Natural Elegance

Oooohhh...I love this one as well! The apricot, osmanthus and jasmine go well together. On my skin it is kind of powdery and mysterious. I could see how this could totally go wrong with the incorrect body chemistry. Hormones are so fascinating, aren't they? Yes, the drydown quickly comes in like a supporting backbone, keeping it from floating away on a cloud of oversweetness. It has good balance. I would only recommend this is your body chemistry does well with sweet scents. I am not sure which season this is better geared for. The fruity sweetness is a bit heavy, so I could almost see this as being better for cold weather, to remind you of pollen and the warm sun. I would say it really could go either way or all ways, depending on your tastes.

This is my first fragrantica review and the State of Mind discovery set was one of the first ones I ordered to get more into perfumes. Natural Elegance and Aesthetic Turbulence stand out to me the most out of their line. Natural Elegance to me personally smells so nostalgic. When I was a child, we had one street in our hometown that was lined with acacia trees. And Natural Elegance smells exactly like that entire street when the trees would bloom in the summer (even though it doesn't have any acacia notes in it). Seriously considering buying a whole bottle and making it my signature scent. Update: Bought a full bottle. I can't get enough of this scent. I don't see a way this one will be dethroned as my signature scent anytime soon.

I love this fresh, elegant scent. Nothing that stands out and a safe purchase if you want to smell good at the office

Testing blind, I had to come back to this one for a second and almost third wearing before gathering my thoughts. It does open more floral, and this opening feels leaning feminine, but it becomes more aromatic with more neutral earthiness, and remains there most of the day, with moderate projection and great longevity. For me, it still hung around as a skin scent at 12+ hrs. Making it an ok to great value depending on your liking of the fragrance itself. Looking at the notes, while the apricot and florals are apparent in the opening, giving it that initial feminine lean, the oakmoss, tea, and ambroxan (with the florals taking less presence) is what I got. I asked opinions in the middle of the day if it was more feminine or masculine, and nobody could really discern either way. So far it's one of my favorites from this house, and one of the few that lasted 6+ hours. If you want the feminine side apply it immediately before your outing, it you want the more neutral, don't go anywhere for the first hour. Or something like that. My take: a fresh and floral aromatic that becomes more enduring as the day goes on.

The oakmoss and patchouli drydown gives it a grounded, nostalgic feel. Think crisp white shirt, warm breeze, and walking under blooming trees. Elegant, but not loud. A perfect scent for office days or calm weekends. Safe, but not boring—just... naturally put-together.

Apricot, tea, jasmine, oakmoss, and an earthy patchouli. Very well blended - as a good chypre should be. I get a sweaty cumin note that I happen to like, but that's a heads up if your skin tends to find and amplify those types of notes.

Subtly brisk tea accords blend with fruity sweetness to create a calm, elegant composition. The initial moderate sillage soon settles into a skin scent. Easy to wear, a clean, feminine fragrance—elegant without ostentation.

Versatile and chique scent. Some days I love it, some days it's really intens on the nose. But when it's a good day, I feel instantly revived as I spray it after work. Still not really worth it's high price tag.

Give this one a chance to drydown. This is a beautiful, beautiful blend. I love tea, but somehow tea perfumes never work on me, they're always just that little bit too artificial, or too masculine, or too clean, or just overpowered by other ingredients.. But this. is truly Natural Elegance atomized in a bottle. The key notes on me I feel are tea, jasmine, and apricot. That said, i tend to amplify sweet-floral notes, I'm sure on a guy the oakmoss & patch will be much more forward! Herbal, floral, and not-sweet fruit. The flavours are so simple, they've been done a thousand time over (CD's jasmin des anges, MM's matcha meditation etc). Also jasmine as a note is so terribly insidious, that when i see it listed in a perfume it's an automatic turn off. But!!!!! here!!! it's just this magical herbal, mellow jasmine. Nothing obnoxious like jasmine is so notorious for. jasmine haters, give this a try!! Karine is my favourite parfumeur in all this earth. i first found her from L'occitane's Rosé et Reines when i was just 15 and newly into perfumes. It had this masterful magical perfectly proportioned blend, that I've never seen done half as well until I found State of Mind.

I believe this is near chypre but not optimally chypre! Apricots, jasmines, osmanthus, and oakmoss. Its sour with a chypre feels, jasmines apricots on an osmanthus mix to be specific. Very captivating.

It is a beautiful, mature floral fragrance, but there is certainly a mustiness that comes through. A pretty dress that's been worn one too many times.

Unfortunately I only smelled sweat :( Like, a sweet perfume, but sprayed on someone who was already smelling. Sad how it didn't work with my skin

From what I remember, the notes are not well represented aside from the osmanthus; it smells like some kind of fruity musky orchid fragrance.

Apricot doesnt know whats it work in this perfume , its nice honestly , but apricot is confused
