Lufu

Sweet tangy smokey party... I remember i have sniffed "lufu" long time back when i was in harrods, and loved it but i didn't remember till i tried it now. "Lufu" is sweet tangy with doses of smoke, incense, violets, & dates. The sweetness is sticky and what is lightens up the sweetness is narcissus, and the violets. Lufu is a loud fragrance that you could resemble it as a party. Beautiful but bit over sweet and over loud maybe! Edit (after 30 minutes in) Wow... this blend changed! now it's very violets and incredibly less cloying! the blend is mesmerizing and i think i have sniffed both of them back then. BEAUTIFUL.

I felt a little let down by this one, after loving Mortal skin, Wish come true, Rose de Petra I expected so much more from this creation. It’s not a bad fragrance at all just nothing ground breaking for the price. It reminds me of Hermes Le’Marveilles Ambre a little but funnily enough I prefer the latter. I feel like vanilla dominates this scent on my skin, I blind bought it as it’s a Harrods exclusive and couldn’t test before purchasing, I will give it more of a wearing as I very much enjoy this gentleman’s creations usually.
