S.T. Dupont Rose

I really feel sexy and glamouros wearing it ... it has something soft, sweet and tender ... like a feather of rose petals touching you and your nose. I also like that it lasts, just a single "puff" and for 2 hours it hasn't dissappeared - it's sensual and sexy in that way ... that makes you ask yourself "do I need clothes or is this enough"? I had very good luck choosing it!

Not exactly smell of rose but anyway, it's nice and fresh. The fruity note is not obvious just fresh floral. This scent makes me feel nostalgic, something I've smelled before....umm so beautiful.

I love this one... my 1st Dupont. It was a Xmas gift (summer in South America), and it's perfect for the season. But it's not too persistent on my skin :( I wish it would last longer.

loved it...its unique floral scent makes you feel the beauty, the escence the nature, the meaning ... that's you. Its simple, yet elegant...its just perfect

I tend to like somewhat unique scents but this is a scent that I really like despite it being relatively simple. On me it is totally linear but there is something comforting about its simplicity in my opinion. It is subdued yet has great longevity (of course, on me at least). I generally don't like rose scents (I like using rose water as a toner but I don't personally want to smell like rose, if that makes sense). Nonetheless, even though this is clearly a rose scent, it is soft and not at all "in your face". I feel like people who like rose, would like this (although if you like to douse yourself in it, you might find this fragrance to be lacking) and people like me who are not generally rose fans could like this as well. Wouldn't be my signature scent because I'm not sure there is anything particularly "signature" about it. This might sound bad, which it is not intended to, but I probably wouldn't wear this out. It's just one of those cozy, comforting smells. The thing that comes to mind is me putting this one when I'm home alone, when I get out of the shower, curl up on the couch to read a book and just want to smell like this because it smells good and makes me happy.

What a pleasant surprise. I expected something more flat and more simple as a scent. The flowery accord is well chosen. Definitely rosy musky scent but well supported by lemon, peony and jasmine. It possess lemon freshness with rounded ages so nothing sharp. And slightly sweet musk, pear and orange notes are just bright and sunny. The powdery iris interlaces with this accord adding just something more and making this fragrance interesting. In fact iris gives it something more than just simple flat scent that I expected before spraying. It is not sparkling but bright and comfortable. Great perfume. Perfect scent for summer in Europe. I will update later my review regarding the longevity. P.S. It's rather long lasting (about 6h or so).

S.T. Dupont Rose embodies freshness. Sniffing this makes me think of how one should feel after shower, invigorated. Lemons and roses. After 20 minutes things get personal, creamy. Gives out decent young lady vibes. But we all know that's just her cover...

I tried this perfume today and I really liked it. The first thing I noticed from the top notes was the lemon but it was kinda sweet but fresh at the same time. I liked the middle notes more, which is a creamy rose scent.

What a BEAUTIFUL scent... It's a citrusy, juicy rose scent that is soooo crisp. Very sophisticated. One spritz is enough for me because any more may be too sharp for sensitive office noses ;)

It was my Christmas gift :) It was blind wish... :D I'm happy with it. It's really light and girly. Classy and perfect for the spring. I guess I will buy it in the spring time again :)

I smell ROSES in a lovely rosegarden. A little bit powdery and just wonderful.

Not bad, but too strong. I wish it were subtle. Joyful, rose-violet scent similar to Rock'n Rose by Valentino which I find even more interesting with its "forest" aspect...

It was a blind buy, I don't like it. It's nothing special and it's not a smell of roses. Anyway, it s inoffensive and clean. For office use.

This fragrance reminds me a rose/lemon candy. On me it smells almost like Rumeur 2 Rose. I don't like both of them.

I just received my S.T DUPONT ROSE today whoooooo!!! Hooooo! i had to try it right away :) i am actually in love right now with this one! i can actually smell the lemon at first but when it dries down on my skin it's just a PERFECT ROSES SMELL JUST EXACTLY LIKE WALKING IN ROSES LAND :) & since i'm a **FREAKIE** lover of Rose scents (NOT artificial rose scent, the true thing) i will be thinking adding this on in my favorites ones :) i feel like a **MILIONNAIRE WOMEN** POWERFUL BUT SENSUAL AT THE SAME TIME ... whoooooo! i can't stop smelling my wrist & i'm sure this will last forever on me!! i love that :) NO headhache at first this is a ***MUST** with fragrance. If you truly love the smell of sensual roses... i suggest you this one 4 sure i feel envelope with loooove, warm, sensual scent of real roses, if i was MILIONNAIRE LADY... that's HOW I WILL SMELL hahahaha!! xoxo

I find the Dupont Rose to be a pleasant fruity floral, not too much fruit, nicely balanced, but it's not special enough for me to want a bottle. Also, I would like more prominent rose notes. The fruits and other florals tend to dominate. I must say, however, that Dupont Rose reminds me very much of Repetto EDT, which is twice as expensive and not any better quality than the DuPont. This fragrance would be great for someone who wants a scent with just a touch of rose.

I am in no hurry here... it is a magic, gentle and beautiful, exactly what I want at the moment! in a while, Rose by ST Dupont tells me even mmmore, I only know myself. it is delicate........ I like it a lot! :)

I totally agree with Mimette11, it's nothing special plus it has no longevity at all, i adore rosy fragrances but this one doesnt smell of roses. It was blindbuy and i regret to have it.

It's a mild rose fragrance, a bit creamy and very suitable for hot weather and sports/office wear. Reminds me of that special type of roses "Taif roses" cultivated in Saudi Arabia.

i cant smell rose scent as i smelled on my bvlgary rose essential..kinda dissapoint bought it.. maybe it doesnt suit with my body chemistry

Lovely perfume, but not strong enough really for me, however light for daytime and springtime.

i will never get over this perfume,i wish i can smell it one more time
