Nightgown

Gorgeous scent! 💕 (totally dislike the name) Creamy sweet gourmand tuberose with hints of sweet tiare. I get mostly sweet (gets sweeter as it wears) tuberose, vanilla creamy, little hints of tiare. I don't distinctly smell white chocolate, and do not read corn chips here (comment below 🤷) Tropical SWEET creamy. Like a creamy Tuberose dessert! VERY NICE! Has some similarity to Amouage Love Tuberose, but has hint of tiare. Probably the closest thing I have come across. Call it - poor man's Love Tuberose. Not very similar to Moramanga.I own that. This is SWEETER, creamier more 'gourmand.' (I love how after I posted this review...I got a balloon 🎈, but within an hour, balloon popped, and my "smells like/reminds me" suggestion of Love Tuberose is down voted off the island. Bwa ha ha ha) UPDATE: OIL & EDP no diff in scent. perform same. Very delicious. Full bottle worthy!!

I’m late to the game of embracing white florals (although I’ve loved them in the past in my vintage collection). Instead I’ve been exploring vanilla and chocolate gourmands for the past couple of years. Nightgown is the best of both worlds for me! It’s so beautiful and creamy and rich...I only have a sample at this point but I’m finding it perfect to dab on before bed and it really is as pretty as a lacy nightgown so...perfect name! I haven’t smelled Watch but if this is anything close to that $$$ frag you really cannot go wrong with this one. I’m getting a full bottle soon!

I came across Nightgown as a recommendation for those who adore Love Tuberose and I blind bought a 5ml oil. I don't think that it's a dupe at all. But it is a creamy, lush, enveloping sweet white floral. I perceive much more Tiare than tuberose unfortunately. But I find this appealing anyway. It seems similar to Solinotes Tiare to my nose but much more refined. I have enjoyed almost all the Solstice Scents samples that I have tried with the exception of Black Mallow...black licorice as a note seems to be unappealing to me though. Rating: 🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒 Cruelty free 🐾

Nightgown is impossibly sweet and flowery. First you are hit with so much sugar from this creamy white chocolate that it’ll make you light headed (but in a good way) then the tiare flowers make a heady appearance. Intense and rich and then the vanilla warms up rounding it out. Its not heavy on the tuberose which Im counting as a plus because if you have too much tuberose thats pretty much all you will smell. This scent is gourmand and intoxicating and smooth as a silk nightgown. Sillage isn’t the best but you don't have to sniff your wrist to smell it.

A slightly sweet version of Montale's Intense Tiare; I prefer Nightgown MUCH more. It's as cozy as tiare can possibly get.

The only other time tuberose smells like corn chips on my skin is when I wear Tom Ford’s Orchid Soleil. The notes both perfumes share are tuberose and vanilla, so it must be something about those two notes that create that sensation. Anyway, I know for sure that I like this better. Even though my chemistry makes this smells a little synthetic and corn chip-like, I still enjoy it. Nightgown is a more tropical rendition with the addition of Tiare flower. My third perfume sample from Solstice Scents, and I’m not disappointed. I won’t be adding it to my collection but I’d swap my bottle of Orchid Soleil to acquire it.

I decided to try this because of my love for tuberose and the idea behind the fragrance sounded right up my alley. When I first applied this to my skin, the first thing I got was a sweet, bubblegum tuberose - a bit different than the type of tuberose fragrances I typically wear. I can't easily pick out the tiare, but as it developed, I got a lot more vanilla and a bit of chocolate. Overall, I find Nightgown to be very reminiscent of Love by Kilian in that both have the safe, pleasantly sweet and subtle gourmand nature to them. On me, this is barely floral, but I still enjoy the soft sweetness of it.

I smell mostly bubblegum tuberose. I was hoping to experience more of the chocolate note, but I see here it’s listed as white chocolate. It is sweet and creamy and somewhat reminiscent of Love Tuberose, but without the lactonic note so therefore less creamy. This is a beautiful lovely tuberose that is quite sweet and bubblegum like. The notes are rounded and cozy. This is not my favorite tuberose of all time, but it is lovely.

- Sampling this one today. Smells nice! Reminds me of a combination of TF Orchid Soleil and Love Tuberose in my opinion. It's a sweet gourmand white floral scent. Very pretty and comforting.

