Berlin Bash

Not a bad fragrance, however, if you expect it to smell like Electric Cherry by Tom Ford (due to the notes/accords) then that's not what you are going to get. It opens up with a nice smelling cherry accord, but there's also an almond accord that supports it. I know almonds aren't listed (the list of accords here is accurate), but it's definitely there. It's also slightly (and I DO mean slightly) spicy, and it also has some warmth due to the amber in the base. The cherry accord in the top is not as "sparkly" or "effervescent" as in Electric Cherry (or even Lost Cherry), it is more subdued than that, but the fragrance itself is "light" enough to be worn year 'round I would say. As for performance, I'd say no more than 6-7hrs on skin and about 12hrs or so on clothes, so not a major performer, but it is also not a weak performer; it sits right in the middle. Projection and sillage is also right there in the middle, not weak but not "beastmode" either, which is nice for me, as I don't enjoy fragrances that announce your arrival 10 minutes before you actually arrive, so to speak. In conclusion, it's a nice cherry fragrance, with OK performance, I got it for about 20 USD where I'm at (South Africa) so it was a cheap purchase. Would I purchase it again, no. Not because it is a bad fragrance, but I hoped it'd be a clone of Electric Cherry, which it is not (Irida by French Avenue is a great Electric Cherry clone, it is very close to the OG). Oh, and lastly, the frag is perfectly unisex (not that I really care though, as one should wear whatever one wants).
