The Fairy Queen’s Revenge

A perfume for the fantasy girlies! I was intimidated by this one, but it rocks. And is very wearable, too, even if you aren't a fairy queen threatening to take over the realm. I'd say it's well suited to the peaceful fairies brewing herbal tea in a forest cottage, too. It's ethereal, whimsical, and not as overwhelming as it might sound, based on the notes. It's bright and fruity, leaning in the citrus direction, but also herbal and earthy, and so so interesting. The florals here are so smooth, almost green, and there's an overall airy quality to the perfume that just makes it feel so magical. The blend here is so seamless. Very impressive. Very memorable. I am surprised by how much I enjoy this one (but I shouldn't be, because at this point, I love most of what Sorce creates)

On first spray this is mostly herbal and a green scent. It was initially eh to me but the dry down I can smell more of the floral and amber. The yuzu and apricot are pretty non existent to my nose. This is a good unisex scent. It is not something I feel like I would gravitate towards a lot or want to smell like but at the same time I can't stop smelling the sample I got. I feel like I would imagine a male fairy to smell like this.

Lush forest and fruity scent! This is so whimsical and ethereal, I imagine a little fairy dancing around in the forest. It smells like a pleasant herbal green tree with fruity notes. Lasts very long too

this is such a lush, forest fragrance! i think i like it? i’m not sure i’d wear it. i do get a decent amount of jasmine and i love how sorce uses siam wood, but this isn’t blowing me away and it’s fading pretty quickly. i was reallyyy hoping to get some fig, especially because i couldn’t detect any in serpentine, but alas.. not bad though!
