Cherry Amaretto

As a gourmand lover, this is a must-have for me!! This is such a sweet, juicy cherry and fruity delicious perfume!! I get sweet cherry with other fruits, praline, vanilla, and the cinnamon is there but it just grounds the fragrance. It's not heavy but it's pretty sweet so I am going to wear this more in the cooler months and when I know I'll be inside in the a/c all day. I highly recommend if you like Cocoapink's and Kyse's gourmands because this one is straight gourmand through and through! So good!!

HOLY!! this is faaantastic. i was critical of this house after trying out some of their perfumes especially with their quality but this is incredible!!!! a boozy non-medicinal light airy actual fruity cherry not syrupy either, the rest of the notes are blended in so well i can't really pick anything that sticks out hands down THE best cherry fragrance i've ever smelt and i don't really like fruity and especially cherry fragrances but this is amazing. straight to the wishlist

A very very nice boozy cherry scent. The opening is a burst of this nice, warm, welcoming cherry that immediately reminded me of a pure cherry extract drink, which then dried down to a nice cherry vanilla liqueur without the alcohol. Even though this leans a bit feminine, the moment I smelt it I had to get a bottle of it, and the presentation while minimalist it’s captivating, and I’m not regretting it as a man

I expected to find this too sweet based on the notes but actually it was more creamy and rich. Probably the most conventional SP I've tried and the longevity wasn't quite up to their others either but I'm definitely a fan.

I find that it's hard to find sweet, mature going-out smells but this is it. It smells like a musky maraschino cherry and it is absolutely lovely but as an older teenager, this is not for me haha

This might just be how it reacted with my skin, but I had to basically shove my nose into my arm to smell the cherry itself, even from the first spray. The cinnamon and almond can be smelt from a distance and stick around a good while, but I had none of the sickly sweet cherry everyone else talks of in the reviews below. I was actually pretty surprised to come on here and see that a good chunk of the reviews mention as such. The cherry is definitely the maraschino, sweetened kind, but it's not overstated and it's very hard to smell unless you're sniffing directly off your skin (for me, at least). It lasted well into the day and almost into the evening for me. I'm not a huge gourmand fan, but it smelled really great and I'd more than recommend it for folks that dig smelling like a bakery or a nice glass of amaretto. I guess just don't blind buy this fragrance- get a sample to see which way the cherry skews for you first.

Sampling Strangers Parfumerie Cherry Amaretto, fittingly boozy and syrupy with a healthy dose of cherry, the other key notes being amaretto and brandy. I think that it’s a pleasant, classy gourmand that’s definitely better than a cheaper attempt (i.e. Banana Republic Dark Cherry & Amber) but still not as excellent as some of the house’s other creations that I love (i.e. Burning Ben, Caffeine Honey, Cigar Rum). It’s unsurprisingly a bit sharper and brighter in the opening, while subtler and smoother in the dry down, but very nice throughout. It has some spices and sharpness but nothing too offensive to overshadow the fruity, syrupy center. As with most of the line, concentration is EDP and pricing is $90 for 30ml, sold at US boutiques like Luckyscent. I think the value is very good for its quality, and it performs well. 7 out of 10

every time i smell ts (this scent) i am reminded of why i bought it. gawd damn its so good. cherry, maraschino cherry, cinnamon, amaretto, wine, white chocolate, and praline is what i pick up here. but its blended so seamlessly, so effortlessly. prolly the best cherry fragrance i've smelled, it actually smells like them and not medicinal. 9/10

boozy, nutty, tobacco-y syrupy cherry. So kitschy, yet so much depth -- can't see myself wearing, but would def recommend for the cherry lovers. It's like a cherry syrup scent for someone in a dimly lit cigar bar in a film noir.

Initial spray is photorealistic cherry, once it dries it reveals the almonds and softens more towards almonds than cherry, with a low-key incense note.

I always get baby powder notes in cherry fragrances and this is no different (esp in dry down), but I enjoyed my sample.

really nice candied cherry and vanilla vibe i definitely get the red wine note this is a great boozy and sweet scent.

What am I, 13? Sweet and funky, testing blind I'm getting almost a light fruit punch and grape Jolly Rancher vibe in the opening, like making out shortly after sucking on those hard sugar candies. Okay, maybe not quite that. So, let me rephrase, you remember, making out with that pink goth? Yeah, it really is something like that! Unfortunately the making out session ends and we leave the world of teenage exploration to middle-age lounging, finding ourselves in a sweet and musky den-like bar, a bit dry, but comfortable and confident enough to sit alone, snacking on almonds. So maybe the opening was more fun, but oh well, this is where we landed later in life. Somewhere in-between though, there's quite a nice moment, not too sweet, and yet viscously delicious, and scrumptiously fruity. While not quite a threesome, its seemingly three different fragrance personalities from young cloying sweetness to playful 20s, to a liquor almond maturity. Looking at the notes now, clearly most are very present. While the initial sweetness is all grenadine and fruit, the later is tonka bean and almond. While I prefer the middle, where the liquor and balance is prime, it's waning. Overall, it's quite a trip from beginning to end, which while unstable is at least as entertaining as coming into adulthood.

I find that every Cherry scent I have tried has heliotrope in it. I dont mind heliotrope and I think its what helps cherry lose that cough syrup smell but it adds a Powdery almost nauseating scent. This cherry in particular reminds me of almost every dupe of TF Lost Cherry that I've tried though it is by far more similar to the original. I unfortunately wanted more of the maraschino to shine through and give me a spicy juicy sweetness but again it just leans to Powdery and ambery for me. The other notes listed also dont seem to show up, no white chocolate, no strawberry, no red wine. Not bad just not what I was looking forward to.

