Pear Tree

I am so surprised with so many of Sucreabeille's scents. I am a complete novice to perfume and the House' scents are quite simple in their presentations but layered so well. There's not a commercial "perfumy" smell to them on me. The Eau de Parfum lasts a long time, 4-8 hours. Apparently I adore a bunch of their Gourmand scents. I didn't expect that. I thought their scents would somehow be on a lower quality scale. Not even remotely true. This is a ripe, juicy peach fruit, not a candy smell. It smells like the actual fruit. Then there's hints of the cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla but it's the warm bakery scent, not screaming of kid candy and sugar. Then comes the caramel and I cannot stop smelling my arm. A lot of scents with a butterscotch, maple, hazlenut, caramel note to them are addictive for me. I had no idea I would love them so much. This is really a favorite now.

I adore Sucreabeille's pear scent. I find it so refreshing, and I just feel nice and clean whenever I wear Pear Tree. Usually, I really dislike caramel in scents, to the point that whenever I see it listed as a note, I will completely steer clear of that scent. However, this was sent as a freebie in one of my orders (Suc sends freebies with every order! 🥰), and I found the refreshing pear perfectly balances with the sweet caramel, and I love it. What a very pleasant surprise! I don't typically wear gourmands since I've always gravitated more toward florals, but I really enjoy wearing Pear Tree at night, especially right after a shower.

A light gourmand. My husband loves this - he says it smells like chai tea.

Strongly tart pear and musk. just a meh for me.

More cinnamon and cardamom than anything else, it is nice but definitely not the juicy pear tart with vanilla cream I was hoping for.
