actually i really like this one. the first note has some orange which makes it more fresh, then after few minutes it turned into the original stella. but it's definite a little bit warmer than the original one, maybe because you can feel the honey tones in the end? i really love this. but it's also the down point that it vanished so quickly

Stella Velvet is like a shot of Stella. Potent. It's potent. The only down side... in the process of cultivating this intensity, the sweet effervescence of the original becomes muddled, but I love this scent none the less. Less adorable, but far more intriguing. This scent is the first of hers to hit you like a ton of bricks, still needs a little tweaking however.

I couldn't resist myself buying this. I own the regular Stella, Rose absolute, Stella in two Amber and Stella Sheer 2007 and 2008 but I just had to have this too...The bottle is just perfect and georgeous!
