A Sign Painted Peaches

I received a sample in oil form. By a quick smell of the sample I wasn’t enthralled, but once applied this scent really began to unfold. I don’t own many 🍑 scents, but have always been intrigued with TF’s Sour Peach, the only issue is the patch inevitably resulted in a migraine with every test. Sorce’s take on peaches is divine and truly reminds me of what I love about TFs minus the headache inducing patchouli. The peach is realistic and borders effervescent. The brand’s take on fruit notes has my undivided attention. If you’re looking for linear, shallow, sugary, gourmands then Sorce’s creations won’t scratch that itch. If you enjoy more complex scents, then look no further. This brand is such a breath of fresh air.

This is one of my favorite scents from Sorce hands down. The peach scent is so realistic and beautiful, and it is also one of the most long lasting perfumes ever. I can spray it and still smell it on my skin or clothing days later which is insane. The peach is definitely strong and can lean a bit sickly sweet like some reviewers state, but nowhere near as sweet as something like say, Sticky Dates from Lush. Such a great value for the price, even though it does feel like one you can really only wear during warmer weather. I bought it in the cold season and pray for warm days just so I can wear this perfume!

I am LOVING this. I cannot get enough. When I first got this sample, it was just okay, but I’ve been wearing it everyday for the last week. My only complaint is that it’s the most fleeting Sorce fragrance I own. Sorce’s signature creamy nutty cakey, indescribable base lol, with a tart juicy peach top note. They both stay around the whole time and fade away too quickly lol. I will be buying a full bottle. I don’t understand where the reviews below me are getting wood and acetone. I don’t get that at all. Smells loosely like a peach butter cookie.

This smells like lounging outside in the sunshine, eating a juicy peach over a well-loved book on a breezy spring day. Very peachy throughout the entire wear. She smells like peaches, gentle white florals, and something that leans toward warm paper and old books - almost woody and spicy but... also a little creamy? Must be the vetiver. Either way - she's gorgeous. Peaches, wind, and paper.

Very white floral heavy. The initial spray is flower followed by peach. In the AC this is more subtle and refined floral leading white peach. I personally love it in the hot heat outside. It totally transforms into this juicy warm ripe yellow peach. As the perfume sits, the peach has becomes more noticeable and the dry down is ripe peach and vanilla. It's really really good.

What a lovely peach scent. At the opening, I was a bit turned off because it was pretty strong, but it settled down within minutes and became luscious and sweet. The peach smell stayed through the life of the fragrance and I can't stop smelling my shirt. Beautiful!

definitely a heavy and sweet summer gourmand which i love! i wore it everyday that i was able to this past summer. i can't wait to pull it out again, especially on super hot days where i want to eat sweet peach sorbet on the beach

This isn’t a realistic peach fruit scent, this is more of a peach juice or nectar scent with florals and green notes. Very nice for summer and spring!

Fresh sweet lactonic peach scent. Nothing that I smelled before. Definitely will be buying more in the future.

This perfume smells like August. It’s meant for those who believe summer ends at the end of September. Like there is no rush for fall and its crisp leaves and crisp weather. They appreciate the fullness of the summer for what it is—no more, no less. It’s indulging in and appreciating the seasonal fruit while you still can. The peach is perfectly ripe, like getting the last batch before they get too small, too hard, and mold too fast. The fragrance is sweet and weighted, perfect for the days the sun starts setting a little earlier. It’s a golden hour scent, not particularly day or night. Its only flaw is that it’s so seasonal for me. I feel like I can only wear it until the Fall Equinox. Just like the Summer season, it doesn’t last forever, but I think that makes it more special. I look forward to wearing this scent next year.

Peach cobbler. The peach is definitely cooked, all sharpness gone in a cakey pillow. Super gourmand, super syrupy. I was expecting it to be more fruit-forward than cake-y, so it's not my most favorite, but this is definitely a safe blind-buy for gourmand fans. Based on the comments, the cake-iness may be more or less pronounced based on how your body chemistry works with scents.

I love this fragrance and it is definitely a very realistic peach fragrance. It’s not overly sweet or synthetic in smell. I only wish that it was a little stronger as I tend to go a little nose blind to it. Despite this I still reach for it so often and I recommend it to people frequently.

Ok I was really excited to try this fragrance and honestly it’s pretty good. Not necessarily the dripping peach, floral sweet scent i was imagining but still a good one. It’s more soft and creamy to me and i get a hit of peach, but in a soft way, i would wear this in the late summer

Very lovely juicy sweet peach and a good dose of gardenia . That’s mainly all I get. I like it a lot but it’s a bit simple for me .also lasting power, I’d say maybe get like 3 hours out of where before it’s skin scent almost non existent .Very lovely nonetheless

At first spray, I didn’t really like this because I thought it smelled almost like a little bit of nail polish. However, as it dried down, it got a little bit creamier with maybe a touch of peach. Almost like a peach yogurt on cookies. And now I like it.

a simple, sweet, fruity peach with a touch of florals. this is probably the most realistic peach scent on me - i absolutely love it. would be soooo nice for a day outside in spring and summer.

