So Dupont Pour Femme

OMG, I can't believe I am the first one who shares thoughts on this magnificent frag. The sillage is perfect for this kind of scent - a cloud of wonderful flowers surrounds you in intoxicating embrace. Intoxicating in a very dreamy way. After the first sniff I thought this another heavy frag, but after 5 mins, it settles into a lovely flower scent. I want this sweet bottle with a ribbon so bad. This is my personal favourute by S.T. Dupont after Avenue Montaigne.

This is a classy scent. Floral and a little green, fresh and feminine, perfect for spring. The touch of tartness from the blackberry and whisper of sandalwood lifts it into a woman's fragrance (it's not girlish). I do feel is is very well blended. It's the perfect reach for spring as an anytime-anywhere choice. Considering the price point it is a steal, since it does have good lasting power and sillage as others have noted. Lasts for days on clothes.

this smells like every other Avon perfume. Its pretty, girly, good for a night out even. Nothing special

This is a paradoxical perfume for me, in ours Europe it is said like this: perfume water is more intense and more mature than the toilet, so if you are a young girl and your like your mature mother perfume you buy for yourself the toilet because is more young, that's why toilet water was invented, among other things, in this duet type perfume-toilet water on the same fragrance, this was the main idea for this type of commerce, which is no longer worn today because rightly if you want to wear Shalimar at 20, wear it my dear, I do not wear it even at my age, because I never liked this perfume, so what....But yet, in this case the eau de toilette is much more mature and finer than the perfume, I do not know why. From what I understood from an acquaintance who is an executive at Dupont, they wanted a eau de toilette because they had floral perfumes in their portfolio, and the perfumer, who by the way is a high class one, he focused on the eau de toilet and then when Dupont saw how good it smelled, they asked for eau de perfume and the man against time did nothing but pronounce the elements in the toilet formula. So actually the work of art is eau de toilette, but the world that always crowds on the perfume that I quote: the smell lasts longer

I was given this as a present and surprisingly enough it's quite nice. I'm actually Lutens fan and usually wear something sophisticated like Lutens, Roja Dove, Esteban and other niche scents. But this one touched my heart! It's very clean and feminine, yes rather common but still beautifully blended. There are days when I want to take a time-out from complicated smells and just want smth nice and simple to wear and desire, as margarita.angelova has posted previously, be left alone. BTW he sillage is impressing.

This is the most standard floral-fruity smell out there. Yes, it's nice and summery, very juicy and feminine but is so overused that is utterly boring already. It's something to spray on when you don't really care what you're wearing or for one of those days when you just want to blend in and be left alone. The projection and lasting power are very good and it's a safe gift choice especially for younger women.
