Summer Peaches By The Tea Room

Hate to call this a clean fragrance because it’s so much more than that but it’s a great way to review this. These notes are blended together so smoothly, the rose is the slightest teeniest tiniest undertone but I do love you can smell it in the far distant background. With notes from FRESH, almost green peaches with the sweet fresh grass note (not cloying), it comes off like a refreshingly sweet aura in a tea parlor from the classiest lady you know. Then, the green tea and cedar notes mixed in tone the feminine energy down to the coolest scent ever. My decant lasted forever so I only ever used just a bit. I received so many compliments, and I had to have the full bottle. It’s a staple in my collection. If I had to pick something to compare it to, I’d say this could easily be a diptyque fragrance. It doesn’t smell like any one in particular, but I own Tam Dao EDT and Orpheon EDP and this could literally be in a diptyque bottle next to it and I would not question that this is from their house! I love Strangers as they create such interesting, memory inducing scents that are very transportive, grounding, and overall wonderful. Bravo Strangers! (Next purchase will be Gheorghe and also possibly Salted Green Mango from them, if anyone is interested in that!)

I love peach perfumes. I really do. And I have tried them all. The problem is that these perfumes often tend to fade very quickly (I’m looking at you Tom Ford Bitter Peach). But this perfume did what I’ve rarely experienced with a peach perfume - it stayed on my skin for six hours. Six glorious hours. This is a beautiful perfume - the green tea note really makes the peach shine. It soft. It’s smooth. It’s worth ten full bottles.

Summer Peaches = Successful Prin. As a general peach hater and not always a lover of summery florals, this still won me over - due to a light hand with the fruit and just the right amount of green, sappy, airier ingredients so that this never cloys or overdoes it on the peachiness. Moderating force of the tea and grass means that the sweetness of honeysuckle and wisteria don't begin to get sickly or over-femme - while it tends to the feminine, this could be worn by anyone who wants to feel simply happy in first warm days of the year. The overall effect is clean and outdoorsy - maybe even just touching soapy/shampoo at some moments, but not obnoxiously so - rather than a gooey gourmand overload. Soft and velvety texture - peach skin for real - but this is a basket of perfectly just-ready and never overripe specimens, from a heritage orchard that does authentic fruit rather than syrupy sugary supermarket-ready disappointment. The downside of that subtlety is slightly disappointing longevity - only really there for 3-5h tops - though the drydown brings that beautifully restrained, tactile honeyed side to the fore, becoming almost clean-musky-sweet as it lingers a little longer. Price is reasonable for what it is. Really not my usual jam (I'm sorry but the pun was there and I took it), and I won't shell out for a bottle, but a delightful surprise as I expected to loathe it from the first drop due to my usual peachphobia. For those who love the note - this is a terrific, original, genuinely fresh take on the idea.

Summer Peaches By the Tea Room is one of two exclusive scents for summer 2021 which sold in Thailand only. I got mine in sample size. The scent opens up with sweet peaches mix with neroli and honeysuckle, then green tea dancing with the orris root makes it more powdery and rounded. The dry down develops to be a skin scent with a hint of musk. After wearing it, I considered this scent leaning forward to the feminine side, but men could wearing it too. The scent quite lasts long on my skin, almost 8 hrs. Overall, it very sweet, very feminine and sparking scent and perfect for summer.

In a humid summer where humidity reaches to more than 80% in August the choices are very limited when it comes to perfumes. That’s not the case with strangers parfumerie summer peaches by the tea room. In the opening I can sense the green tea followed by a sweetens of the honeysuckle and florals then it settles on a whiff of fresh wet grass. It has reasonable longevity you might think it disappears but it’s still there keeping you fresh

Super fresh juicy clean candy peach opening. Gradually the floral and subtle tea notes come in. Mostly peach, wisteria, freesia. Kind of a body wash smell. Pleasant right out of the shower. Sillage is pretty intimate from the start. I'll share my experience with the longevity and farther dry down later. I expected more tea so I'm a little disappointed so far, especially given the body wash vibes with how expensive it is

