Fleur de Jasmin

Smells the same to me as Jennifer Aniston's signature scent, with about the same performance too. A clean beachy jasmine. Seriously, there's no difference to my nose. Since they are about priced the same, if you have one you could probably do without the other. Now, I've often seen this perfume and Aniston's compared to Child. Child perfume has been on my radar for some time but seeing that so many compare this and Aniston to Child, I wonder if it's even worth me trying a bottle of that. Since I already have a back-up of Aniston and a rollerball of this, maybe getting Child would be redundant. I'm sure the quality of Child is superior, but if the scent is essentially the same, would that be enough to justify the price when I can simply reapply the others? That is the question I am asking myself right now. I really need to get a sample of Child to see if there's that much difference. Right now, I'm happy with what I have, so am in no rush to find out.

I've got a rollerball of this that I received as a gift over a decade ago, so obviously my sample of this scent is more aged than most, but to me this smells absolutely divine. a rich, heady jasmine that I can smell hours after application straight to the skin. I use it to give dessert-y gourmands a little more oomph. it's a lovely, safe scent, but not bland by any means.

Bought this in addition to the Solinotes Iris. Turned out I’m liking the jasmine much more than the iris. There’s a retro nuance in this fragrance but without the bombastic floral. It projects really well yet smells so tender. The jasmine is like floating here. It reminds me of Tendre Poison and Cabotine Gress.

They sell this one at my local CVS. I like it a lot but I do have a few complaints. One: It smells good, but sometimes you end up tasting it? Okay, hear me out. You spray it on your wrist, right? How come I can taste it? (it's not that bad but still.) Two: In one store I live near which is like a ross but not a ross, y'know what I mean lol. They sell it and I was disgusted! It was chunky?! There were these little chunks of god knows what in there! They were white and small! (was it mold? I don't know!) Three: The spray part (sorry forgot the name forgive my ignorance.) Sometimes get's stuck, and it gets your fingers wet. Besides my complaints, it smells great! But uh...If you see chunks please run.

I just spritzed this on at a pharmacy- it's a big, slightly sweet jasmine that lasted on my wrists for a couple of hours and settled down into a light musky base. I'd like to try other scents from this brand- mini bottles were only $12 and it didn't smell cheap in any way. My friend tried their Ylang sample which I also liked.

This is a really pretty jasmine scent. Its simple but I think a very good, happy smelling jasmine for $20. If you haven't tried this brand they are actually quite nice and well done. Plus, you can't beat the price.

Cute and noticeably different. Has a very spring smell to it, very jasmine-y, as the name suggests. Not something I'd be worshipping but it's wearable.

I love this scent, truly. I've been looking for a jasmine to layer with a cedar fragrance I have, as that combination is just gorgeous (in my opinion). Indeed, this is a fragrance that can be layered with other scents. Jasmine and Yuzu? Lovely. Jasmine with Ariana Grande anything? Certainly. Jasmine with something vanilla? By all means. The problem is the longevity. It's as nonexistent as others from this brand. I moisturize, I promise! And it's still gone within thirty minutes. Which is a shame because I really appreciate what it's going for. I love simplistic perfumes as much as I enjoy complex ones. It just has to deliver the staying power. I knew better, because of the price, I was suspicious, but I did it anyway, so I can't complain too much. At most, a nice body mist after a shower!

This is delectable and very jasmine-y. There's something incredibly intoxicating about the jasmine scent (it's probably why the majority of my favourite perfumes feature it so heavily) and on its own it is just as lovely. The Solinotes perfumes are designed to be layered and I love this one with Rose (and Musc too sometimes, for depth), but it is just as mesmerising alone. It also makes Prada Infusion d'Iris palatable to me (it turns out I don't actually like Iris on its own, despite really enjoying it as a note in other perfumes), and the combination of the two is truly amazing. Sillage is OK, longevity is quite good.

This is straight Jasmine. I smell no other notes. Seems like one note smells are common with this Solinotes line despite listing other notes on the notes list. This is what I imagine the color purple to smell like, oddly enough because Jasmine is a white flower. Clean smelling. Reminds me a lot of the Jasmine I smell in Giorgio. This is not a powerhouse smell like Giorgio is but it has the same type of Jasmine smell to it.

Wow, this is a very pretty, not super indolic jasmine. There is a bit of sweetness to it, and it is a little creamy as well. I can see why there have been comparisons to Child. I actually own Child finally, and though it doesn't have the sillage and utter headiness of Child, nor the crazy lasting power, this Jasmine definitely has many of the same components. In fact, this would go well layered over the other cheapie Child dupe, Kuumba Made Pikake Lei. I'm super pleasantly surprised by this one. It also doesn't have the screechy notes which give me a bit of a headache. I would totally buy this one again and again, even if I do own Child, since it's cheap enough I can use it to spray in the room. If Child is out of your budget (and, believe me, it was for a while for me, too), get this to satisfy your jasmine cravings. You can layer it over other scents to make it more a beachy scent. I love when super cheap scents exceed expectations.

Review for the EDP I have no idea why this perfume has 'dislikes'. It is a beautiful jasmine scent - not too wild, sort of a middle way between an untamed wild jasmine (like Lust by Lush or Alien by Mugler) and the tame, shy sambac jasmine. It's like you took these two types of jasmine and blended them in a blender seemlessly, plus added a hint of extra sweetness for good measure. A great staple for all jasmine lovers.

Unfortunately this is so subtle I can barely smell this. Looking at the other comments makes me wonder if I have a « faulty » bottle.
