Royal Satisfaction

There is a lot more going on here than the notes suggest. A got vanilla, pink pepper, amber as well as the notes listed, actually very little oud. I quite enjoyed Royal Satisfaction, it has a creamy, rich feel to it coupled with a slight spiciness that is very pleasing. I can see the resemblance with Spicebomb but Royal Satisfaction is quite different. Longevity was excellent, projection is good and it never becomes overpowering. Fragrance 8/10 Longevity 9/10 The price is fairly reasonable and the presentation is excellent.

A real compliment getter! Beast performace but not offensive. With saffron this scent is smooth and the oud makes it kind of warm and creamy. This is one that you can blind buy, easily!

I sprayed both this and rehab on my other arm and rehab is more light and pushing with the lavender and some boozyness. Royal satisfaction on the other hand is heavier with the patchouli and oud. The oud here is not medicinal or stinky in any way and is very safe even for non oud lover like me. Rehab is more versatile than this one imo. But both share some slight similar nuances but is not redundant to have both in your collection. This is the same with endless happiness. It has the same vibe with phaedon tabac rouge after 15 minutes with tabac rouge a bit more spicy sweet with the cinnamon. Seems like Swedoft makes an impression of these famous perfumes and make them "heavier". But the quality they use is top notch. Makes me think that these make a good base layering perfume for their conterparts.

Is Initio Rehab a copy of Spicebomb? Is Histoires de Parfumes 1899 Hemingway a copy of Spicebomb? Is Swedoft Royal Satisfaction a copy of Spicebomb? In my opinion no. They all smell similar and are definitely inspired by Spicebomb. But they all have little bit different nuances. Royal Satisfaction is smoother than both HDP 1899 and Spicebomb. And Initio Rehab is even more smooth and creamy with more vanilla. Smells good. Choose the one that suits you.

This is better than spicebomb or 1899. It’s actually different enough from 1899 that u can layer the 2.

Ill be short: This is sweeter and creamier version of Histoires de Parfumes 1899 Hemingway. 1899 is considered as niche version of Spicebomb (og), and I agree. Spicebomb is more spicey, sharper, Royal satisfaction is more creamy, 1899 stands in between them. Those differences are quite minor, for many undetectable. Yes, notes might not match, but whatever, I smelled all of them side by side. I love all 3 of them, considering price , quality and amount of juice, Id go with 1899. but if there is only one available, Id buy any of them.

Swedoft’s blatant copy of Spicebomb / HdP 1899 ... it is what it is. Smooth, well-blended, pleasant but the market doesn’t need all the copies. Add to the list all the overt clones and copies ... sad.
