Fair Verona

Starts off with heavily indolic jasmine. The jasmine calms down within the first hour (although I detect it throughout the 6-8 hours of wear) to an incredible, very realistic rich white floral. Then the powdery mimosa and creamy, incensey sandalwood warm up, both bringing a little green/stemmy character into the mix while also grounding it. The cardamom and grapefruit are both there as well, giving the barest hint of spiced citrus. One of my favorites! I agree with another reviewer - this is a masterpiece. As with all SIP fragrances, projection is low - I happen to like this but something to be aware of if you prefer high projection perfumes.

This is spectacular and one of the best representations of true jasmine in perfumery. Seriously a masterpiece. It opens with a blood orange sweet citrus that opens into lush narcotic true white florals. Super indolic jasmine (and mimosa) makes you think you are in Italy.

For the first several minutes I smell a very natural jasmine, walls covered in the creeping plant. But it too soon settles into more of an orange blossom and honey/resin type of scent. It still smells great, but I love that gorgeous jasmine so much and wish there was more of it. I think it projects ok, but it's a soft perfume. For a natural perfume, I think the orange blossom and honey/amber is really nice.

The jasmine is decidedly screechy for a few minutes but once it settles down, and all of the other elements warm up, the fragrance becomes a very lovely skin-scent.

If you want a better version of this perfume that is all natural, try Gather Perfumes Secret. Gather's Secret pull off this type of scent better w/ much longer longevity. This is so weak; it is gone in less than 10 minutes. Edit: 1/3/22 I had a sample of this left from my sample kit, this was the only fragrance I liked, the rest of the samples from this brand I gave away. I still don't think this is worth the asking price but since I have a sample to wear and need to burn through some of my samples, I'm wearing it tonight and tomorrow. I've learned new tricks to keep naturals around longer, wear unscented lotion.

I admit to being new to perfumes so, please take this with a grain of salt. I was so excited for this perfume! Grapufruit?! Jasmine?! Yum! I love both of those things in real life. One spritz of this left me gagging over noxious old granny cheap generic faux french rose scented bar soap. Not for me. I actually threw it away.
