Fleur de Cerisier

So I went back to the shop to buy the rest of them, but, sadly they were all gone... :(( And, I understand why; cause it is that good!! -There should be more top shelves for favs, because this perfume def is one of my personal favorites, it smells "me" on my skin, it's soft and clean and fruity, with the raspberries and cherries in the top, it urges me to be more of "me" (not less), the "Univers" also want you to be more of you, you are unik, that's why I am Mona, and not any bland nick. Lesson to learn is always: Dare to be more of you :)) 12/10

Love it, very natural smelling, sweet, floral cherry/cherry blossom. Nothing artificial or overwhelming with this one. Great blind buy at this price point!

More of a fruity sweet scent with definite citrus notes in the dry down. Very light and perfect to wear day time any time of the year.

A few years ago I blind bought L'Occitane's Cerisier Rouge, hoping for a bright cherry scent. It was okay, pleasant but too faint and short lived, especially for the cost. Today (after sampling--no more blind buys) I picked up Fleur de Cerisier at a quite inexpensive price. It's not a complex scent really, but it's not just a flat cherry body spray either. It has a little depth, a little warmth, and it stays on me for a few hours at least. It's very fruity, lots of cherry and apple, but the rose and musk give it some dignity. It's bright and juicy but not artificial smelling. Especially given the price difference, it was a much better deal, and it makes me happy. Not bad at all. update 6/21: I tend to keep perfume for awhile, and I have noticed that some of the Solinotes line tend to go off kind of quickly (the fig as well). I've had this bottle for a couple of years now and I still like to spray it, but it has gotten...saltier? Grainier? (Still worth what I paid for it, though I may look to upgrade to another cherry scent when it's finally gone.)

Fleur de Cerisier is less floral and more like cherry fragrance/flavouring itself. I am surprised they gave it this name considering it doesn't have any cherry blossom note. It's a clean cherry scent with some tartness likely coming from the lemon and raspberry. I feel like it's comparable to the Light Blue scent profile with added cherry and raspberry to make it more fruity. I agree that it smells like a shampoo fragrance, although I'm not sure if I've actually come across a shampoo that smells like this exactly. It's like sparkling water with a slice of lemon and sour cherry/raspberry syrup mixed into it. Refreshing, fizzy, tart, light. A nice casual cheapie for warmer weather and likely good for layering too. The edp is normally $28 CAD at Shoppers but I got it in a gift set on clearance for $16. I'm thinking it would be a good spring/summer substitute for cherry fragrances that don't work well in the heat, in my case Lolita Lempicka.

This fragrance was a complete fluke to me. I bought a very teeny bottle of it in an Urban Outfitters. It doesn't really read as a citrusy perfume to me, and I get no cherry florals whatsoever. Although very different to my other perfumes, this one reminds me of the nostalgia of Green Apple Alberto Balsam shampoo, with maybe a slight musk on top of that. Pleasantly surprised with this, and it was very cheap (£19 for a full bottle) so I can't complain. Definitely a spring/summer fragrance

I'm surprised I'm not seeing many reviews talking about the apple in this. I have the body wash and body cream of this scent which may be why it smells a bit different to me. Personally, I get a lot of green apple upfront with raspberry and rose behind it. I agree with a lot of other reviews saying it smells "shampoo-y" but that's something I love about this scent. It is super bright and fresh with a good base of musk to balance it out and ensure it's not too sweet.

A very pleasant fragrance but as others state the cherry blossom seems to be absent from the room while spraying this. This scent can be very sweet, and floral. You can certainly smell the notes of roses and raspberry but it tends to be very linear with those said notes. The sweetness in this scent tends to be quite headache inducing but when used sparingly is very enjoyable and intriguing.

I use Solinotes to layer with other fragrances where I want to amplify or tone down notes in that other fragrance. This one is lovely just by itself however. Please don't make the mistake of thinking that the inexpensive price means this smells cheap. It's a nice, clean, crisp fruity floral. Perfect for a hot day, straight out of the shower or the gym.

It's like a fruity shampoo, I feel like apple and raspberry stand out most for me. I like it for what it is, a fun, simple scent for a relaxed summer day but if a simple fruity shampoo isn't your thing, you won't like it.

Lovely scent, but fades quickly and gives me a slight headache. This may not be a problem for others.

