i'm so incredibly happy this was finally added to the site! not only am i a huge fan of this podcast, but this scent is so perfect to me. it's warm and sweet with subtle milky & paper like qualities. it feels like being wrapped up in a blanket on a cold rainy day. the only sad part for me is that it doesn't last very long on my skin! and yet, it is my signature scent <3

God I love this one so much - warm, sweet, exactly like tea. A friend of mine actually asked me if I had just made myself a cup. The podcast is great too ofc. :)

It really reminds me of Willow and Water by Margot Elena, but very slightly darker, more autumnal. There is a softness, which I think comes from the milk note, that brings to mind cozy knitwear and curling up on the couch with a hot drink and a book to read, which I guess is what they were aiming for. I don’t smell the sharpness I expected from the black tea or old book notes, mostly just the cream, sugar, and amber notes, though there’s a very faint woodiness that lies in the background, which I suspect could be attributed to one of them. Since I've been looking for something London Fog-scented, it's not quite strong enough for my taste, but it is very soft and comforting in a way that guarantees I will finish the bottle. Reminds me of the way a childhood friend's home smelled, a friend I don't talk to anymore.

Paper and tea leaves, like working late at the archives with a brew. Dries down resinous, like the books are old and musty and will probably do something horrible if you read them (shoutout Jurgen Leitner). It goes slightly milky on my skin but not much, it’s mostly book smell and amber. It doesn’t project so it’s super intimate, but it also doesn’t last very long. It’s also my first IPM-based perfume, and I find the oil a little uncomfortable sitting on top of my skin so I don’t find myself reaching for it a lot. I like to spray my clavicle, so the oil gets on my clothes and I worry it’ll stain them if I apply a lot.

I definitely get the amber and milk from this scent, not so much the tea and old books. After I put this on from the 1 ml sample vial, the dusty old books smell came out strong for about a minute but faded quickly. Overall I like it! Very cozy and archive-y. Sucreabeille recommends letting their perfume "mature", so maybe it'll smell different once I let it rest for a few weeks.

This is lovely, creamy, and has no throw at all. My skin eats it up. I bought this as a sample, and it was outrageously expensive for what it is. It lasts 24 hours as a skin scent, but don’t expect to detect it unless you are huffing your arm. I’m a huge TMA fan and would have gone for a full bottle had it worked better.

I really wanted to love this because I've been looking for a good milk tea scent. I pick up the amber notes, not a lot of tea, some of the 'paper' note common in a few other sucrebeille fragrances (unfortunately it's a bit acidic for my taste). Very subtle.

Huge win for the community... I want this so bad.
