Steve McQueen Legend

Stunner! Compared to Mythic this is more fresh and easy going while still carrying a solid woody background. The main theme however is clementine & musk and less the lavender (at least to me). The orangey aspect comes close to Varvatos Artisan but is more interesting here because of the musky interplay. Springtime comes into my mind. Very sophisticated scent ands extremely relaxing. Longevity, sillage and projection are awesome! Spot on eau de parfum again from Steve McQueen!!!

I just received a new bottle of this yesterday and am currently wearing it as I type this... I already own Mythic and King Of Cool from the Steve Mcqueen line and I must say that upon initial spray this one ( Legend ) reminded me quite a bit of King Of Cool... The citrusy aspect is very similar to the point that I initially thought they were the same fragrance... However, I was wrong.. Although the two ARE similar, the orangey aspect of Legend is much lighter and woodier in the dry down as opposed to KOC where the citrus is much more prominent and "thicker" throughout... The reviewer here of King of Cool was spot on in his description of said fragrance... The citrus of Gojo hand cleaner mixed with other sports car / mechanical scents is spot on and certainly evokes images of Mcqueen, the man himself... Overall, Legend is a great fragrance that works day or night in warm or cool weather.
