Secret of Success

This is a good scent, Reminds me of the fizziness of Tonka Cola. Given its lack of heft, it should be a good all year fragrance. The cinnamon is very smooth, with a sweet facet to it. Probably the sweetness is coming from the mix of cardamom, Vanilla and Cinnamon. There are better scents out there for this price point I feel. Definitely not unique for me. I give it a 6/10 overall for not being "niche" enough, as opposed to how it is advertised.

I have not tested all fragrances from the line, but this is by far my favorite so far! A really interesting scent that changes from a fresh citrus scent to a warm cinnamon and vanilla fragrance. Very suitable for fall/winter. I also tested Spontaneous Generosity, Butterfly Mind and Natural Elegance and this is the only one that I would consider unisex, although still leaning a bit feminine. The others are very feminine.

Another really fascinating perfume from State of Mind!!! On my skin, I smell Fruity tea at first. Not at all what I would have expected, considering the notes and what the other reviewers said. I also like the Vanilla and oud dry down. I find this one fun and very wearable, kind of an all occasion one.

This is perhaps my favorite in the collection—amazingly delicious & complex cinnamon scent; the middle/base is very similar to Ambre Narguile, but the strong citrus in the beginning sets it apart and a metallic tang lingers into the dry-down.

Warm, cinnamonny, rosemarish, cardamomy with a hint of cherry! :) Nice, I don't get the negative reviews on this! Waiting for the winter / fall season to let it develop deeper! :)

The concept is totally innovative. It is possible to buy the fragrance and the tea and to taste both.

love the first notes, citrusy-warm with a touch of green, the grapefruit/cinnamon combo smells tingly and fizzy here, exciting, like a more refined version of pop rock candy ; then the sweetness in the middle also feels warm and lovely, well balanced, herbal. it's the base notes i am a bit underwhelmed by ; pretty quickly it turns into a more average sweet/woody combo that lacks the complexity or interesting aspect, or the depth and richness i would have wanted to smell here. got this one in a sample subscription and i am really enjoying it, would buy it in a heartbeat if it was cheaper but unfortunately i don't think it really earns its price for something that turns average after barely 5 min.

To me it's surprisingly fruity. I really get a lot of citrus, almost lemonade-y. Lemonade and cinnamon tea. It lasts forever on me, and it's right on the cusp of like and love. Intriguing but surprisingly all-occasion scent.

Unique combination of tea, citruses and cinnamon, but too headache-inducing for me. Test on skin before you buy.

Testing this blind I get a very mild spicy aromatic. At times it's a little holiday-ish, at others a little root beer-ish. I get what I think it a little skunky oud as well. My feeling throughout the day is it just doesn't have a distinct enough character. It mature-ish, but could use a bit more umph! It's a hint spicy but can use more heat. It's a little aromatic, but not capturing the imagination. Looking at the notes now you can tell which notes stand out and which may add to its difficulty of personality identity. Not saying it's bad, it's just not very interesting for the price point. It's like a high end safe Avon unisex office fragrance, for cool weather.

Herbal cinnamon. Citrus rosemary on a cinnamon plate. This is whiffing between sourness, sweet powdery, and herbal. Quite amusing way of how they used cinnamon with sour rosemary. The vanilla cardamom is making an incredible scene joining this mix. Do not sniff this one while sniffing their other blends, this will ruin the pleasure of enjoying this because it's quite weird and an unusual mix of notes. This is quite addictive when it comes to new note mox idea. Excellent.

I love the mix of Cinnamon, Cardamom, Grape and Tea. Unisex, fresh, but not typical citrusfresh. Maybe not a scent for summer but sure for fall/winter-time. Good projection and longlived on my skin.

Wow, they didn't skimp on the cinnamon. And there's nothing else to say. It does give impression of coke, and after a few hours it turns into vanilla.

Very nice scent...like very very nice. However pretty hard to come by, and also after a couple of hours it becomes skin scent

Apple pie with cinnamon and lemon zest. Pleasant,but there are many other variations of this.

Very fresh and at the same time cozy smell, perfect for warming hearts in the cold season.
