Une Nuit a Doha

I could to get a bottle of this perfume at a good price through a perfume sales website and I noticed a very big difference between the opening and the drying, which in itself is positive since it indicates that it is a perfume that evolves a lot. I love the exit, it is sweet but without being cloying. As oscarsh86 say the dried touch of inmortwlle is very noticeable, but sweetened with a fruity touch. I find it a very original scent and it is unlike anything I have ever smelled before. The drying, however, although I like it, reminds me too much of a perfume that I already have in my collection: arabie by serge lutebs. And it is that although most of the notes do not coincide, they have a very very similar drying. The performance is moderate. Lasts long but projects very moderately. I see it more for daily use on not very hot days and it seems totally unisex to me. Scent: 8 Longevity: 8 Projection: 6 Quality / price: 5 Versatility: 7 Originality: 7 Global: 8

Among the many gems that Stephane Humbert Lucas has created this is one that clearly needs more love. Looking at the AI generated votes, there are less than 10 total for virtually every category. Among the comments there are a fair number who are not fans or in the meh category. I am not sure why. The wonderful mandarin opening is soon joined by tobacco, immortelle, fennel and a bit after vanilla. Altogether it is nearly unique mix that forms a whole that is smooth, opulent and represents an effort to mix French luxury with a bit of Middle Eastern flair. There are not many fragrances that can pull this off, but this one does. Iit has moderate silage and good to strong longevity. It's unisex and can be worn year round. If you want to treat yourself to a wonderful fragrance that will make. you stand out then this should be one you want to try.

Un Nuit a Doha is the SOTD to overcome the Monday Feeling by transporting you from a gloomy overcast London to sunny Doha City in Qatar! The quality is evident to see by just looking and holding the glamorous bottle. The scent genuinely conveys the atmosphere of walking around Pearl Qatar or, to be more exact, strolling through Souq Waqif traditional market in Doha! It is the scent of a middle-eastern traditional cafe with the smell of hookah, some that have just been lit whilst others are puffing out smog, and some cigarette smoke as well. No other fragrance could be more truthful in the attempt to portray that atmosphere! A work of art by a creative artist, 10/10

Wow! Smooth/Refined/Well crafted and modern is what this tobacco scent is. And no, it's not a clone of the overrated Tobacco Vanille. This easily stands on it's own. This is spicy and sweet but more of a dry tobacco scent. It's focused more on the vanilla and immortelle with tobacco being the 2nd or maybe 3rd most important note. Sillage is moderate. I have had it on for 6 hours with it not becoming a skin scent until after 4 hours. This and Le Quatrieme Parfum Coolife are 2 that you should sample while on the hunt for a great tobacco scent!

Nice perfume,amazing start with crystallized mandarin orange notes in the background the fennel. This fragrance is very pleasant, but also a spicy little gourmand. I like the central part with tobacco and Immortelle where the fragrance has a metamorphosis becoming dusty little remaining sweet. I 'a contrast between the notes without one prevails the other.... I like this perfume,may want to try because it is very beautiful and charismatic!! Sillage: 7.5/10 Longevity: 8.5/10 Scent: 9./10 Overall: 9./10

Je l'ai appliquée à 1 h de l'après-midi sur ma main avec un spray. À 8 h du soir j'étais encore capable de le sentir. Je dirais qu'il dure un bon 7 h. La mandarine, l’immortelle, le tabac et la vanille sont vraiment des notes qui vont former le sillage et que vous allez ressentir le plus. Très bon parfum et très satisfait de mon achat. Une vraie œuvre d'art de Stéphane Humbert Lucas.

Fraghead under is me is on point, its unusual, sweet, and unique. its Honeyed tobacco but nothing close to Naxos or Tobacco vanille. it goes in a very different direction, herbal. you wont experience nothing similar to it. its also slightly sparkly, i think its the orange and ginger. wore it on/off thruout the year and i love it

This fragrance is a lovely gem. Une Nuit a Doha is a gourmand that combines immortelle with sweet vanilla, spice and citrus. I can also smell some tobacco. It is very well blended and not offensive at all. Some gourmands tend to be a bit strong or sweet, sweet, sweet, not this fragrance. Longevity is very good 10-12 hrs.