It's so easy to like this one. Heady white flowers wrapped in sweet, creamy white chocolate and vanilla. Smooth, silky, and sensuous. Beautiful!

A very gentle, sweet tuberose. I have tried it in oil and EDP. It smells a tad bit better in oil form, but it's still gorgeous in EDP.

Sweet, bubblegum-y tuberose and white chocolate with a faint powdery veil. Sultry and sensual just as the name implies - more of a fragrance for special occasions, not every day. I do get a hint of the synthetic, plasticky undertone that seems to be common with Solstice Scents, but it doesn't necessarily interfere with the fragrance itself.

Pleasant, one of the best I've tried from Solstice Scents so far. Most of their fragrances smell like candle wax or burning oil, this one doesn't. It doesn't have that thick, sticky, artificial rank that carries with many of them. It's polite, slightly sweet and a bit sensual. Not amazing, but still rather good. A solid 5/10.

Not a huge fan on its own, but it's really great when paired with Black Leather Red Lace, also from Solstice Scents. Probably won't repurchase but will definitely finish the one I have.

Scent is Nightgown, like maybe it should smell like my freshly washed laundry or detergent or even flowers? But not really, it reminds me of burned toast, if you know that smell? It's not called Toast tho, it's about PJ's, but wow! I'm a Super Smeller, as 10% of the population are. This stank up my house for 3 days. Every time I walked in, I thought a ghost was making toast in my kitchen, plus like an air freshener smell. Just bad. I had to burn Nag Champa for days to attempt to get rid of it, always a good smell, but mixed with burned toast, just very bad. Do Not Recommend.

Another reviewer called it gentle and sweet, I agree. I am one who loves "big" fragrances, and while I def love gourmands, usually prefer something a bit more spicy, more complex and even paradoxical, so I'm not sure if I'd buy it or not, but it's very nice. I LOVE gardenia and enjoy tuberose, but they can be too much sometimes, almost a little nauseating, much like orange blossom can. This one is not like that, it's very polite, almost slightly soapy/clean. But mostly yummy. And I do love yummy. If my husband comments favorably, I may rethink an eventual purchase, we'll see, lol. I'm not a fan of white chocolate, but he is, so I'm curious. I do love vanilla, so overall I do like this. A pretty white floral for people who don't like the overly strong type and like gourmands.

Very powdery, sweet bubblegum. My nose for tuberose is skewed because I have a pure tuberose extrait from India I love deeply, and it's nothing like the bubblegum/creamy tuberose in most fragrances. I couldn't really parse out the florals, mostly just got a bland sweetness. Kind of like bubblegum flavored dentistry materials. First of my Solstice Scents sample set I tried and a bummer! Really, really didn't like this.

I think I was one of their first customers. I'm so happy to see them expand. This perfume is very sexy, in a yummy way. Longevity is outstanding. Silage is close to moderate. Quality and composition is great. However if you're looking for a duplicate of Love, Tuberose this isn't it. It's gorgeous. It's a gourmand tuberose. But, it's not Love Tuberose. This one has more depth.

Wow, wow, wow! This is a straight-up tiara and buttery tuberose at the start with almost no sweetness. This phase lasted hours on my skin, but slowly the vanilla and white chocolate unfurled to present a lovely, sweet floral-gourmand. It projects minimally—maybe 12 inches—but it lasts hours. I’m smitten.

A gorgeous, long-lasting, medium sillage perfume that smells of beautiful tiare and white florals. The white chocolate note is soft and adds a delicious warmth. I LOVE THIS ONE and will always have this in my collection. Thank you, Solstice Scents for this lovely lovely favorite fragrance of mine.

46th Oil form: Sweet, creamy, light florals which turn into a nice soapy thing. I was hoping for stronger sultry tropical florals. This was one of SS weaker lasting scents in my opinion, as normally they are strong, but perhaps the oil is a weaker form. It was ok, but I’ll pass. 6/10

Pretty much exactly as the website describes, though my skin amps sweet, so this gets just a touch too sweet on me. Still, it's a smooth, warm, velvety chocolate tuberose combination that pretty much fulfills the promise of it's notes.

First reaction: holy tuberose but it mellows into a really sweet creamy floral. Yah I am very into this profile.
