Hugging

Testing a 1.5ml sample my friend brought me back from China. This is a lovely, pretty white musk. It's intimate & sits close to the skin but longevity is really good for me, I've been getting beautiful whiffs of this all day. This reminds me of Diptyque L'Eau Papier minus the sesame & florals. I really like this & it's full bottle worthy for me. I think it's very reasonably priced.

This is a lovely ambrette/musk scent. It starts off really soft and powdery and dries down to a very comforting skin musk. I don't really get the milk note. Hugging is the perfect name for it because it's so cozy.

Clean musk, like milk spilled on an otherwise clean cotton shirt. Intimate and very cozy. Beautifully simple on its own or great to layer with too.

It sits very close to the skin and fades away quite quickly. It’s incredibly comforting—like wrapping yourself in a cashmere scarf or a soft blanket. This is the kind of fragrance you wear when you’re relaxing at home, enjoying a quiet moment to yourself, or even before bed to drift off to sleep. Its longevity isn’t great, but considering how affordable it is, especially if you buy it in China, it’s hard to complain.

This is definitely better than Hot Cotton by Baruti. Hugging is soft, airy, and milky without any creaminess or butteriness. There’s a hint of soap. A gentle, clean textile‐milk scent that stays pleasant and wearable.
