Upon the initial spray, 1723 offers a delightful burst of green apple that quickly intertwines with rich, creamy lavender and vanilla. The opening is reminiscent of a high-end candle—inviting and warm, yet distinctly unique. Within about five minutes, the scent evolves, introducing light floral notes that enhance the experience while keeping the apple, lavender, and vanilla as the dominant aromas. Ten minutes in, the vanilla becomes increasingly rich and noticeable, deepening the fragrance with a lovely woody patchouli that lingers at the base. The overall impression is akin to relaxing in an upscale lounge with beautifully scented candles flickering nearby. In terms of performance, I was pleasantly surprised by how well this extrait de parfum holds up. On clothes, it projects strongly for a solid three hours and keeps a noticeable presence for over ten hours, maintaining a reach of about two feet. I found 1723 to be quite similar to Layton by Parfums de Marly. If you already own Layton, 1723 may be redundant. However, I recommend trying this fragrance first if you're considering adding one of them to your collection. I find that 1723 offers better performance and a more natural scent profile—free from the VapoRub note that occasionally emerges in Layton.

picked it up today, even though I got the perfume oil, I had the perfume sprayed on my other hand to compare, scent wise they are the exact same. Now, this scent immediately reminded me of something while in the store... and yep, this is Layton, different, the DNA is there and IMO it's a bit more bearable, I like Layton, but this smells a bit more refined, elegant. Something I would, and will be, wearing to not too special occasions, like a dinner at a hotel and such. Amazing, 8/10

The guy beneath took the words right from me...its exactly as he said. besides what he said, It is very smooth and refined and smells in my opinion possibly better than Layton. This is a great fragrance! absolutely great. I got my sample from scent split... In my opinion some would consider this Layton perfected. You be the judge. Overall 8.9/10

I have the perfume oil version of this and I would recommend, it’s even on sale right now. Very smooth and pleasant. Clean and woody, creamy and slightly spicy. Not seductive but elegant atleast.

These dudes in the comments believe there cant be no similar fragrances in life :D I really love using this one from Superz, especially in the spring and fall. :)