A soft, whispering floral more so than any sort of distinct peach scent, Summer Peaches by the Tea Room doesn't quite live up to its name. I get wiffs of the honeysuckle and wisteria more than I do the peach and tea notes. A fleeting, rather almost too demure scent, this falls short of being anything other than another dime a dozen white floral spring scent with just a tinge of sweet peach.

weirdly enough smells like a fresh bar of soap covered in freshly cut grass, paired with a peach iced tea sort of thing going on. It's not a bad smell by any means, doesn't give overtly peach or floral or tea, but more so very musky and soapy clean, with green freshness and an airy peachyness. weird in a polite sort of way

The opening is very shampoo-like. The dry down is almost identical to Johnson and Johnson baby lotion in the yellow bottle. Fruity, lotion-y with a tea undercurrent. All of this is not to be derogatory; if it were less than $90 for a 30ml bottle I would consider getting it because it's so relaxing and pleasant to me.

very sweet. i actually liked the peach scent as someone who usually finds peaches to smell sweaty (1969 histories), sickening (tresor), or screeching (bitter peach). this was none of those things. it was kind of like a peach soda, seltzer, or ramune. it got kind of weird past the opening though

Really pretty blend of green tea and peach, light and clean. Might be one of my favourite green tea notes I’ve smelt, it’s very aromatic and a little bitter. Drydown has some powdery florals with a lot of honeysuckle. I wish it lasted longer and projected more, but the scent itself is lovely

It's a cute scent, I get peach, I get tea, I get wisteria a bit... It's nice, the drydown is more of a peach skin. This is not something I would wear but I enjoy smelling it.

this is a beautiful peachy tea scent, more peach than tea, and delicious on hot days. for about twenty minutes

Blindly testing, this opens with a bright fruit, almost sweet fruit punch feel, with a floral freshness accompaniment. It turns a bit more twig and leaf, and powdery-musky as it dries down, eventually leading to a soft, but sweet powdery-green body with a bit of muskiness. At times the fruit feels like a powdered drink mix because of the powdery element. Looking at the name and notes now, I didn't get peaches or tea without the suggestion. More so, it's a light white fruit punch. I get no familiar peach ice tea vibes if that's what you're hoping for. Plus, I find the muskiness too dominant, giving it more of a mature sweetness than a playful gourmand thing. As the day draws on it gets a little too baby powdery, and the musk goes from welcomed maturity to almost unpleasant companion. At times I like the general direction and sweet powder musk vibe, but when the musk becomes too dominant it becomes less palatable. After the first 20-30 minutes, this does fairly close to the skin, but attaches itself for a good length of time. At the end of the day it's a sweet leaning feminine powdery-musky intimate fragrance which will find the right carrier, but I'll pass.

weirdly enough, this smells like a soap stand. its sunny and warm, the grass is freshly cut, and there are multiple bouquets of sweet, lush flowers. the number of floral scents is a slight bit overwhelming, but by the time it dries down its a distinct flowery, grassy tea. i was expecting a more prominent peach note, but its fine. this is how id want my italian airbnb to smell, but i dont think id wear it myself.

I get no peach. It reads as a floral composition, not a fruit one. The dominant impression is wisteria — airy, pastel, slightly sweet, with that characteristic soft purple floral haze. There’s a light soapy edge, but it stays controlled and never turns detergent. Underneath, a cosmetic powdery tone develops: fine‐grained, slightly makeup‐like, giving the fragrance a gentle, dressed‐up finish.

This all but disappeared in less than an hour—for all the people getting longevity (6 hours!), you are fortunate. The opening is peach, but with my chemistry it’s far from natural. I don’t dislike the scent, but this is another Strangers Parfumerie pass.

This is too floral for me. Friend gave me a sample and I don’t care for it. The notes I’d like more of are in short supply—namely the peach, cedar and grass. I will say it’s a safe scent without much to worry about—not too sweet or big or weird.

Ok, so I bought this on a whim, and I definitely regret getting it. The bare bones are there and it should be nice but just has something 'wet dog' going on underneath. Not unwearable but artificial smelling and just not worth it my opinion.

This smells like you left your window open and the fresh greenery outside is lingering into your room while having tea. Kinda disappointed since I was expecting more of a peachy smell, but that note lasted less than a minute long for me
