Fleur de Figuier

Despite of synthetic smell in its initial spray, this one is a real deal! As a vintage lover, this “modern-simple” and cheap fragrance has surprisingly stolen my attention. The figs (fruit, leaf, wood) are in it all the time, so I’m a bit confused with some reviewers who’re failed to detect it. And yes, this one smells like Sea & Sun In Cadaques by Salvador Dali, only stronger and more intense with strong fig-milk presence, while S&S goes into more aquatic direction.

My fav one amongst solinotes. Oh man this one soooo yummy and sexy. Sweet and sour perfectly balance. Best one in solinotes for me. Get this if you into sweet fragrance.

This smells amazing. I am super impressed with this fragrance. Milky fig with hints of greeness.

The notes as listed on the website Floral & Fruity Fragrance. TOP NOTES: Fig, Bergamot, Rosewood. HEART NOTES: Lily of the Valley, Green Tea, Neroli. BASE NOTES: Cedar, Tonka Bean. Fleur de Figure opens with a bitter green note. At first I thought it was petitgrain, but I think it’s actually the neroli, they can smell similar. It's a “crushed green” scent, like trimming the stems of cut flowers before you put them in the vase. It really does smell like biting into a sun-warmed green fig straight off the tree. It leans toward the fresh, less sweet green fig rather than the richer sweetness of a purple fig. If you’ve never had the pleasure of biting into a fig straight off the tree, the flavour is a sort of mix of bright grape-like sweetness and a green freshness that would be bitter if not for the fruit’s natural sweetness. As the fragrance dries down it turns to sort of a bitter green, musky, skin scent. I enjoy it quite a lot, though I did read a review saying it smelled like vape, which made me laugh, honestly, I can’t even disagree. It does have that sticky-sweet vape cloud vibe. 😄

Sits very close to the skin, but it smells really good. Sweet, woody yet fresh. After reading the reviews, I thought I’d better return it before breaking the seal. Glad I used my own judgement. Nothing earth shattering, but it doesn’t smell like anything I own in my collection.
