan of Empress, but after a year of maceration, it’s beautiful and will be wearing it all Fall and Winter.

I’m really looking forward to trying this. It sounds up my alley. I blind bought empress knowing 100% that it was not “my style”, and I was right. I still want to check out Aphrodite because it sounds lovely, and this one really calls my name. I love Sophie and how she has started this line truly from the ground up-she is a role model!

I'm in love with this because of the osmanthus. It is just delightful. However lesson learned; don't spray more than 2 times or it is not the same as that beautiful soft warm osmanthus at it's best. What a creation! I think I need all of the perfumes Soki London has made! This really is beautiful.

I ordered a sample which came today and this is my first impression. I really like it. It's beautiful and soft. It starts off really fruity, the nectarine with a hint of juicy plum smells lovely. It's fresh and juicy, not dry or powdery. I don't get a huge amount of green notes in the heart. They are there but not dominant, just balancing things out. The osmanthus is the star of the show for me. It's just right, not too sweet, doesn't go too peachy or cloying. I guess this might be the peony keeping it fresher. The woods again aren't stand out, I can't smell them individually, they are just an anchor for the other notes. It doesn't have huge projection or sillage on me but that's not unusual for me hardly anything projects. I can still smell it on myself though. It doesn't last long on me though. A couple of hours is all I get- but I'm a conservative sprayer and this is a small sample vial. Regardless, so far I think it's beautiful. I haven't smelled the Envy or Flora so can't comment on similarity. It kind of puts me in the mind of Eclat d'Arpeges but this is more Autumnal although could be worn any season. Edit: Longevity was much improved with a couple of extra sprays from the sample vial, so I think with a normal sized atomiser you'd be fine. I got a good eight hours.

I got a sample, and to me, this smells like a forest in autumn. It's a fresh and green, but still very autumnal fragrance. But it's definitely also sweet, the note I get the strongest is the nectarine by far. I like it and it feels very seasonal, but I won't get the whole bottle because I just don't like green fragrances enough.

It undoubtedly shares the same DNA as Aphrodite. However, here the nectarine takes center stage, accented by subtle hints of greenery and wood. I adore Aphrodite, and I really like this one too.

I got a sample to try it as I was intrigued by the notes, I love plum and osmanthus in perfumes. First impression: way too green and woody on my skin, as if you would smell the very concentrated green juice from a freshly cut stem of a plant. However, this settles down and I can feel the osmanthus and some florals but very faint. Overall it remains very woody and somewhat dated to my nose. It's not necessarily a bad smell, it's not repulsive but it's just not my cup of tea. I prefer fruitier and sweater scents. I was hoping for better balanced fruity floral with some plum traces or a nice chypre but I can't even smell the peach and nectarine that Soki was talking about. I will keep the sample for some time, maybe it needs to macerate properly and I will give it another try later, maybe the scent will become more rounded. Right now it's just an overly green/woody mass. Definitely not a safe blind buy, try the sample first.

Hmmmm...well, this arrived today. It was a blind buy, which is okay because I got a decent deal through Fragrancenet, and I do like to support SOKI London. Still, my first impression is that this one would probably have been a pass for me if I'd tried it first. I was intrigued by this fragrance when I learned that the inspiration was Gucci Flora, since that's one of my favorite perfumes, and I was so sad when it was discontinued. I had hoped that this would be my new Flora. And when comparing the notes I can see a bit of the inspiration, but my nose doesn't pick up any likeness at all. I still have Flora, as well as the Eau Fraiche and EDT versions, so I was able to make a comparison. I was looking for the soft sweet qualities of Flora, but for me, this one is just green leaves. And although I do like green fragrances, I don't get much else beyond the green here. In fact as soon as I smelled it, I thought of ivy, and that's still almost all I am getting from it. Ivy is a rather sour green smell, and frankly not something I'm wanting to smell like. I'm hoping if I let it sit for a while that I will start to pick up on the rest of the notes, but for now this is a huge disappointment to me. I just don't see myself wanting to reach for it. Luckily, fragrance is super subjective, and I know there are people who love this one. And I'll certainly be back to revise this if things change with time. But for now this one is not for me, and I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone as a safe blind buy. Edit, adding: So it's been a minute since I first bought this, and time in the bottle has helped. I've had an opportunity to wear it a few times, and I've grown to enjoy it. I'm wearing it today. When this perfume reaches its true dry down (which takes an hour or longer,) I can now find the similarities to Flora. It's actually quite sweet and cozy once those slightly sour, ivy smelling green notes have worn off. But the projection also waned, and it sits pretty close to the skin in the drydown. In my experience, the lasting power isn't great, maybe four or five hours before I feel the need to reapply. That honestly surprises me, because Soki's big thing seems to be judging perfumes based largely on longevity.

