Glittertrash

Glittertrash is a fun, sparkling coconut cupcake dusted with powder. It’s an interesting concoction of vintage aldehydes & powder, met with modern gourmand notes. I find gourmand aldehydes very enjoyable, but uncommon. The fruity watermelon is fizzy and bright in the opening. Cupcake, coconut and cream all kind of meld together as one vanillic note, but in a light, powdery way. As with lots of indies, this scent is unique and not suited for a specific type of person- you’ll just have to give it a try and decide for yourself.

I do love a gourmand fragrance from time to time, but I cant really get a grip out of this one. 1 thing is for sure, this is super unique - this is a fragrance you do not smell in a crowd. It is savory and tart. It has a strange powdery note, that appears like "Jack in the box". This is like a psychadelic circus on steroids. It's weird, fun, extremly unique. I dont love it but I appreciate that it excists. The world needs more crazy fragrances

Sparkly watermelon fruity sweet on top of a powdery sweet creamy frosting. It goes more powdery as it wears. Actually a really great little scent. I have this in perfumers alcohol not oil - it does come w/ glitter in bottle.

Sucreabeille tries so hard to smell un-pretty and un-sexy and it is almost to their detriment. Nearly every sample / dram I have tried so far smells mostly like fatty carrier oil. And GlitterTrash smells like actual, literal trash. Not in a good way. But maybe that's what they are going for... (But as a caveat: i did purchase this from a person during a swap sale. I have no way of knowing if it was properly stored away from light / heat etc...) It's marketed as "the bathroom floor of a cheap motel, glitter all over your body, last night’s champagne lingering in your mouth mixed with watermelon Blow-Pop... and taking a lot of shots between champagne swigs... taking fistfulls of white cake and shoving them into your mouth.. the icing still stuck to your fingers." Watermelon Blow-Pops, baby powder, fistfulls of sticky white cake, LAST NIGHT'S champagne and coconut cream. The notes look fun on paper. But who wants to be reminded of pounding hangover headache on a cold tile floor, last night's walk of shame, blisters from your ill-fitting shoes, washing vomit off your polyester sequin dress, and now scrambling to sweep your mess into a garbage bag, lest the hotel charge you a cleaning fee upon checkout? The powders and aldehydes smell like a scented plastic hefty bag. And that's it. Or maybe you passed out in the tub and accidentally pulled the vinyl shower curtain down with you... No aquatic watermelon, no creamy coconut, no milky whipped cream. There is no pop or fizz. Stale is the word. Just sugar, plastic, soap and whatever ozone notes making it smell like static cling, or dryer lint. I could see this being a weird room freshener, oil diffuser or even scented candle. but not a skin-fragrance. it smells like a vomit-inducing hot mess express.

One thing about Scureabeille.. They're very true to their descriptions of their scents (see their website for reference). This is a screechy fruity gourmand bomb. The watermelon blowpop note complimented by the coconut cake note is truly an experience to have. This smells like a Ke$ha song and I love it..
