s.Oliver For Her

This fragrance reminds me neither of Chloe and/or Envy Me by Gucci (which smells more powdery and peppery, respectively) This isn't chocked full of synthetic rose, but its tamed and does beautifully well. The sillage isn't strong, it isn't a powerhouse, but it isn't non existent either. Its perfect. When your skin is more hydrated and well-nourished, this scent feels feminine, young. On a day that I was having a "dry skin" day, I layered Memoire Liquide Amour underneath, and it quickly became my favorite combo ever. It gives the roses a base and really exudes sensuality. Unfortunately I can only buy this when I'm visiting Germany, so next time I will stock up. Update: I've compared This SIDE-BY-SIDE to Chloe, and Chloe has much more citrus. This has somewhat of a "caramel" feel to it. Absolutely lovely. The only issue is that they only sell the Parfum in 30 ML, so it is almost as much as Chloe. But it is much better.

I've been testing this for a couple of weeks now and finally got it today at a relatively acceptable price - and yes, it was a good call!:) I love the litchi and the green citrus notes in it. Rose is very, veeeeery subtle, not as sweet or as dominant as it is in Chloe. My scarf smelled gorgeous for a couple of days after testing, so despite being apparently delicate, this scent has great power and - surprisingly - performs very well in late fall and winter!❤

The opening is indeed reminiscent of Chloe EDT while the dry down took notes from Envy Me by Gucci, IMHO :) Lasting power and sillage are moderate so all in all a nice little fragrance!

I might be a bit biased because this is the scent my late grandmother liked to wear... but it's not half bad. Don't usually like to wear floral but I do like remembering her smell.

s.Oliver indited the Fleur de Chloe cheaper's version inside and out. Why?

Pachnie bardzo kobieco i elegancko. Podoba mi się róża w tym zapachu. Jest delikatna, dojrzała i czuć że dobrze łączy się z pozostałymi nutami. Nie jest chamska. Aczkolwiek wydaje mi się że to dość popularny zapach. Na pewno nie dla kogoś kto szuka oryginalności i chce pachnieć 'inaczej'. W pierwszej kolejności zapach skojarzył mi się z niedzielnym popołudniem u babci, powrotem z kościoła i kwiatami w jej ogrodzie. Również z tego powodu wydaje mi się to zapach dla kobiet po 30/40, jest po prostu dojrzały i elegancki. Na pewno jest to jedna z ładniejszych wersji róży jakie wąchałam. Kłóci się z moim gustem, sama bym go ponownie nie kupiła, ale jeśli ktoś bardzo lubi róże i tego typu zapachy które są eleganckie, kobiece, dojrzałe to uważam że jest to jeden z lepszych wyborów.

Basic parfium, soft, poudree... but nothing special. Stay close to skin, after 1 hour nothing.

In my mind some perfumes often fall into two moods: dark feminine and light feminine. s.Oliver For Her is definitely light feminine. I first bought it in Munich and picked up two bottles one for myself and one for a friend. Looking back, I regret not buying twenty. Someone once described it as “the aroma of a doll,” and I completely agree. It’s a very dainty, ultra-feminine, girly scent soft and delicate without being overly sweet or fruity. Everything feels perfectly balanced. My only wish is that it lasted longer. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful perfume I still remember very fondly.🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀

The florals remain super subtle - I mostly get a very clean, inoffensive, cloudy musk. It's like if hand soap became a perfume, maybe with a hint of Chloe Nomade dna.

It smells like Chloe! (wow, even the bottle... ahaaa ;) I think For Her is more creamy? Like a rose lotion. More agreable (not so chemical rose as in Chloe).