Cherry Amaretto goes about this supposedly boozey cherry scent with the bumbling sweetness of a Cherry Dum Dum. Maybe even a soda or punch, but it's not really deep. It's like the blushing light-weight in a mini dress that somehow ends up bare foot on the walk home, and not the leather clad figure nursing a whiskey. Plus cherry scents usually last too well, and this is like a whisper after an hour.

It sounded delicious with the name and the notes. I blind bought. After wearing several times, feel like it is just OK. The cherry is there, the almond is mild, the sweetness is mild, cinnamon and red wine seem to be more prominent, and then 1 hr tops - it is almost barely there and ....a skin scent. If you are considering this - sample first.

Sweet-Vanilla-Cherry with booze in the background which appears to be a part of the cherry trend that has become so popular over these last few years. Unfortunately, this is not a stand out.

Guess I'm the odd one out, wasn't a fan. Very light, didn't really seem like it lasted.

Holiday candle chased with cough syrup.

Well color me surprised, I actually liked the opening. However, between the boozy maraschino, there is something slightly off that makes me feel a bit nauseous. Something rather high pitched giving cleaning products sit in the background. If this is my reaction to the dabber, I doubt sprays from a FB will fare any better. This also reminds me of a candle, it has a very caramel apple candle Yankee candle feel to it. I think my culprit is praline, or maybe I just need a scapegoat here. I can try again in winter, I guess. Update: this incensy candle quality just keeps increasing as time goes on. It’s becoming intolerable with that astringent artificial hospital scent, definitely not for me after all. The wet application was probably the best, all downhill from there.

This is a really strange scent. It opens on me bitter and medicinal and pretty much stays that way throughout the mid and dry down phase. I get nothing sweet at all in this, and with all those notes I should be smelling *something different in the mid and dry down but alas this stinky bitter medicinal smell has over powered the entire perfume.

Smells exactly like potpourri; I feel like I walked into an 'off-price' department store and got stuck in the home fragrance section. Not very pleasant, NOT a safe blind buy. The cherry tends toward real cherry rather than marachino, I get a woody/nutty/cinnamon background with a slightly powdery note. Smells cheap and disappointing.

In the sample vial, this smells just like a cherry lollipop from the bank. Not exactly sophisticated, but appealing nonetheless. Unfortunately once it touched my skin it all but disappears. All that remains is a slightly sweet base note with a candle quality. Not impressed with this line so far; remind me of some Etsy indies.

Sample~opening is really nice..after this seems like if someone spilled a little soda into a jar of cold cherry lotion? Gone after 2 hrs& then skin scent. Not for me,fun to try tho,not what I expected,appreciate the creativity in this.

Very cherry and medicinal, like cherry flavored gummies in Dr Pepper. You get exactly what you ask for, but it was a bit too cloying for me.

On the skin this smells like Cherry potpourri... Definitely test on the skin!

Cherry candy and lots of brown liquor mixed with cocktail syrup and hard candies dropped in. Little medicinal in the opening. The drink aspect reminds me of Bohoboco Wet Cherry Liquor but that one has more of a vodka thing going on. I can also get the little similarities to Angels Share because of the sweet liquor and the apple-cinnamon I pick up randomly. Cherry Amaretto more-so smells similar to Simone Andreoli Vicebomb and they both have a medicinal opening, this one being more and louder. Except Vicebomb smells more like it has a base of fun cherry icy with caramel. None are similar to TF Lost Cherry as I personally don’t get booze in TF at all; it’s more nutty giving cozy fall vibes, more intimate sexy. The ones I mentioned earlier and Cherry Amaretto are more outgoing sexy, playful, and ones I would have to wear out at night.

Wasn't a fan of this, Cherry was basically non existent on my skin. I got more cinnamon and almond. the amaretto is nice, pretty realistic. The main problem with this perfume is the longevity, i got around 2-3 hours. It's not just me going nose blind either, after shoving my arm in my wife's nose she couldn't smell it either. I found a better alternative - Mystiq Parfums - Apple Ambrosia : Amaretto, Apple pie with cranberry and raspberry. Dries down to a beautiful sweet creamy amaretto with fruits in the background. Oh, and its only £50.

At the beginning I loved it, but once the Ameretto died away, it wasn’t my cup of tea. After about 45 minutes the cherry takes over and I get Lost Cherry vibes. I feel that way about most of the cherry scents I’ve tried. This died down to cherry and Angels’ Share. I didn’t mind it, but seeing that I have Angels’ Share already, I wouldn’t buy this

Cherry Amaretto, it's fruity cherry with medicinal undertone. Like if cherry candy was left in a dentist office for ... months and now I'm eating it for some reason - that would be the smell.

Grumpa. I get the cherry angels share too!! And the fall the fall candle! This one is very different, i think I'll hold on to my samples and revisit in the cool of fall☺️

this is pretty much just kilian’s angel share if they came out with a cherry flanker. sweet from the cherry, soft spice from the cinnamon and boozy. not medicinal at all

A delicious boozy cherry. Dry down gives off candle vibes a bit but if you love cherry you will love this. Not edgy but girly cherry.

Probably the most realistic cherry scent I've sampled! Love this brand and perfumer just wish it lasted a bit longer.
