Coco Loco

I ordered Whoosh and received some samples, like this one, and honestly I am highly considering to buy this one too, especially now that summer fast approaching. I love powdery scents a lot, and I am also a coconut girl, so I guess this one is a match made in heaven for me. I will subtly try to signal this towards my husband, and hopefully he will surprise me hehe 😍

This deserves the accolades! It’s so lovely and plush! I imagine it will only get better with sitting etc. Its coconut And sweet and slightly sunscreeny🥰 powdery but not overly so to me. Just love it and it was a successful blind buy😎 I do get Jasmine and fruits too! Well blended👍🏼

Personally, I love the bottle a lot, the scent is really good too. However, when Soho was released, which also has strong coconut notes as well, I fell in love with that. Although I was very satisfied overall, I probably give a shot for Soho next, will see..

My gf had it and i simply loved it. So so coconuty, like a bounty, nothing compares to it.

LOCO for COCO LOCO!!! Coconut powaaa!!

Ive been thinking of testing this for a while, but the rating and some reviews put me off. Well I’m so glad I decided to order a sample, because I loved this as soon as I smelt it. Ive also sampled Soho, which I nearly blind bought based off ratings and reviews and have to say I don’t like that one at all! Coco Loco is a winner by a long shot! Coco Loco is a beautiful, light wearing, chill out vibes type of beachy scent. I do get Lily of the Valley in the opening, but shortly after you’re left with a beautiful mix of coconut with the other notes. I wouldn’t even say any one note dominates over the other. It’s just perfectly balanced. The coconut in this isn’t “dolls head” or plasticky in any way, it’s just beautifully done. It is only slightly powdery with a bit of a suntan lotion smell (in the best way). Nars used to make the most divine Monoi oil called “Body Glow”, which I was completely obsessed with for years until they discontinued it. Coco Loco reminds me somewhat of that divine scent, maybe not as good but close enough! It does create a soft, subtle scent bubble around you, making it perfect and easy wearing for summer as well as high heat. It’s a winner for me. If you like scents like Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess 2008, Mancera Holidays, Guerlain Terracotta or Alien Goddess you will easily enjoy Coco Loco!

I have a bottle from the pre-reformulated version. It's a sunny, powdery coconut with flowery vanilla base parfum. When I first sprayed it on, It made me remember the summer holidays, when i was taking sun bath on the beach, next to the sea. I wouldn't consider it as sexy,(but I can imagine that it is for someone who prefers this kind of fragrances) it's rather a nice coconut scent, not a juicy, coconut-sweet sweet, but rather powdery, body-milky, flowery vanilla sweet coconut. It's quite long lasting with great sillage even with only one spritz. I was able to test the new formula as well, I like it a bit more, in the new version I get the 'fruity' notes much better than in the old version, but still the coconut is the dominant of course. Gives the same vibes it just became more parfume-like to my taste / nose instead of a parfum which reminds me a bit of bodymilky coconut, which is also great. It depends only on your taste.

I like how this is a summery vanilla coconut floral without heavy yellow florals or salty notes. To my nose it's a pretty vanilla with coconut and some white flowers/jasmine. I also get some heliotrope mixed in. It's creamy and sweet, even warm enough for winter, and it's not pretentious, perfumey or loud. I would love to wear this on leasurely days after a shower, to the beach, or to bed. It's just nice! Curious how it performs in hot weather as it's quite cool here right now. Last night I put it on before bed and I could still smell it slightly in the morning.