I have a love-hate relationship with this😅 This smells veeery synthetic, overall extremely sweet cherry and rasberry. No depth, just a blast of sweetness. Yet the teenager in me still finds this appealing some days 😅

A green citrusy perfume. Not very interesting. Some spices too I think. Very forgettable.

When you have a loyalty card and vouchers added to it; this wonderful fragrance and I agree with 'Thelonius', 'Cerisier' is a contender for 'L'occitane'. However to my nose this more akin to Jeanne Arthes signature fixative, only longer lasting. and contingent to the 'Lover' range. Yesterday I used my birthday vouchers to purchase this one from the 'Soli Notes' range. I have the 'Rose' and I was greedily smiling at the mere Aus 6 dollars of which I forked out. All the flacons are 50 mill EDP's. I promised a plug. at 'Priceline'. usually 25 aus dollars and on sale at 16.00 with my loyalty dollars at ten dollars well hey lucky me. I also whilst in the store sampled the Pomegranite, Yuzu and Orange versions all of which even after cooking and washing up still very potently existent on my arms and a wonderful ethereal potion mixology, several hours later, in fact from roughly 3pm to 6am the next day. Value for money indeed. These fragrances are definitely meant to be layered and as I have been layering fragrances for several years now, by no means an expert am drawn to this notion and feel that's where fragrances are headed anyway. This is like a Cherry Blossom lined street in late August in suburban Melbourne where the sought after blooms which eventually become filled by October with thousands of tiny deep red to black sour plums eagerly eaten by wildlife marking X marks the spot. Late August sparks their bloom and these sprout on every available space on a Cherry blossom tree. It's a sign of spring. It's a signal for lovers. It's a subtle subliminal message heralding romance and all things associated with that idea. Even if it is a romance with oneself! It's delicately scented diviness. The cherry in Cerisier is not overpoweringly sweet either, it is there nonetheless. Either sex can feel confident that these will meld to their body chemistry because Soli Notes seems gender neutral. It's very long lasting when layered and quite obviously an elixir of Cherry; I'm very happy. Yesterday was my lucky day. It's winter now in the tropics and this is working for me. If you really like Cherry fragrances and loath to fork out for high end fragrances including this note then this really is an option. It does not in the slightest give off the aroma of an inexpensive supermarket fragrance. Ps you can purchase 'Priceline' products on line.

I can’t understand why someone would mix lemon, cardamom, apple, and musk with cherries and roses for a fragrance whose name connotes sweetness or cherries. The combo of those four notes contradicts any sweetness or cherry smell. This perfume is astringent like a cleaning spray. Even Method Cherry spray has less of a cleaning product vibe than this. I also find it odd to name a fragrance cherry blossom and not include that note among the florals. And how is a raspberry note going to help convey cherries or cherry blossoms? I guess this one is just incorrectly-named. I would have liked it better if it were called citrus morning. I will say it is certainly unique to my stash. I guess I will give it time and try again in the summer.

It’s kind of like a wet and humid day and you’re walking under cherry blossom trees or sipping cherry blossom lemon soda. But, there is also a bakery near by selling warm spice cake with frosting and fresh juicy dark cherries on top. Spice is certainly not a top note, but it is definitely present especially as the fragrance dries down. A little bit interesting, but not full bottle worthy as it’s kind of boring and goes away within an hour or two. It may be better if it’s combined with another Solinotes fragrance though.

This smelled so nostalgic when I sampled it. Very white tea and fruits vibe to it or maybe apple shampoo with a dash of generic green tea perfume, which is honestly appealing and pleasant to my nose. Feels like the a wonderful smelling shaving cream when I was a preteen. Also kind of gives me Eden Sparkling Lychee a little bit too. That one is more candied tho and this is more fresh.

Straight out of the bottle/into the air, this was a refreshing "fruity shampoo" version of cherry blossom - soapy, powdery, fresh, fruity floral. But on my wrist, it turned into "cherry cough syrup" and then dried down with a distinct "plasticky" note. I wish it would have stayed how it smelled in the air, but it unfortunately didn't work on my skin!

Sales assistants were not impressed with this fragrance of the solinotes range although i find it excellent. Solinotes fragrances are super understated probably because of the affordable price tag. Single sweet note. Stays for hours that single note till you kinda get sick of it.

I don't find this sweet at all, if it is sweet then it's a fruity floral sweetness rather than sugary candy. It's very shampooey and soapy as others have mentioned

Its affordable and a fun scent. It reminds me of cherry blossoms. Unfortunately doesn't last that long
