Flowers Nocturnal

I got a sample and couldn't stop smelling my wrist. I can see this not being something everyone will like, but for me it's drop-dead gorgeous. The slightly moist green bitterness is mixed with the symphony of white flowers, which is a bit chilly. This feeel of green stem saps might come from the natural tincture, feels very realistic, indeed adds dimension to the scent. Unique and beautiful.

i am trying this a second time and updating my review. this starts with a very realistic peppery lily note, slightly waxy, just like putting your face in a bouquet of lilies. then i get a sort of airy vanilla added to the mix. maybe the floral i am getting is moonflower? it doesn't seem to be jasmine, gardenia or tuberose. even though i am not getting those specific notes, this does smell like a blooming garden at night.

Thorny white floral bouquet with a prominent almond note. Very realistic, like I'm sniffing real flowers freshly picked from the garden. It's not overly sweet and wears close to the skin. Not bad.

There isn't a single note in here that I dislike. Unfortunately, this oil doesn't smell like ANY of them on me. It's so bitter - relentlessly so. The only thing that comes to my mind is the smell of boggy, damp, decaying earth. I am really disappointed, though it was a blind buy and inexpensive. I almost suspect that this was somehow mislabeled and is one of their more esoteric scents meant for those who crave a straight up graveyard vibe. This can not possibly be what I am seeing note- and accord-wise.

I love florals, but I have to agree, this smells like a decaying bouquet, at least on my skin. I layered it with Desert Thunderstorm from this brand, and that made it bearable, but not for me.

Heady. Heady. Dusty. Kinda Trampled. White Floral BOMB...especially at first. Too much. Sneezing a LOT. This girl has a bite to her, but does get slightly sweeter as it wears.

Updated review to say that it smells better on clothes vs. my skin, and is very fleeting.

I so, so wish I could love this perfume. It has all the notes of something I should love and would typically love. Jasmine, gardenia, ylang ylang, vanilla. Sounds like a dream come true. But yet it smells like spoiled rotten milk to me. Maybe I got a bad bottle, normally I love everything solstice scents does but this one was just totally a miss and I’m so sad about it.

358 Based on the notes I should have loved this, but I found it to smell cheap and just not right. It sounded promising, but I just got a mish-mash of unpleasant florals with dankness. Nothing sparkled in the night flowers for me, like flowers of the night should... 0/10-unpleasant composition

I want this to be my forever signature scent. It’s gorgeous, delicate and even sweet. Opens with the most realistic white floral bouquet; I detect mostly jasmine, soft and true gardenia, and a floral that’s soft and almost earthy, which I think is the moonflower. As it wears on me, a white chocolate-like sweetness emerges and mixes with the Jasmine musk. She isn't kidding when she says it is not to be missed if you like these flowers, as it represents the flowers well, being a 100% all natural botanical perfume, NO synthetics (wow). I have smelled nothing like it. What a masterpiece! I already bought a backup bottle and will purchase another once it's available again. Incredible.

Over a year later and I regretfully accidentally sprayed this one again. Boy this STANKY! This is.. stinky. Unbearably stinky. It’s like being punched in the face with the strongest white florals you’ve ever encountered. It’s that indolic part about jasmine flowers people tend to hate... times a hundred. These white florals eat their weaker peers for breakfast. I can’t even smell the sweet amid the stink of flower cannibalism. It ain’t right!

For a completely all-natural fragrance, this is a strong one! It's similar to White Feather, but that one includes spices. I immediately get spicy carnation, fleshy gardenia, a bit of smoky ylang, as well as powdery almond and sweet vanilla. Jasmine and tuberose are there, but on me, they're somewhat of an undercurrent. The base is a wonderful and creamy, slightly sweet vanilla! I'm very impressed! A little goes a long way...

I have the oil form. This is unfortunately an example of why synthetics make perfumery. It's far too weak. It's almost completely jasmine with a suggestion of ylang, and I like natural jasmine fine, but it's literally gone as soon as I apply it. I'm not sure what's happened here because I have a quite old bottle of the discontinued Dellamorte...seriously I bought it in 2011...and it's still a powerhouse.

I could love this perfume if it didn’t have morning glory in it. Morning glory and moonflower translate like diaper on my skin. A clean diaper but straight baby diaper nonetheless. Up until that point, I do like the gardenia, jasmine, tuberose mix. That is really beautiful. It’s the drydown that drives me off.

I own the 60ml spray perfume. It is gorgeous, and the bottle is two years old. I love this so much I bought a back-up. Reminds me of South Carolina when the night jasmine is blooming and the humidity makes it that much more intense.

A lovely spicy, floral vanilla. Reminds me quite a bit of original formula TDC Jasmin de Nuit.