I ordered a decant of this from fragrancenet and I am actually happy it came broken! I got a refund! The smell is so obnoxiously strong that IMO it is unwearable. Not that I don't enjoy strong perfumes but this so poorly blended and lacking in any nuance that it comes off as something very garish. The nectarine and peach here smell like mango to me. And not very natural to boot. I get nothing of the imagery that she said that she was inspired by, being in the forest at Twilight. The floral notes here come off like a cheap detergent or household cleaner. Very 70s air freshener vibes. The only thing this perfume has going for it is it is extremely strong. To strong. I like Soki as a person, she seems nice but I have often thought her nose was broken. Maybe the poor air quality in London (a big problem in all major cities around the world. I thank God everyday I live in a very small town) might be the problem with her nose. When I watched her YouTube videos She would complain about perfumes that I knew had good longevity not lasting and her taste is quite questionable at best. This perfume lacks any type of sophistication or nuance. It is just loud and proud. Like a little kid who found mommies lipstick and applied it themselves and thinks they look beautiful, while it is all over their face and they look frightful. Fake fruity note, cheap detergent florals and overbearing sillage. So glad I don't have to find a home for this very badly crafted fragrance. Try washing this off! My God she really can't smell if she needs her perfumes to be this freaking strong! Both my husband and I washed our hands 4 times would not come off. We finally soaked them in vinegar and baking soda to get this fragrance off. That is nuts.

Fragratica needs to fix voting it buffers doesnt show votes for Artemis ~All our chemistry is different &as with any fragrance sample 1st•☆•Because on me this the nectarine &peach is upon first spray&opening i have 2 samples testing 2 weeks to decide on FB,A few mins after spray i get this unique green mystical forest 🦌🌲✨️ with a pretty mellow 🍑 &peach nectarine ish vibe &I'm not familiar with othmantus note listed so I will say,at least for me I smell an airbrushed unique nectarine-peach faintly,slight sandalwood ~so to me it's fuzzy faint green ish foresty yet faintly fruity,all notes are faintly like dream like? Yet there,different &I gentle nectarine i smell the whole wear&if you could make a mystical fuzzy dreamy walk through the forest in a (calm) way& (gentle) way or dream like way at 🌙 night ,Soki accomplished that with professional perfumer Ruth,its not so much on notes here,it's more of the story scent growing up of her experience &favorite Disney🎬 movie ~☆•Fantasia • so based off this she did an amazing 👏 job,I feel a man oR a woman can pull this meaning the scent profile is feminine &masculine,yet neutral it doesn't lean either way,so In my opinion it's UNISEX &all year wear seasons,I like it ,whether I get a FB I'm not sure yet ,none of her fragrances smell synthetic,all different &not boring mainstream &they have lasting power ,this one lasts yet closer to skin out of all 3 samples I tried•♡• great experience ~ it's pretty light yet there well balanced ~I wanna buy for the bottle &name 😆 🤣 😂 😹 haha &a day I want a light fuzzy style~dream like ~ mystical night forest vibe ~I love to star gaze •☆•this scent perfect for that~who knows on FB maybe¿☆? ARTEMIS is your peach - osmanthus signature scent for the day. Versatile, easy to wear, fruity but not overly sweet, young but not girly, fresh but strong and long-lasting enough, clean but not soapy. There are not many fragrances with osmanthus as main player, and this one is, a delightful one. Think of a lazy summer afternoon, giving a bite to a juicy nectarine under the shade of a peach tree with the flowers in bloom and the leaves giving some green nuance to the air... If you can imagine this, you already know how the fragrance smells. Photorealistic, natural, warm... I’ll reach to it a lot this summer, I personally think it’s perfect in the heat. However, I think it could perfectly suits beautifully in cooler mornings and afternoons. For me, like Artemis, the Greek goddess of haunting, the fragrance named after her hit the bullseye of the perfect fruity osmanthus scent. Very well balanced, gorgeous, an absolute wise choice for any occasion this summer. I definitely recommend a try, and if you like osmanthus, I am completely sure you will love Artemis.

This was a total surprise for me. I think Soki's two other fragrances were renditions or tweaks on perfumes we could find in the high street, I tell you Artemis is incredibly original. I smell tons of perfumes and this is pretty unique. The one that I think might come close somehow is Mazensir Empire Vert. This, on me, it's a fruity green scent, with a distinct fuzzy, almost powdery feeling, as if the cedar wood was acidic. It's vibrant, strong and gives the vibe of a magical forest, a deep fragrance that feels effervescent with greenery and hidden notes I can't quite distinguish. The dry down is like this. The opening is fruity, but not classically so, the osmanthus is there in the opening too and the green notes let themselves seen, it's got a mossy, grassy quality that complements the plum very well. Nectarine usually gives me a headache, but not in this perfume. Superb.

Having purchased both Empress and Aphrodite, I must say that I am impressed at what she was able to do. She filled in a gap that was left by discontinued scents and the quality is amazing. This immediately hit my "to purchase list" since the girl definitely knows what she is doing along with Ruth. This scent is supposed to be inspired by Gucci Flora which I had smelled a while back, but never purchased due to other perfumes on my list and when I finally figured I'd get it, it was gone. This might fill that gap nicely. My hope is that sometime in the future she'll look to inspire a scent from Dior's Midnight Poison that caused a bit of stir when it was discontinued. Keep it up Sophie!

I loved the fruits until that osmanthus kicked in and rather quickly too. This flower does not like me and ends up as pungent old leather seats on my skin. So I'm sitting in a rusty old car on a deserted island and there's nothing but osmanthus growing everywhere. My worst nightmare. Onto the next Soki scent....

Im really excited to try this. Sokis perfumes are excellent dupes for discontinued scents: empress is a dupe for miss dior cherie and aphrodite is a dupe for guerlain coconut fizz. Curious if this will be a dupe (maybe original angel formula?)!

Soft , powdery, with a slight hint of sourness. Unfortunately for me, my skin drinks this up. I wish it lasted on me the same way it seems to with everyone else. 😕 After 2 hours, it's just a lovely skin sent. Gutted!!
