Primadonna

بلک اُپیوم انتخاب هوشمندانه ای برای کپی برداری نبود یا حداقل تغییرات بیشتری در جزئیات نیاز داشت تا به عنوان یک عطر مستقل نام برده بشه و از زیر سایه‌ی بلک اپیوم در میومد اما این اتفاق نیافتاد شروع این عطر با رایحه ای پودری_شیرین هست که کمی نامیزونه و یکی دو دقیقه ای طول می‌کشه تا خودشو پیدا کنه به مرور رایحه باز میشه و نُت ها خودشون رو نشون میدن بوی قهوه و وانیل که قهوه نه چندان قدرتمند کار شده و پچولی بیشتر نقش داره در شروع حس میشه تا میانه های عطر یک ترکیب با وانیل غالب،پچولی و ادویه های میانه و قهوه‌ی ضعیف داریم این وضعیت تا رسیدن به یک وانیل شیرین و خوشمزه و پودری ادامه داره و در نهایت بوی شیرینی مانند ای از وانیل رو داریم که پچولی و قهوه تا 90 درصد ازش جدا شده و به تنهایی کار رو ادامه میده در کل خود بلک اُپیوم رو همه جوره ترجیح میدم اما اگر با قیمت بلک اپیوم کنار نمی‌آیید این یکم خوش قیمت تره با پرفورمنس خیلی خوب ************* scent:7/10 longevity:9/10 sillage:9/10 purchase value:5/10 ********* overall:7.5/10

Primadonna is my first encounter with SweDoft, which I must admit is a house I’ve been curious to try. It’s a lovely deep woody scent, rich and masculine with a gorgeous sophisticate edge to it. The coffee and vanilla are certainly present, but far less dominating than I expected. What actually speaks the loudest for me is the woods and patchouli, it smells outstandingly dark and woody with a strong presence of this very dry, brown patchouli. Perhaps this dryness is perpetuated by the coffee. This scent is so perplexing. It doesn’t make my eyes roll back, but I keep wanting to smell it. This perfume has really impressed me in terms of both quality and execution, I am very keen to explore more from the house.

I love it. Reminds me a lot of YSL Black Opium - which I think unfairly gets a bad rap. This has a bit more of a bread-like, carb accord for me. I also get more coffee in Primadonna, making it less sweet than Black Opium. Ultimately, I definitely detect differences between the two, but I would not need both in my collection at the same time.

Primadonna is for fall/winter in my opinion. Warm, raw vanilla with warm spices. Unisex, not sugarsweet but really Nice.

Prima donna? She WISHES. Vanilla blah blending into the chorus, more like. Not bad, but just so unambitious. Absolutely generic ambient sweetness with woody undertones - no recognisable, individual spices or coffee that I can detect, just an unfocused wash of warm, slightly caramelised sugar with some even vaguer shadows of something darker lurking not far off. As with all the Swedofts I've tried so far (and they get a lot of hype and love, so maybe I'm the problem) it seems relentlessly synthetic and 100% linear with no remorse. Not sure what it's meant to be cloning but it does appear made to imitate something (it's very clearly got almost no ideas of its own.) Robust performance, though, so if you wish to smell present, pleasant but undistinguished, then yes OK, this would do. I just can't get any more excited about it than that. A slow hand clap and no calls for an encore from me for this one.

This is a gorgeous alternative to YSL Black Opium. Starts with an immediate blast of vanilla and coffee, leading into the velvety musky floral in the same way as BO, and a warm caramel-y base. I love this, but if you already have BO this might be redundant.