This is a more powdery peach than a juicy one. The gardenia and vetiver become the star of the show in my opinion. Not quite what I was looking for, but still a pleasant fragrance.

Peaches, slightly green, and sign ink. Rather nice, though faint. I do like it.

This is a beautiful sweet peach fragrance with hits of gardenia and a little vanilla (unfortunately for me I don’t really get the saffron here). It reminds me of summer in the south: magnolia trees blooming, Fredericksburg peaches, dirt roads, sweet tea. If you like peach you’ll love this. Personally I’m not a fan of peach or fruity fragrances in general so I wouldn’t purchase a full size of this but I can appreciate what a great fragrance it is. Sorce as a house does some really masterful gourmands and photorealistic fragrances.

I was really hoping for a genuine juicy peach, and although it's quite nice, the dry-down is so vetiver-heavy with tiny traces of gardenia... the peach just disappears. My skin has a tendency to magnify vetiver, so maybe this just isn't for me. I've had much better luck with other wonderful offerings from Sorce.

it's alright! the peach is nice but i'm not 100% on the gardenia. i can definitely see this scent working for somebody, but i think i'll stick to my sample personally

started out very peachy but then dries down to this spicy floral scent. idk how else to describe its just spicy now 😭

syrupy sweet peach nectar doused on top of candy peach rings in the opening that is sadly quickly taken over by a heady, mature, and stuffy gardenia note. The peachiness here is fun, but man the gardenia is far from pleasant especially when it takes up so much space in the fragrance. The dry down also has a very bitter, herbal, and dry vetiver note that I don't think works for the composition. I don't love the way this house does vetiver in general, but just wish that note along with the gardenia weren't present.

Smelling on a testing strip it’s lovely. Not a syrupy cloying peach, more like smelling a fresh peach skin before you bite it. When I spray it on my skin it morphs from delicious and photorealistic to a waft of burning tires, bad judgements, and a splash of peach schnapps.

This peach isn’t very realistic or juicy. It gets overwhelmed and pushed out all together by the other notes, namely vanilla, slight gardenia and vetiver. Drug store scent. At least it’s light.

this one isn’t for me :/ i get a brief burst of peach at the opening but it very quickly turns into a heady white floral fragrance on my skin...nearly indolic :(

Call me crazy, but if there’s peach in this, it’s hiding behind a curtain of florals, sweetness, and musk. I even detect something a little bit medicinal, but it could just be my nose. I sniffed, I squinted, I wanted to believe, but nope. If my life depended on identifying this as a peach scent, it’s been nice knowing you. That being said, it’s not a bad fragrance at all, just wildly different from what I expected based on the name, notes, and bottle design. I do find quite a few of their other scents to be more on the nose so it’s totally possible that this one in particular just doesn’t jive well with my chemistry. Or, perhaps this was meant to be more of an abstract and artistic interpretation of a peach, instead of a literal rendition of it. Either way, I’ve lost the plot.

I’m in love with these fragrances from this house! They’re so creative. This on is both a natural peach that crosses into a slightly jammy peach with the vanilla. The rest of the fragrance reminds me of my favorite gardenia fragrance Gardenia by M. Micallef. It’s a beautiful fleshy gardenia mixed with salty ambergris and of course that vanilla. There is that pinch of earthy vetiver which I love. But, it’s not heavy on me. My skin dials up certain notes too like Leather or powdery notes so I know what that other reviewer is talking about but thankfully that’s not happening with me here. It’s like M. Micallef but with far, far more juicy peach. This is so pretty and I’m a huge peach fan so, nice work.

I have not smelled this but based on the note profile with prominent peach and gardenia, I’m wondering if perhaps some dupes for this perfume might be Yellow Velvet from Zara as well as Gardenia from Elizabeth Taylor. Although a review did mention it dries down to a strong vetiver, which these 2 aforementioned do not. But I thought I’d throw them out there in case.

IMO, Gardenia and Ambergris do not belong together. This is an overly mushroomy scent, I'm not really a big fan of Gardenia, and find it to be more on the nuttier side, even as a white floral. the peach is straight syrup. Overall, I would say this smells like a peach syrup you'd find in the middle of nowhere in an IHOP. lowk a vibe tho

This smells almost identical to their other fragrance “Venus en Fleurs” except that one is mango heavy and this one is peach. The dry down is similar. It’s really nice and delicious but still a bit strange that it smells so similar to another in their line.

I am in love with this. This was what I wanted TF Bitter Peach to smell like, but Bitter Peach was too medicinal for me. Smells like peach candy with woody, musky undertones. So yummy. Not to mention incredibly better value than any TF fragrance!

This has the same white floral base as Venus is Fleurs, but it's not as interesting. The peach is sheer and warm. There's nothing wrong with this, but it's not as interesting as other scents by this house. Still beautiful 7/10

Simply put, a white floral fruity peach. Saffron adds a little warmth, vetiver brings a touch of woody greeness. I love the drydown.

Am I the only one getting a strong bready note? Smells like Snif's Crumb Couture with peaches!