Beautiful fragrance I love this alot but the mid is abit disappointing This is an airy type of fragrance but lasts hella long, on my skin (14 hour) Scent: initial 9/10, mid (after 4hour) 5/10, drydown 7/10 Sillage: 6/10 Projection: 7/10 Longevity: 10/10

An underrated gem that needs more exposure! This is a nice tobacco-vanilla scent, sweet but not overly so! Doesn’t, in any way, smell like Tobacco Vanille.. Unique on its own!

Smells very weird, I like it a lot

Oh, something about this bugs me. Not the fragrance itself, but what it reminds me of. I scrolled through the "reminds me of" section, desperate for assistance but the only ones I found that it might be are Arabie, or Sculpture and its more than likely the latter as (if memory serves correct) this is nothing like Arabie. The scent itself unravels quite well I must say. At first, I'm not entirely on board but then later it wins me over with that vetiver and immortelle. The tobacco and fennel are also there as well, but not as prominently. I actually don't know if I'd buy this but I might buy another sample as its quite unusual... but not so unusual that it reminds me of something else. I'm bugged again. Honestly, I think my experience with this might be marred by my own inability to place it. Fantastic scent, interesting composition. Not sexy, but definitely date-worthy. I'd say give it a go if you like immortelle.

Very pleasant and well blended perfume. There's the aromatic sweetness of dried fruits, some milky note and I get a tad of licorice, all combined in a warm and powdery fragrance. Think of a warmer and more subtle and adult version of Herve Leger, that's Une Nuit a Doha. Longevity is very good and there is some sillage all the time. You don't need much of it to get noticed but it never get's annoying. It has an oriental vibe, but isn't really serious about that. Like they were thinking "Hey let's play safe and not get too exotic" More like a nice bodylotion. That's my problem with the fragrance - if I had loads of money to spend I'd certainly get a bottle because it's such a nice feelgood scent. But since I'm not rich a fragrance in that price range has to impress me a bit more to make me buy it. For now my 5ml decant must do for a while.

A breathtakingly beautiful modern Oriental creation around a note of beautiful crystallized Mandarin, which is enhanced by addition of lovely sweet and spicy notes such as fennel, ginger,immortelle, tobacco, vanilla and vetiver. Bright and happy, this is a juice that makes me instantly happy when I wear it. It is glowing and radiant with moderate to strong sillage and projection. Beautifully blended, this is a master Oriental perfumer at work. Dries down from the beautiful citrusy fennel opening to a nice powdery vanilla vetiver. Unisex, although leaning slightly on the feminine side. Magnifique!

I get strong fennel in the opening with a bit of ginger and tobacco. Immortelle is a key player throughout the life of the fragrance and the far drydown is sweet and maple syrupy. I think it's a well done tobacco fragrance which distinguishes itself from the plethora of others with the use of gourmand notes of ginger, fennel, and orange. Shares similarities to Annick Goutal's Stables but I have to revisit that one for comparison. If it weren't so pricey, I'd consider it for a cool weather scent.

I love the opening when I can smell the syrupy tonic of ginger, mandarin and fennel. Kind of a weird scent to be attracted to. I'm less impressed by the drydown when the top notes fade into an airy accord that doesn't blow me away. The only special note in the mid/base is immortel and It's not strong enough to boost the fragrance. - Personally I would go for Issara over this any day of the week. They are different fragrances with the same vibe.

I had high expectations for Une Nuit a Doha, anticipating a lush blend of immortelle, tobacco, and vanilla. Unfortunately, it failed to deliver. The tobacco feels thin, and the immortelle—which usually thrills me with its herbal complexity—is strangely dull here. Most disappointing is the performance; for a profile that should radiate a stunning scent bubble, it remains a faint skin scent. While perfectly unisex, it simply can’t compete with the superior tobacco and immortelle offerings already on the market. This one is just okay for me. 20 minutes later and it's just immortelle.
