Fleur De Lune

Fleur De Lune Strangers Parfumerie (Store test, skin test, Rebellion). Fleur de Lune is floral scent, the bouquet one. It is a bit hard to determine any certain floral note. But the mixture of the scent is very sweet and beautiful floral note. It's never stop, it going sweeter and sweeter somehow. strange by beautiful. It ends with kind of powdery woody. I test this along with A Sorta Fairytale, somehow I think the blending style is borrowed from each other, I am not sure. it is quite similar to my nose. But this one doesn't have any green element to it. Somehow, I recall "Sweet Honesty by AVON" I sniff from early 200x. It kind of there but more body, beautifuler blend, magically done. 9/10, to sniff again when my mood shift to floral dominant fragrance.

Wearing this is basically like holding a flower bouquet in the opening then it slams you with punch of sweetness probably that’s the vanilla afterwards it calms into warm powdery kiss. I find the vanilla is disturbing the peace of the florals and the powder.

I just received my sample from lucky scent so i haven't given this a full wear test. So far I like it! Its a slightly sweet floral, with a touch of spice. I also find it a bit powdery . Very pleasant and pretty.

Strangers Parfumerie Fleur de Lune is a sharp and bright white floral, many white florals, with touches of vanilla, peach, cotton, and woods around the periphery. Mostly, though, it’ s a blend that includes a long list of white floral notes. So I think that fans of white florals may find this indispensable, at bare minimum very much worth sampling, but to me, it’s a bit heady and sharp and ever so slightly misses the mark of the more agreeable yellow floral blend that I tried yesterday, A Sorta Fairytale in Hyde Park. Still, Fleur de Lune covers different territory and adds further diversity to the house. Fleur de Lune has EDP concentration and is sold via Luckyscent for $80 for 30ml. 6 out of 10

This smells very vintage. I'm smelling mothballs and powder. Lots of florals and a touch of vanilla. I usually love florals blended with vanilla but this one is too vintage feeling for me. -

Very floral, and sickeningly sweet. It's an older woman scent, ya'know? A 35 yr old English teacher type of scent. One that'll aggressively spank you, yet still every so often, caress your face in a comforting manner.

I am going to do the thing I hate and be a total hypocrite, but Fleur de Lune from Strangers Parfumerie is totally a "grandma perfume". However! I mean that in a very particular and very personal way. This is *my* grandma. But not when I was older and I could recognize and appreciate her heavy-handed love of Estee Lauder's Youth Dew or Elizabeth Arden's Red Door; this is my grandmother when I was 4 years old, before I realized perfumes even had names. I only knew that I loved the scent of her hair when she came to visit and I would fling myself into her arms and bury my face in her shoulder. Fleur de Lune is a sort of sneezy retro violet talcum powder, clean laundry dried on the line outdoors in the spring sunlight, and a sort of milky, creamy floral, like a vanilla and honeysuckle pudding. I don't know if I love this scent, but how could I not be fond of it, with all of these lovely associations?

A nice spring/summery floral with notes well balanced and not overpowering. I did not smell some of the listed fragrances, but likely due to my 'newbie' nose not the perfume. This is a little too powerful for close office work, but would be great for running errands, casual lunches; as dry down would wear out for an evening.

I liked it on the initial spray. Very soft and feminine but once the dry down hits, it becomes far too powdery for my liking.

White - yellow flowers, not indolic but not fresh either. Creamy, from vanilla and powder.

Powdery floral. Not too bold. Quite comforting.
